Short staff, had a 8AM appointment for 2 recalls but doors didn t open till 8AM. Waited 45 minutes before I was registered. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It took them over 30 minutes to check in my vehicle. Never have a I ever experience such a delay in service. My car was the only one in the lot. Let s hope the diagnostic doesn t take a month .

Customer service sucks, can never get an appointment not even for something as simple as an oil change, waste of money to purchase this warranty for your car. And they will tell you nothing is wrong with your car until it breaks down n than they take a month to fix it, every time I go there someone is yelling at them and dissatisfied with their service or car not getting fixed when it suppose to. Worse place I ever did business with. I came in after buying my car three weeks ago to get a noise it was having and a check engine light that turned on checked and a supervisor name Jason who seemed uninterested in anything I had to say ,told me because I didn t mentioned the check engine light when I made the appointment he couldn t cover that issue he can fix it but it will COST me. I left my vehicle in at 8am today and they never mentioned to me keeping my car over night or even offered me rental for me to get to work mind you I work in Long Island tmm this place and customer service is horrible!!!!! One star is too many

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES of my LIFE. Went in for a refinance. Was lied to about the fact that I could refinance after 3 months. And was there for 5 HOURS for something that should have taken wayyyy less time. It would have been less painful to jump into a pool full of razor blades than spend another minute in that place. I have never written a bad review in my life. Save yourself.....don't go there.

One star is too many for these people. I brought my fianc� to get their car serviced on 7/27 the car was getting regular service and new spark plugs. They called a couple hours later saying the car has bad breaks and needed a whole bunch of things that made the bill go from $200 to $1000. They also said that we weren t getting the car back that day and it would be ready tomorrow at 11am. My fianc� agreed because they didn t have to get into work until 1pm. So we re waiting for a call on 2/28 and no call comes. We call around 12 about 8 times and no one picked up the phone. When they finally answered they said they would call us back with an update. We don t get the car until about 2 pm, so my fianc� is already an hour late for work. When my fianc� looks at the car there s a big scratch on the car because they parked the car on a corner of the intersection and someone hit the car and drove off. This place is just honesty horrible. They buff it out and it honestly looks terrible . They need to fix it. Then, As my fianc� gets on the highway the check engine light appears and the car starts misfiring, we re on the side of the highway and We try to call back and of course no answer. We didn t get a call close to 3 and waiting for a tow which didn t come until 4pm. Now 3 hours late for work. Not only did they do a shoddy job on the spark plugs but there is no organization. The person who takes the car at the service seems like a 17 year old kid. The woman in the front is very unprofessional and speaks like she s never been to school. They just don t know what s going on and this place should just go out of business instead of ruining so many people s day. The sad part is we didn t even have the car for a year yet. I wish I read the reviews before trusting these people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Brake service & repair, Electrical system service & repair, Vehicle maintenance

I bought a car here and by the next day I was hearing two different noises. So I brought it into the service center. My number one recommendation is if you are a single woman, stay away from Justin. Chris is very helpful, Pedro is great, but I brought the car in 3 times to Justin before any issue was even explored. I had to come in with one actual issue diagnosed by another service center (which was a motor mount so it was no small issue). Even with that, Justin tried to tell me I was wrong. It took Pedro, Chris, and Ben getting involved for anything in my car to get resolved. When a noise was still coming from the car days later, I came back into Justin (5th time maybe?) and he looked me in my face and told me he wasn t going to help me. I ve honestly never been spoken so nastily by a service rep (I m honestly very friendly) to the point where I ended up crying in Pedro s office, not because of the car but because of how nasty and dismissive Justin was. I GUARANTEE YOU if I was a man that would not have happened. Stay away from him and ask for one of the other two (Chris/Pedro). In the end I needed a motor mount and had extremely clogged valves so imagine I had taken Justin s word for anything.

I had to get all 4 of my rotors replaced/repaired and had tire and rim cover so they didn't charge me a cent. They replaced all 4 rotors and took about 5 hours but its understandable because they were busy. Before going here, just make sure you have a good amount of time to wait.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

. I ve recently brought a Mercedes Benz GLA 250 4matic 2019 and it was not a good experience with sales and financial department but the moment I walked into the service department Chris & Justin was very helpful and treated with value and helped me with my car concerns. All I can say it s this two employees have an excellent outstanding in how to treat the customers. All my questions and concerns was answered and the next day my car brakes was fixed. Employees like this two individuals it s what make the big difference!!! Keep the great work guys!!! Again thank you Chris and Justin for your tremendous job and support!!!!!!!! See you guys soon .

