I have gotten rear ended by a Truck. I will give this shop 10/10. They were professional, respectful, & honest with the time frame my car will be ready. I will get text updates & every time I called, the receptionist was very sweet. They took such good care of my car. I waited 1 month to see if any issues arise before this review & I truly recommend them to anyone that will want quality work. It comes with a price, but it was worth it.

Worst place you can go ever. Don t know what they are doing and had my car for 2 months for a vandalism that wasn t even bad. All they really had to do was change a light. Then when I call they lady at the desk had the only attitude. My car been there since Jan 23 and still no car today. Worst shop ever

10/10 100% recommend I was in a 3 car accident a few days before thanksgiving and Geico set me up with valanca for the repair . They estimated about 3-4 weeks for the repair & i will say i got my car back in about 3 1/2 weeks which is amazing . This was my first accident in my 9 yr driving career , mike & stacy were very helpful and honest to help calm my fears down about the repairs . Mike you did and amazing job on my car thank you !

Awesome job! Came to NYC to visit family. Car was vandalized while here. And ended up at Valanca thru Prog. They didn't let me down! Professional, kind and prompt. Clean establishment! Mike and the staff are awesome! ! !Yes, they had it looking like new after such a horrible experience. It took 30 days considering the situation (parts etc) however it was just in time for the rental to be turned in. I can't be happier.

Had my car vandalized took it to Valanca I would not recommend them for nothing needed some paint done on my car was not impressed they scratched my car more than it was I think they steal from car because the speakers in my car don t even sound the same like I said I don t recommend them for nothing

The repair took longer than expected which caused me to pay out of pocket for my rental. The repair was to replace a damaged rear lift gate. Now when it closes, it is not properly aligned and at times I need to force it to close. The staff never called me for an update, even though they say they would. And at times, simply lied to me.I was referred to them by my insurance provider, Progressive. Needless to say Progressive is no longer my Ins. provider.Never again...

Had to wait a few days more then expected but worth the wait. Went above and beyond to make my car look like it just rolled out of the dealership. Great job.

Not impressed with the job done on my car after 6 weeks at the shop. My doors sound like cheap scrap metal when you close them. Staff was nice but do not give you updates unless you call and harass them.

My car needed repairing on two different occasions. Each time was great. Very professional and did a wonderful job repairing my suv.the third time around not so professional. Had my vehicle for three weeks not once called to provide me with any type of update about my vehicle then when I called at the beginning of the third week, i told my vehicle will be ready by Friday. Friday comes, I'm waiting no one even call me to give me update about my vehicle. Then around 1pm I call and someone states they will call me in a hour to tell me about my vehicle but I never receive a telephone call from anyone. Then when I call security informs me they are closed. Never again!!!!!

I had door job on my accura rdx GEICO recommended me to them. They told me it would take 1 week but it took 3 weeks which increased how much I had to pay for my rental. They don t care about their customers, they could ve easily told me they had to order the door to avoid me having to rent a car longer and called me when the door came. They are rude and disrespectful, talk to you like an animal. Avoid this place at all cost.Service: Painting

I do not recommend leaving your car with them. They take way to long to get the job done. They claim they will call you and give you updates but that is a lie. Do not go to them.

I have used Valanca several times to repair any issues I have with my vehicle..always they are helpful courteous and repair my vehicle to my highest expectations..I would never take my car elsewhere! I have referred to friends and family and all have the same outcome! I recommend highly. Thanks Valanca! Ms Cruz

Reputable business, Lou the owner will always get involved in everything to make sure customer services are always operating at its best. Work done in cars here are done so well that when you get your vehicle back it doesn't look like it was EVER hit. They take most insurance and have a few Geico and other companies brokers available to make your experience a pleasant one.

It took 6 days to change a fender and fix a 3 inch scratch on the door. Then called me up and told me my car was ready. I took a quick look at the car and left in a hurry because I had so many errands to run after waiting 6 day (eight including the weekend). When I got home I noticed the garage had not put on the fender trim on the new fender. I went back and the guy I had dealt tells me That s was an aftermarket part that is NO LONGER AVAILABLE My responds was furious. (1) because he didn t say anything about it when I picked the car up, which he should have. (2) Because he should have CALLED me to tell me he could not find the part. His response to my anger was If you can find the part bring it to me and I will have my guys install it.. WELL, it took me ALL of 5 minutes to find the part ONLINE. An EXACT match. I ordered the part and received it 3 days later. NEEDLESS to say I will not be bringing the car back to this garage. If they make such little effort to make sure the customer is COMPLETELY satisfied and make little to NO EFFORT to find a part that ANYONE not in the business of auto repair can find, then I will take my business elsewhere.The reality is that the part simply goes on with double sided tape and I will do it myself. I was even able to order it with the color matching code.

