If I can give Mousa 10 stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, he guided me and explained the entire process. Mousa gave me great advice and a great price! Within a few days, my vehicle was ready. The overall service was amazing and my car now looks BRAND NEW! I still can t believe how perfect the results came out. I 100% recommend 10/10

I was able to bring my car in on 1/26 to replace a damaged light and fender part. Musa took care of my car and the finished project looked real neat. I was very impressed with the work done an how well his customer service was. Musa is a cool dude, and I'd definitely recommend his business to my friends.

The owner Moussa(sp?) And his crew took great care of my dad's car. He is genuine and did an excellent job in fixing the issues and did meticulous work. Highly recommend!

Highly, highly recommend Mousa - he was so helpful in changing my battery (he even sent one of his employees out to pick up the battery for me). Excellent service and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back!

Musa, the proprieter of this shop is a very pleasent, honest person. He really values the time of the customers. He even worked on my mercedes really well.This body shop takes much less time compared to other body shops and also does a great job. Woudl highly recommend for any cars in the NY area.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are very good and efficient. As soon as you tell them the problem it is fixed with the time period and price range that u can afford. This the multiple times I have bring my car to get fixed and they always there to give me the good work it declserve. Always ask for Mausa he the man in charge and I promise he won t lier to you he is very honest and will tell you what it is that needs to be done .Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

T.Cool Auto Body is an remarkable shop. Moussa welcomed me with open arms. He saw I was upset about the situation. I was paient and he did extra work on my vehicle then he had to. I went for bumper/passager side fender/right suspension and it looks brand new. With addition to my intial problem I recieved an wheel alignment, change rotors/calipers/break pads and took out dents and scratches throughout the vehicle. I am beyond greatful with the work done on my car. I gain knowledge and learnd a valuble lesson about responsibilites with maintaining a vehical. I definelity would recommend this place if they need work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would definitely recommend this establishment. I brought my car in for an estimate; it needed quite a bit of work and I was quoted a great. My car was ready on time, on budget and the workmanship was great too! The owner even fixed a few things that he and I observed at our initial meeting without charging extra. I paid the exact price I was quoted. It is hard to find honest people in today s society, but thank God for Moussa.

The best auto body shop there is!!! These guys know what they're doing and they know it like the back of their hands. I brought my car in to have a bumper and fog light put in and they did it within an hour and a half! Amazing prices as well. Musa is not only great at his job, he's a great person too. He genuinely cares about people and looks to help you out in every way. Don't go to any other shop, take your car to T. Cool's Autobody!

The Owner Moussa went above and beyond for the project i brought before him. After a brief conversation our vision was mutual. As a college student athlete it s hard to find great work for a affordable price so i took the chance on at T Cools.I returned to pick it up maybe 2 days later and you can literally see the LEVEL OF CARE AND PATIENCE he took personally to satisfy what i wanted. We even sat for a hour + just to talk he s an amazing down to earth guy with a lot to share. I didnt talk to his team much but a owner like that gotta have great horsemen, i would recommend 10 out 10.Service: Painting

Moussa is knowledgeable in his field! After taking my car to 2 other shops, he was the only one who was able to tell me what was wrong with my car! He fixed the problem for a great price and made the process easy! I will definitely recommend this place!

I have been dealing with Moussa (owner) at T Cool's auto body shop for over a decade now. HANDS DOWN HE IS THE BEST! He is honest, works in a timely fashion, has great "people" skills and trust worthy! I am an EXTREMELY LOYAL customer and whomever I've recommended to him has never been let down. If you need something done to your car...big or small job...this is the guy to go to...absolutely 100%!

Went to this location based on the reviews. Left disappointed. Similar to another reviewer , I had a scratch left on my door after having my car re-painted because of peeling paint. I don't know if this is how Moussa does business. If he doses shoddy work, in hopes that you come back to him, so he can charge you again for work he SHOULD HAVE gotten done right the first time. I will NOT be coming here again, I see its a hit or miss with these guys. And, YES Moussa does like to talk your ear off, especially if he wants to distract you from scratches he left on your car.