I came at 3:40 pm today ( 11/22) and they ( front desk) refuse to give service to my car, oil charge and NY inspection she said I was to late. I need to reschedule. This is the service you offered to your clients ?? So think twice before you planning to came to victory Mitsubishi service . One of 5 stars .

I finally found an employee who understood my concern and level of frustration at the Service Center . Mr Pedro Arriola service manager is a great professional, excellent level of communication. He did everything that I need on a timely manner .Great asset for this organization! I hope everyone will be like him

They provide very bad service and lady in the service department so rude and unprofessional.when I brought my car from there they gave me 3 years free service warranty now they re denying to fix my car,Asking for money to just fix my car rear brakes.this is so embarrassing!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Trust me! I was sent over 2x saying that my car was ready for pickup & both times when I got there, they said they made a mistake & it still wasn t ready. A simple fix & it s been over a month since I dropped off my car. It was been a complete nightmare. They should be shut down! I have owned several used cars in the past with other dealers and by far this is the worst business I ve everrrrrr encountered. Purchased my car May 6th and have drove it less than a week, it s been in the shop for a month. Nightmare! You call & no one calls you back. Whether you re nice or curse at them, no one cares. Literally! The biggest regret of my life is ever doing business with these scammers.

First they sell me a car that clearly wasn t serviced and needed brakes and rotors all around, brought the car in two days after the purchase Waited from 1pm-4pm for them to tell meI was correct and they needed to order the parts, two weeks later they call with an app for 1030 am the following Monday came in and was there until they closed

I really has a good and gratifying experience with this people. They are polite and very helpful..we got our car 3 years ago from them and still highly recommend this dealer. They treat you more than a customer, it's a friendly approach when you can see how they can help you and figure out the best deal for your money.

I go with my brand new car outlander 2022, i has all my guarantees cause is new my car and the manager and the another women in the first office denied me the service cause i going before to another service center with another problem.One hour after the women very unprofessional and very angry of first office, she talk me put my car in the line only to check the code of the check engine light, cause i need to go back to the other service center was is far for me. I already had an hour and I have to put the car behind all those who had arrived after me, that is unfair. i leaved cause i cant wait more time the check engine light continue onI understand service is service whatever place cause is the guarantee is the guarantee. And is diferente problemsVery unprofessional person and very bad service1 star cause i cant put 0 if not i put 0

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS. My daughter bought a used car from here. Worst experience ever. She bought a Hyundai from here. Car was damn near a lemon. Victory couldn't fix it, so they sent it out. Wouldn't tell my daughter where the car was or status of it. I had to drive 90 mins from CT to the Bronx to get answers. Save tourself the aggravation. Buy else where.

Worse place every. Will never use this place again.. dropped off my Car on the 18th of March due to me transmission service light coming on. Mind you I just bought this car less then 5 months ago. So I take my car to the service center and they tell my it is under warranty but they have to get the approval. They told me would be ready by the 28th of March. The 28th comes and goes. Silk no call or no car. So I go back to them and they say the part come in and it was the wrong piece. So they sent the wrong piece back and reorder the right one, " the car will be ready by Monday afternoon. Now here it is Thursday March 31 2022 1:57pm. And I'm standing at the servicing desk and they are telling me they haven't even received my piece. I'm about to spaz out on these people. I will never use these darn people again. So unpleasant, unprofessional and unorganized.Service: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

Honestly it s not a very good place to get stuff done to your car. My appointment was at 8 am and I was expecting to get there on time (which I did, got there around 7:45 am) and waited for over an hour and half for them to still make me wait. The young lady that helped me was helpful and direct to what I wanted to do but no one made an effort to apologize for the lateness. This is a business and should be ran like one. It seems to me that everything is unorganized and just brush their customers to the side. This was a poor experience, made me late to work because they weren t on time and my car wasn t finished so I had to waste my lunch break getting my car and wasting money on Uber s I could ve saved had they opened when they re supposed to on an appointment I had made a month in advance.Services: Clutches & transmissions service & repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair, Vehicle maintenance

I was treated very poorly today by the service representative, my cat was stolen from my car over a year ago and I had my insurance coverage payout and I paid the deductible 1000 just to find out I was driving on a temporary cat for a year after I was call to have factory cat replaced, which was not replaced after I paid the deductible so I brought it in today to have the issue fixed and the female representative was very rude and tried to have me leave with paperwork that states that my new cat would not be covered under warranty if something happened to it, after I read her report and brought it to her attention only then did she delete that no service for my cat if something happened to it as far it being faulty, victory Mitsubishi should replace her quickly, I'm that guy who leaves good tips, even gave her a tip at a time, don't trust her,