Helllll nooooooo they left my car outside over night when they clearly said it will be in the yard , and they broke a piece from my car and dented my car while taking the piece off , try to deny it . I would never go back or recommend anyone , and I literally live around the block smh! The other reviews about breaking things and being messy they definitely ain t lieing.

I have through several years had a few accidents with different cars!!!( kids too) Each and everytime I would call and explain what happened. Car would get brought in, insurance adjuster would look at it estimate given and work completed!! Each time the job was PERFECT and car given back brand new!!!! I would not take my car anywhere else!!

I've previously brought my electric blue 2009 BMW 335i M Sport to be serviced here about 3 years ago, and they've done an amazing job!I just recently brought my 2014 X3 M Sport over to them last week and once again I'm very satisfied with their quick turn around time and quality of work they've done. The customer service here is excellent and I would highly recommend anyone with a high end vehicle to get serviced here!

I loved these guys! Three staffers engaged me throughout the whole ordeal. They each listen 5th o my story, they each promised everything would be taken care of, and in the end I was more than pleased! Oh yeah, and they did great work on my car, it looked like new!

This place is run by hustlers. Geico recommended I go there after my accident for repairs. They fixed my vehicle in an appropriate time frame. When I went to pick it up... the vehicle looked brand new BUT the brake light, ABS light, and traction control lights were all on. I went back inside to ask the owner about why the lights were on and he told me that it's because something is wrong with my rear braking system which was not as a result of the accident. He was correct in that respect. However I cannot respect a company that would let me leave with a vehicle that knowingly had issues and did not inform me. He knew that my car had problems with it and only addressed my concerns when I questioned him about it. In addition I wanted to have them replace my side mirror. The dealership quoted me $500, valenca quoted me $250, and I found it in Amazon for $60 free 2- day shipping.They did a great job on my car's body work but I simply don't trust them and that's why I'm giving them 1 star.

Went here to get the door handle fixed on my car and the mechanic guessed what was wrong. He ordered parts and he was wrong. They had to reorder the part and made a small job an adventure. It's been over a week and haven't heard back from them. Don't understand why you would guess on what is wrong instead of really looking at the problem. I gave one star because this is the only way to post a comment. Would not do bussiness with them ever. Will not recommend to anyone.

I had a bad experience with this repair shop and mechanics working here. I was supposed to pick up my car after repairing the side mirror recommended by GEICO.The mechanic said come to pick up on Thursday morning. I walked there and found they didn't fix it yet. He said come back Friday morning again.Friday morning, I got the phone call and was told the car was not ready yet so come pick up later. I had to work until late that day and I needed a car to drive that weekend. The representative who called me said they would give the security guard the car key so that I could pick up the car. I called them after work and found the security guard didn't hear anything.Even worse, the attitude of ppl working here is very rude. When I called back next Monday, he said if you would not pick up the car ASAP, he would charge me the storage fee not trying to hear what happened to me as well as breaking the promise before.This place doesn't have a responsibility for the client and easy to break the promises. Don't trust this place.

The work is exquisite! Excellent job, customer service is great. My car was ready before the estimate due date. I will use them again, hopefully it will be for personal stuff and not an accident, lol

They go into detail with every repair. I got into a fender bender and I wasn't sure if the vehicle would drive the same after that. But they quickly calmed me down and explained to me most of the damages and what repairs would be needed. And also guaranteed me that they have dealt with worst and made it work. They also have lifetime warranty on any insurance based repair.

Long story short some man hit the right side of my car and left it looking crazy. The doors were bent, it wasn t able to close, and it was hanging. I went to Valanca based on the reviews I have read and I have no regrets. I literally yelled when I saw how Valanca hooked up my car. It looked exactly how I brought it. NEW. The paint matched, everything was perfect. If your car looks as horrible as mine did, go to Valanca. They are the best for the job!!!!!
