I got the mint car wash which was a waste of $50. I had to ask them to go back and clean five different areas because the car was just not clean at all. As it stands they didn't even clean the bird poop off of the outside of the car the windows were all spotted and don't look clean. They didn't wipe the interior well and the rags that they use to wipe were musty so it left a bad smell in the car.

I feel like I still need a car wash. They sprayed my tires to shine them and also got the spray on the side panels and didn't clean it off. Now I have greasy spots on the car. They also used what seemed like dirty clothes to wipe my car down and now it looks greasy too. I had to dust the dashboard. And the inside of my windshield, also greasy. To be fair, my car was dusty before the wash and now it's not. Now It's greasy. I got the Ritz package.

This is my 3rd time here. I was thoroughly satisfied previously. This time was terrible. The car was STILL dirty in many spots. My husband told me to call and say how dissatisfied I was, but I didn't bother. I'll leave my review here

Have a SUV, went on a sunny Saturday never going back. Pros: quick; a lot of staff. Cons: slow cashier inside, left the car dirty, tax was added, $2 charge for not having a sedan, waste of $14. Granted it was a lot cheaper than most car washes but to have your car come out dirty is infuriating.

I like this car wash. They do a decent job. But if u pay for6 interior the interior shouldn't be dirty afterwards. Had to clean a few times afterwards. If they fix that problem the service would be great.

Took my car that I got literally a week ago. Wanted to get salt off of my car and figured I d stop here to give it a quick rinse. Worst choice I could of made, either one of their workers or machines ended up scratching my front bumper passing the clear coat and paint. Spoke to the supervisor and he completely dismissed the matter even after showing me on camera that I didn t arrive with the scratch on the bumper. Please avoid if you like your car being treated the way it should.

Prices/deals/packages provided I pics below. As far as service, I got an super outer wash. $13. It was quick and easy getting in. ... In the area from 7 pm- 10pm?? $5 car wash available.

I had a really good experience with this car wash this morning. The wait was not long at all with two cars in front of me. The first employee who attended me was quick to work and vacuum the interior. The car came out unrecognizable (and maybe that s a sign I should wash it more). All the employees were hardworking. I would return to this location!

Every time I get my car wash here there s always something. They try to rush the job and it results in the car being poorly cleaned. Today was the last straw!!! First and last time I'll ever bring my car to get washed at this place.Horrible! They have an old system that almost popped my tire. I took my car today and I paid $23 and when I got the car back it was all dirty and dusty inside. Like how do you clean the cars. They didn't vacuum it or cleaned my car mats. The guy at the place said it was $4 extra to put water and soap on the mats. Don't go there. I rather clean my car in the street.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I've been a customer here for years and brought many different vehicles for both oil changes and car washes and they have always come out looking super clean as well as running great. The staff is awesome and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to have your car washed and oil changed.

In my opinion this is the best place to wash your car and get a great price for it as well. Staff is always nice and helpful

Thank you to the staff for the great service today. For $60 they change the oil, I got a car wash and tires checked. The gentleman who did the oil was very professional and explained everything. The lady at the cashier was very pleasant and the gentlemen who washed my car couldn t had been any nicer. Even though I'm from Queens once in a while I get up into the Bronx and I was there the other day and needed a car wash and they did an amazing job. I have a few places I go to in Queens that I like but nobody does as good a full service car wash as these guys

These people are really great at what they do. I really like getting my car wash here compared to all the car washes I ve been to in the past.. this is the best one. The men who work here are really nice and the woman at the front desk. I cannot complain at all. They are really awesome.

I came in here to get an oil change done and they provided a car wash and they also put air in my tires for such a low price. After I left I was so satisfied at how clean my car was and how I got 3 things done all in 1 low price. I would definitely recommend!!

I have used this car wash a few times. Not the best, but I go there because it s close and convenient. The last time I took my car there, they barely vacuumed my front mats, they were still dirty when I got in. I went again and I reminded them to please do a good job because last time they didn t. I got my car back, mats were still full of grass and debris. They didn t even open my trunk to wipe away the water or the dust that accumulated. To top it off there were still some stains that could have been wiped clean. I m going to have to find a new car wash even if it s not close. For $20 I should get a little more . Rip off and bad service!!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

The place, work and great price. But the Dominican cashier that they have on Saturdays... She has not education, she is more attentive to criticizing clients and commenting on issues that do not include her. You need a course in human relations, customer service. Or definitely shut up your F

Sinced I'm new here at bronx I ddnt know any place for car wash and to my experience They're the worst car wash service here at New York and i'll never come back to them. They told me its done and i saw still dirty front and back and inside they ddnt vacuumed so i decided to clean it by myself. My neighbor is right not to go here wasting money. BELIEVE THEM DONT GO!

Literally they just kinda wash your car from the outside ,no matter how much you pay .... they leave the car wet, darty . Thry want to earn the money fast and easy ....I suggest you to take your car somewhere else if you really want your car to be clean
