4 month ago I came for engine light on, P200A they fixed the problem they charged me over $500 for the Intake valve rubber. Now I have the engine light on with the same code. Took it back last Friday and ask to check for me the engine light on, the manger told me is the fuel module, comeback Monday. I came today feb19 2024, left my car 7:30am, the head mechanic check for me the engine light and found the same code P200A I explained that I paid for the code before . And he told me he will check it for me to leave the car. They never call me back for the update , I have to call few times just to get an angry manager keep telling me they need to check the fuel module, but it was already 3 or 4 pm. I told the manager the mechanic found the same code I paid for 4 month ago. The manager got upset and because we couldn t make money he told me then fix it yourself and pick up your car. I believe he knew since last Friday it was the same code I paid for before. But because he knew also he has to fix it again and not make money, he got nasty of the phone. This let you know the way auto shop managers behave when they desperate for money they lie to you and steal from you. I won t recommend this shop they will sugar coated the first time and whenever they want, if they desperate for money they will cheat and robbed you. Nasty and liers

Quite disappointing experience. The stars are for promptness and professional manners, but I felt they tried to upsell me. They quoted me $1000 for replacement of brake discs and pads on all 4 wheels. The parts cost under $200 online across the board, so I shopped around for cheaper service. Another well reviewed shop quoted me $700. Personally, I doubt that the difference in quality of parts and workmanship is so big. But most importantly, the other guys took the wheels off in front of me and concluded that the brakes needed replacement only on the front wheels. I saved hundreds by going with them even after paying Tyrone32 full price for the diagnostics.

If you re looking for an honest mechanic in the Riverdale area, look no further. 2 times I ve needed service on my old girl (2008 Nissan Sentra), she s like new again after being serviced here. State inspection is a breeze here too. As a woman going to a mechanic without a reference, I was nervous! The service here has always been top notch and put me at ease, this place won t treat you like an idiot if you know nothing about cars. I never feel like they are trying to do something to my car that I just don t need.

Great mechanic shop. Orlando is a great guy and he knows how to serve each customer according to their needs. I have an older car that I don't use too often, and he knows how to keep it safe and roadworthy without charging me a ton of money. I had a bad front axle when I went in for an inspection, he passed me on the inspection but suggested I really should take care of it soon. He fixed it quickly and affordably. In other cases, he's told me that a suspension component was damaged but not dangerous and that i could wait a lot longer to have it replaced. Another mechanic could have tried to mislead me and charge more than the value of the car in repairs. Some dont even do a safety inspection at all. If you want a down-to-earth, honest mechanic look no further than Tyrone32

Orlando is a great guy and mechanic. I take my car here exclusively. I told Orlando I was taking a big trip to upstate New York, and we wanted to ensure the vehicle was in good shape for the drive. Orlando checked it out and told me it was all excellent; the total cost: $0. I tipped him $20 for the effort, but still, he didn't expect anything. I appreciated that.

I wound up going to Tyrone32 after my wife and I asked all our local contacts about who they recommend, and 2 people had great reviews about Tyrone32. I went to Google and all their reviews were 5 stars, Someone always responded to those reviews, which is was good sign.The shop I would previously take our van to was ok, but their customers are people that are just trying to patch up their cars to keep it going for another year. Their prices are cheap, but they never seemed to fix anything to last.I had gone back to Natal on Bailey Avenue the last couple of times my van needed repairs They charged a lot though, often more than what a dealership would charge, but I paid it anyway because I like keeping my cars for many years and they did good work. The last car we had lasted 20 years. I had a lot of smaller things I wanted to take care of, and when i passed by, I saw that they had closed their shop. I had read somewhere that they decided to retire, Covid helping them make that choice.I had a couple of issues with my cooling system, and my old shop in Yonkers had taken care of the fan relay, but the vehicle was still overheating and spilling antifreeze. The shop at Tyrone32 diagnosed the issues. I had a bad water pump (it was making some noise) and the coolant reservoir was cracked. They were able to fix the water pump, but the reservoir wasn t available at the auto parts store and the dealership asked for too much money, so Orlando suggested that I order it online and that I can come back and he would install it no charge. I received the part and went back as soon as they opened, and Orlando installed it himself in 15-20 minutes, and true to his word, he didn t charge.The first time I went there, I noticed the interaction between everyone that came in and Orlando, and he was always professional.Since the shop seemed like a place I would trust, I had a lot of other issues that I had wanted to take care of, along with an alignment, tire rotation, and inspection. I had one issue I was almost sure they wouldn t be able to fix. One of the drains on my sunroof was clogged, and then it routed into the vehicle, so when it rained all the water would pool inside. I thought I would have to go to a body shop to take care of it. Orlando said that he would be able to handle it. The van was ready when he said it would be, and the price was reasonable.If I could give 7 stars to them I would. Orlando and the mechanics at the shop are excellent! I finally found a local shop that I feel good about going to and recommending.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

I went after seeing good reviews, but my experience was not very positive. Had to go a couple of times to pick up the car, but surprisingly car was out for a long test run. When returned to me the issue was still not fixed, not sure what was the outcome of the test run then. Finally, after I requested again, they got the issue fixed, but still not up to my satisfaction level. I am still giving 3 stars as a benefit of the doubt and as they acknowledged the mistake later.

Been coming here for 2 years now. Orlando the Station Manager is a great guy, honest to a fault, and is a terrific problem evaluator. He will always do his best to save you money, and get the job done in a timely fashion. He guarantees all of his work, and based on past experiences with other auto shops, I just can t say enough good things about Orlando and his place!!! Excellent and trustworthy mechanics, very attentive to customers needs. I bought in my 2007 Honda crv for service and an oil change, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They also have gas pumps if you need to fill up your tank, good prices too. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The guys there are honest and work as a team to find out what is wrong and what is the best solution. Prices were great and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is in order. I drove all the way out from Brooklyn to another garage that could not help me.....these guys did. Wonderful job.

It's very difficult to find an honest mechanic these days that will not try drain you bank account making up as they go.If you want an honest place to go.... You found it. They are rare and a great place to go and get your vehicles repaired, maintained and inspection stickers as well. Orlando and his employees are very friendly and respectful. Really happy with the service here. They try hard to make sure they solve your problem, and if you're unhappy, work hard to find a solution.
