I had a fantastic experience at Traxx Auto Repair. Julio and John provided exceptional service, demonstrating expertise and professionalism. They were efficient, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top-notch condition. I highly recommend Traxx Auto Repair for their skilled team and excellent customer service. John and the guys at Traxx Performance work is very good they take a little long and your car will not remain Clean its a little unprofessional but again there work is good and prices are reasonable my experience with them was fair i still use them because there located very near to me so its very convenient and now there expanded the shop so its even better now i would recommend them and there work...

I had an amazing experience at Traxx installing a short throw shifter in my Mustang. The job was done in a very professional and timely manner and I m thrilled with the results! Everyone I interacted with there were professional and passionate and were very knowledgeable about my car (one of their specialties is working on Mustangs, among other cars). I plan on coming back here for all my car needs from now on after the great experience I had today. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have work done on their cars.Service: Transmission repair

Can't believe I didn't know about this shop before! It's tough to find a competent and honest performance shop in the Bronx, but after meeting John and his techs, you know your car is in good hands. I made an appointment to have my Q50 Red Sport in for a fairly routine brake service (rotors, pads, brake fluid, and stainless steel lines). Install was perfect and the tech was careful not to ding the custom powder coat on my calipers and wheels. The car was ready on time and when I went to pick it up, the owner John took a few minutes away from working on an Aston Martin(!) just to introduce himself; it was a great gesture and really shows the type of business this is. Very very pleased with how they took care of me. Took my 19 mustang gt for headers and short throw shifter they did a great job I would recommend anyone with a performance car to come to here they know what they re doing. A big thank you to John, Julio , and Chris great guys overall great shop

Hands down the best customer service, and the best auto repair service. John and his team was absolutely amazing. I took my mother s car (Mazda 3 2011) there to get some major! repairs done, not only was it done perfected. The car drives brand new and It was done in lightning speed time. Great shop, friendly, trustworthy service. The guys John and Chris really took the extra time to explain everything as I'm not too mechanical. They went over several different options and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Thanks guys, kudos to trust worthy service

Went to Traxx Auto Performance to do a resonator delete on my GT350 and left with a happy customer. John, who is the owner of the shop, was very�meticulous and great guy. He measured everything carefully and made sure everything was fit before start the job. Great price too. A little far from where I live but worth the trip. Definitely will go back and highly recommended.

Before I brought my 2019 Shelby GT350 to Traxx Auto to have a Stage 2 Procharger installed along with some longtubes and other goodies. I went to checkout the shop and John gave me a rundown of his twin turbo Mustang GT. After seeing his car I knew I stepped into the right shop. As a first time customer, John took time out of day to explain everything over the phone and in person. John really knows his mustangs !!! Of course I could ve brought the car elsewhere but I m so glad I brought it to Traxx. The car looks like it was never even touched, every bolt, clip , etc is in its proper spots. How neat the work was done and the fuel lines were ran was very impressive. These guys pay attention to detail. It s the small things that makes shops stand out from others. My car looks like it was never even touched ! Overall if you re looking for high quality performance shop, you consider stopping by Traxx especially if you got a mustang. You won t be disappointed. The car is running amazing and pulls so hard it s scary. Big thanks to John , Chris & Ray for the hard work and dedication to perfect my car. I couldn t be any happier with how the car came out! This place shop is amazing. My car was at three shops in a week and no one could figure out what was wrong with it, John and his staff how to diagnose and repair in two hours. Highly, highly recommend. Just wish they were closer by

I've looked long and hard for a good mechanic. Not anymore. John is hands down and hands on- the best I've come across. He honest, explains everything so you understand what's going on with your car, gets the work done as quickly as he can, and best of all, very reasonable in price compared to other mechanics who like to rip you off. Great guy, great shop, great service! Highly recommend.

1000% getting my work done here from now on. Best place to take your mustang to. I was hesitant too because 5 stars most likely means fake reviews but they are well deserved. Had 10 codes for unrelated issues and a local mechanics quoted me for work to change parts but it didn't seem right. Who ever answered the phone at traxx seemed to already know the issue and resolved it same day.

Absolutely one of the best hands down. Knowledgeable and thoroug. John is super friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. Took my car in with little time and got the job done. Highly recommend this place to anyone that once 100% customer satisfaction. Treated me like a family member and went above and beyond. Couldn't ask for anything more out of a mechanic/performance shop.

Jon at Traxx has worked on my highly modified Corvette Z06 every time and is my absolute go to when I need someone I can trust with my baby. Flawless work, quick and painless transactions and he has incredible knowledge, and the absolute best tools money can buy; if you can think of it he can do it. Be sure to check out his twin turbo mustang build while you re there, it s insane.

Finding a good, honest, trustworthy mechanic can be difficult, but the guys at Traxx Auto are exactly that! I have taken my 2017 Acura TLX to them on numerous occasions over the last two years for mainly maintenance work like oil and breaks. They are always super accommodating and quick and efficient in getting my car in and out as fast as possible. They have never tried to up sell me all these unnecessary things that I don't need like I have experienced with other shops in the past. Their prices are competitive and fair and the shop is immaculate! In fact my entire family has been utilizing Traxx for all their auto repair needs as well and needless to say they are all highly satisfied customers! No matter how simple or complex your needs are this is the place to go, you will always be in good hands!

Took my truck to get diagnosed and they found the problem not even the dealership could figure out. Got my truck back and it runs like a dream. Definitely a place to go for diagnostic work and performance upgrades these guys are the real deal

I have taken my 2014 maxima to traxx auto twice got a muffler system installed. I'm very pleased with John's work, hes very professional treats my car like it was his own. Definitely recommend this shop. From now on traxx auto is my one stop shop.

Traxx thanks sooo much we appreciate you. Traxx took the time out to fix suspension shocks etc at 8 AM last minute. You didn't have the time but you guys made time. I'm also thankful car is not annoying me anymore (girlfriend complaining about the shocks all the time lol). Definitely will see you soon HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Dropped off Stang at John's Traxx for quality care this morning 6am, anticipating exceptional service on my stock black v6. Counting on Chris and staff to put it all together like new. Will follow up process and results... 9am got a call from John to say coolant leak wasn't radiator, some relief there, I'll repost progress... 2:20pm picked up Stang, coolant reservoir was busted, big difference from anticipated radiator presumption. John at Traxx Auto was clear, prescice, patient, understanding, honest, self assured and knowledgeable. I believe I found the right person (specialist)for my Mustang. Thanks

These people can't fix nothing the dealer(CAR FACTORY EXPO)worse dealer in the bronx took my car here when I bought it they had my car for 3 week burnt my clutch out didn't fix what was supposed to be fix they couldn't even find a simple misfire code on a honda tried to tell me car had a misfire because clutch was burnt the chassis was bent so engine wasn't sitting properly and because clutch was burnt the rpm was off thank God I didn't pay a cent