I agree that the owner, Moussa seems like-able and all. And I was amazed at how my car looked after damage to the rear fender was fixed when I originally brought my car there to be worked on. But I had to bring my car there AGAIN after just over a year for work to be done in one of the SAME areas originally worked on. I also had to pay out of pocket for the work, EVEN AFTER I explained to Moussa that the original work(which in my case was the paint job) had to be repainted since the original paint job was peeling and the metal was even rusting a little bit. I suggested to Moussa that perhaps the paint was done too thin and the owner responded that he d use an anti-rust paint this time. Beware too. If only I could always stand by and watch mechanics and auto body workers when they work on my car, because I ve seen first hand how they(Moussa and one of his employees) will actually snip parts of your car in order to fit(in this case a bumper) back on a customer s car. If they did that the one time I saw them do it, I m sure they do stuff like that regularly. PERFECT example of that saying Don t judge a book by its cover ..

Paid over $500 to have paint work done over in the SAME area that was painted less than a year later, due to peeling paint. The owner, Moussa/T Cool said that he d use a different kind of paint this time. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed a 3 inch straight line cut to my door, next to the area that was re-painted. And of course Moussa did his small talk that he does to(in this case) distract me from the added damage he caused my car. Also I noticed Moussa(who apparently did the paint job) did not paint over my door which ALSO had some peeling paint. Mind you, the original paint job/body work consisted of my rear fender, and BOTH front and rear passenger side doors. Now when I brought my car for this re-do work, I expected to work to cover ALL the areas where the paint was peeling, but Moussa ended up only re-paint a specific area. My advice to anyone going here is to take pictures prior to your work being done so he(Moussa) or any other employee there can t say that extra scratches or damage was pre-existing. Even better would be to take the pics in front of them for added assurance. This is truly a good place to go ONLY IF YOU ARE PAYING OUT OF POCKET. If you are having body/paint work done through insurance, better to go to another, more professional auto body shop.

Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday for autobody repair, got it back that very Saturday, as promised by Mousa . Mousa was very thorough and patient when I first brought my car in and addressed all my questions and concerns to a T. The service was phenomenal! Mousa enjoys what he does and you can tell he puts all his heart and hard work into it. Very pleased with the outcome of the service I received and will be recommending Mousa to any friends and or strangers who need autobody repairs. Its difficult to find an autobody, especially in the Bronx ,that is genuine and uupfront; Mousa was very honest throughout the process and from now on will be my go to autobody shop! Wish I found Mousa's shop earlier! Thank you Mousa! Keep up the great work!! :)

the best auto shop i have ever been to...prices are reasonable , quick service (usually within 2 days) . i had a complicated dent for which the other shops were asking over thousands dollars , and here i got it fixed for way less and quick... the car came out real good like new, the paint job was accurate as my car color was mixed with two other coatings...highly satisfied and would recommend to all who needs a dent fix

These guys are simply the best Autobody shop in the Bronx. They really know how to take care of their costumers. Low price, great service, and your vehicle is back on the road asap. They'll even throw in a free car wash before you pick up your vehicle. I highly recommend that people go and check them out!!

T.Cool's Auto Body did a really great job restoring the "face" (front) of my 1997 Accord to its beautiful and "like new" condition after it got into a scuffle with another car. The price was right and I am extremely pleased with the result. Honestly, my beloved Accord hasn't looked this good in at least a decade. I am very grateful to Moussa for his care and professionalism.

Recently i gave my car for scratches on my right side door. I have contacted so many auto body shops near Stamford, Norwalk etc they charging me like 1000$ for small repair.one of my friend suggested T cool's auto body shop and I went here it's really very good place and cheap price ,now my car looking good without any damages. I will suggest this place strongly and honestly.

Online, it stated that they opened at 9am. I arrived shortly after 9:30am and they weren't opened yet. I left n came back about an hour later. When I came back, they were open. I was directed a guy name Moussa. He was speaking with a customer who he clearly was familiar with. I waited to the side to let him tend to her. He told me to bring my car to the corner. I followed his directions and continued to wait...and wait. I was about to get in my car n drive off, and that's when he decided to come inspect the car. I told him that I did not want to go through the insurance company I wanted to pay out of pocket. He tried to convince me to go through the insurance company, even after I told him that I was not interested. After going back n forth for a few mins, I just decided to leave. Don't try to convince me to go against my original plan. I read great things abt this place, too bad I didn't get to experience it
