Absolute one of the worst experiences in my life. Not only did they keep my car for months, they also did not fix anything. After staying with my car for over 6 months and making full payments for services, I was told nothing could be done. Then after being told nothing can t be done he try to get me to sell my car to him for under 500 bucks. Why would he want a car he claims to be unfixable? This shop are crooks and take hard working people s money for jobs they can not do or choose not to do. Anyone who has gone here and been a victim to their scam should reach out to a lawyer and file a suit and when you do you will be able to see all other claims made towards this shop. I wish I would had done my research before leaving my car here because now I m out of 4,000 dollars and no car. Also, I sent my car in there to fix one problem and all of sudden there were multiple problems with my car. Please be careful with this shop they are no good. Even if they were to fix whatever you come in for, in less than 1 month your car will break down with way more damages than what you came in for. Again, BE CAREFUL with these frauds.

Worst mechanic in the Bronx. They had my car for at least 6 mnths and the end result they couldn t figure it out. So I lost my car and my money. Then they have the balls to say the place next door will buy the car off of me for a few hundred . Sounds like they work together. I don t recommend this place at all.

I wish I could not give you a star. Sunny the owner is a thief he stole a part of my car he also collected money to fix my car and didn't do any fixing. he's a big rip-off and disrespectful I wouldn't recommend fixing your car with this shop I had a full tank of gas and received my car back empty not to mention I couldn't locate my car for a while he had it.

I would like to say a special thanks to the sunny autobody shop. My vehicle met in an accident, and I called the Sunny autobody Shop. They helped guide me through the process and kept me updated along the way. The results of my vehicle were stunning, I could not tell that the vehicle was previously hit and the color was a perfect match. The Sunny autobody shop provided me with excellent service and I never experienced a problem with them,so with that been said I would recommend sunny autobody shop to everyone who requires the utmost quality and professional services to you and your vehicle.

Body work was needed. I don't understand how I come back to my inner front end being pulled apart and not put back together. Bolts were missing and inner framing lifted and loose. THEN, my trunk floor (felt body that covers spare tire)was broken in two pieces, swollen and torn apart, causing it to dust and cause a mess upon removing. WHAT Hppened?! What happened to the respect of a person's property left in your care?! When this was brought to the attention of owner, he said he had no knowledge and it wasn't his workers, however, "bring it back so we can make it right", Sunny said. The workers employed in this establishment are inconsiderate and lack common respect. Don't bring your vehicle here. Pay the extra for what should be done right. After reading into other reviews, I am not the first this has happened to. The parts used for my car,I also found out were not new. THEY were used!!! I have to say I came to Sunnys to have my Carco auto inspection photos done. I have to say it was quick and so easy. The gentlemen at the desk were very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely recommend others to have their insurance photos done here.

Tail light from a tap Sunnys jacked up my car and billed my insurance all kinds of damages that didn't happened. SHAME ON YOU ALL.. just got the carfax and the damages listed did not happen!!!

Best Autobody shop in town! The customer service is great and most importantly Sunny is great at his work. My car was fixed, didn't have too much headached with the insurance company (as they took care of that). I was also hooked up with car rental spot through them. And turn around time to getting my car was also good. I would highly recommend. Call them anytime for a quote.

Sunny and his crew of talented workers did a fantastic job on my car his attention to detail is one of the best I have seen no car goes out till he does a complete inspection of his work to make sure the repair loos better than new !! It's really sad that Google reviews which many people used to rely on have been coopted by some of these unscrupulous business owners. The owner of Sunny's is one of those owners. This guy and his clan of incompetent mechanics screw my car after having it in his shop for about 30 days. They got everything wrong in fixing my car and all I can say beware of this shop. Beware of this phony 5-star reviews. Because there is no way these reviews area truthfully given. I will give this company .5 star maximum only because I'm leaving room for him to redeem himself by getting rid of all these incompetent Jamaicans and actually hire real mechanics with common sense.

10 STARS......I'm so happy with the service that I recommend them to everyone & anyone who'll listen. Jimmy, Mike & Kathy offer awesome customer service. The work is always spot on. I sometimes feel like I'm short changing them!Love you guys!!!!!

This man is the worst, it took me so long to write a comment, He doesn t even deserve a star, he s a sweet mouth rip off, he took my car from Geico when someone hit me in the back, whoever fixed my car did not fix it properly someone referred me to this man but this was the worst up to know my car back loose!!!! Worst service
