I believe the policy is you have 30 days to get your free car wash once you get your oil change. So I left my car with the mechanic and went into the waiting room to have a cup of coffee. I had a lot of stuff in the car so I definitely did not want the car washed. When I went to check why it was taking so long , the mechanic said he sent it for the car wash, which infuriated me. I had valuables in the car. Anyway a long story short I did not realize until the next day but my a $150 Bose speaker was no more. So I don't know if it was the mechanic or the car wash guy but someone definitely stole the speaker

The car wash is OK. The oil change part, find yourself a better place. They charge extra to remove the bottom covers of the engine. That wouldn't be so bad if they would put all the screws back. So far, I count 2 missing and they were the only ones that have ever done work down there. Something as simple as putting a screw back and they can't get that right.

Excellent affordable place for car service.Just doble check they don't forget to put the oil cap back to its place.I fount out later.

I went in for and oil change and it included a free car wash... along with a BROKEN STEERING COLUMN! The total damaged was $700 from my repair shop! DO NOT GO HERE!These guys are ROUGH with your vehicle! They will downright manhandle anything that comes in their way-- just to rush onto the next car so they can get handle as much customers as possible to make money.They mainly clean and service taxis, Ubers, etc. cheap throwaway rides that are just in need of a quick cleaning. They do not care or give attention to your person belongings or your vehicle. It's a fast and damaging car wash: if you observe them men as they clean or service your vehicle, you'll see them throwing, slamming and just rushing threw to get to the next car..No go with these guys.

I got my oil changed here, did the free car wash right after. Was very disappointed with the job that was done. I ve been here many times before and it looked great, this time looked like I could have done a better job.

Be careful going here to wash your car, the workers damaged my rim and the owner is ducking me not trying to pay, will never go here again.

Staff was very good change the air filter and cabin filter oil change and car wash had a very reasonable price didn't have to run to AutoZone to buy both and start installing myself

I went to them for an oil change after a colleague mentioned they do good work. The mechanic said he spilled oil on my alternator and that it needs to get cleaned up. A week later my alternator died. Lazy and bad work.

Needed an oil change. Everyone was super professional and they really are quick and fast with their jobs. They can cover almost any car issue. Highly recommend this place. Pricing was fair too as well as cheap.

Nice staff, they are fast, the business is clean and so are the restrooms.. They do a good job cleaning, the cars,however they try to dry the best possible way, it still stays wet.

Went in for a tire rotation. They snapped the tire bolt and refused to fix it or refund the work they did. Highly advise against doing any tire work here.

Do not go there, I ve taken my car there numerous times for years and the car is always dirty I wipe it down with towels to clean it this time the car is dirty and the wheels are filthy like they haven t been washed. I m not cleaning the wheels I went back and the guy in charge told me I have to pay again I argued he said next time you re paying. Not nice just an a I have 3 cars will not go there anymore, I ll go to the tremont car wash.

Never recommended, never recommend, never recommended . They are " fraudulent." I have to change my car oil they charged 85$ and when after 2 days I came back for routine care of my car my mechanic checked the engine oil and said they refill the used oil, burnt oil ( liquid like brown water ). Very shamefull act. they are making people cars engine poor by putting old burnt oil with full new price.Never recommended.

I come here all the time and never did I have the worst experience until today. I just bought my 2019 Toyota Camry and I also have a private drive way. I come in today 3/26/2019 at 12:15 pm to get a super car wash which is vacuum, amor on tires and basically a really good wash and dry service but I got none of that. They gave me a basic wash and a terrible dry. They didnt clean my rims and barely any amor on the tires. I didnt complain until I seen these scratches on my trunk and the front of my car. I keep my cool and go to the manager to tell him my situation and the nerve of this guy ! He tells me that it looks like someone did those scratches on my car before I got to the car wash. What?!?!? Are you kidding me ?!? I have a private drive way with cameras !!!! Plus I just bought the car last week !!! I even gave my car a hand wash the other day myself and did not see any of those scratches! This will be the last time I ever come here for any service ! My suggestion to everyone that goes to this car wash do yourself a the favor and record your car and then compare if it looks the same before and after the wash and if you have a BRAND NEW car DO NOT GO TO THAT CAR WASH ! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE OUTCOME. And trust me when I say these scratches are not water screeches.

Nasty workers. I told cashier that I didn't see him took out my mat to wash. They giving me attitude. I am not paying for the service if not done. Anyways Manager came and made sure it was done.

Great for a quick oil change (car wash included). In and out in less than 1/2 an hour. Just be careful about other offers. They usually try to get you to rotate your tires or upgrade your oil choice which bumps the bill up by $20+ .

I went to this place for an oil change recommended by my neighbor. He has a similar sized SUV as mine, and it just happen to use the same oil type (0-20w) and about the same quantity of oil needed (around 5.5 qt). My friend told me they charged him $65 for an oil change, but when I went there and when I asked the price, they looked at my SUV (newer one than my neighbor) and said $100. Obviously they are charging you based on what they think they can charge you. If you have an old card, then they'll charge you less, if you have a newer car "hey, lets just charge him more, he can afford it". Thanks but not thanks, I'll keep doing my own oil changes.

Cashier rude as all get out. Tossed my receipt on the counter and walked away. The wash is garbage for the amount paid. $15 and the inside was barely cleaned. At least the guys operating the wash are better than the trash behind the counter.

Did an oil change here... I was over due for an oil change and have never done one at a quick lube in my life, I've only heard horror stories. A friend swore by this place. So I decided to take a chance and go, I was surprised with the many different options for oil they had, I went with their top of the line which was royal purple, and it was amazing. I only wish they had better options for the oil filter because it would have been amazing to have been able to put on a royal purple filter to go with the oil change. It cost me less than $130 to change the oil on my explorer to this premium oil. So not only do you get an oil change, they top off the washer fluid and check your tires and add air if needed, but the bonus is they give you a free car wash which was even better, and not just a regular car wash, they clean the inside as well.... You can't go wrong.... Amazing experience, I recommend this to anyone

If you need an oil change, this is the place to go to. All techs are professional and on point. They do everything that should be checked on during an oil change. Plus at reasonable prices. Plus a car wash after your change. I drive from Rockland county to get service from this establishment and I will continue. The Bronx can still deliver.

They don t take cleaning your car serious. Everytime I show them the mess they leave in my car they just use the rag they ve used on hundreds of other cars and try to make the mess disappear but it isn t enough. Also, when you look at the receipt they ll state they did a bunch of things but when you observe or check for yourself, you ll see that they haven t done most of it. They ll also tell you things are wrong with the vehicle, and I go to my mechanic after and my mechanic tells me everything is fine. Only reason this hasn t gotten 1 star is because you get a free oil change after 6 visits.

The guys do a great job! My go to in the neighborhood. Also use them for my oik changes. Never had an issue. Price is right and the workers are pleasant!

This place has it all when it comes to cars. Mechanics, car wash and you can go inside and get yourself some coffee and snacks and wait to get your car fixed and watch your car get washed thru the glass window.

The only place I go to get my oil changed.Quick, efficient and at a decent price point.The staff are straightforward and have never tried to upsell anything.
