I never have a problem at this auto place. I send my daughters to this auto mechanic. They r reasonably priced. They don t try to do services not needed and they r very upfront about what issues ur car has. Women friendly and responsive to ur car needs. Quick service when possible. Recommended auto shop repair.

Went to pick my car up & asked 1 question about what was done, the guy behind the counter immediately got defensive with a bad attitude, then asked the employees to explain it to me, they did, and I said thanks & left. He then called to say he didn t want to see us again I m assuming bc I asked a question about the prices. I was trying to understand what was done bc I don t know anything about cars. It s bizarre. He seems to have mental health issues apart from not saying it to me when I was physically present at the shop. It s fine, there are other auto shops, but what a disgusting personality & customer service.

I've never had a problem going here. Every Time I've left, I've felt like I received great service and that my car was properly fixed. He's even seen me late in the day with an emergency... (I was truly grateful). The prices haven't let me down. Being someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I always feel like Wanny is honest and helpful.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

Don t recommend. Owner is rude and disrespectful and an obvious predator to milk you for your money. Man had the audacity to ask me a personal question and thought his arrogance was going to be met with zero resistance. Go somewhere else, another reviewers experience was similar to mine and so after reading that it was obvious this place isn t for me, yet again most mechanics are sharks so choose wisely!

If you need a good mechanic then St. Lawrence Auto is the place to go. My husband and I have been going to his shop for the past fifteen years and we have no complaints. Wanny is a very honest and good mechanic. He is always upfront about the repairs and cost. Also he and his team are very knowledgeable about cars. I rate them five stars.

I have been coming to this place for over a decade. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and reliable. I have serviced different vehicles from different manufacturers with them and always had great results. Being in the car business myself, I can say that automobiles are complex and always evolving. Even the most experienced mechanics in the industry are challenged by new technology and ever changing manufacturer designs. You can bring a 20 year old clunker or a brand new car out of the dealership and expect these guys to get it done!

I ve been getting my car serviced at St. Lawrence since 2013. Trust, reliability, and good service have kept me coming back and my used car running in good shape. Most important, I ve come to really appreciate the trust factor. After a bad experience with the Acura service department, finding a mechanic that I could trust became my number one priority. Here you will encounter integrity along with professional service.

The shop was excellent at handling my problem. Handle everything in a very professional and timely fashion. Had my car ready the very next day! Reasonable pricing and great work. Definitely recommend to anyone who is experiencing issues.

I have used this shop for years and have never had any issues with the repairs or price. Wanny always made sure to explain the issue and how much is was going to cost ahead of doing anything.Best mechanic in the Bronx, I have recommended numerous people to his shop. He goes above and beyond for his customers-

WORST PLACE EVER!!! All these good reviews must be fake. First off they charged my husband $75 dollars just to look at his car (AC is not working) a compressor for our vehicle cost $169. The guy lied and said a compressor cost $300. So grand total he tried to charge is $740 needles to say we walked out. $440 in labor alone is outrageous. If you're looking for a reasonably priced place just keep driving.

Ive always had an excellent Expirience coming here. I'veTaken my vehicles here multiple times and never had any issues. Professional, no BS staff. Prices reflect the competent work that they do.

I have used this shop for years and have never had any issues with the repairs or price. I never felt over charge Wanny always made sure to explain the issue and how much is was going to cost ahead. His prices are the best for the quality of work you get, one time my car broke down in NYC, the NYC shop was charging me over $2000, I called Wanny he got my car towed to his shop and my repairs with the tow was less that $1000. I have recommended numerous people to his shop, and they all have been happy with the service. If you want the job done right Wanny is the right mechanic. Wanny's employees are also very nice and knowledgeable they are always willing to answer any question with a smile.

They don t care about the customer value,I went there 8 in the morning.I told them about my car problem,They change only my 4 shucks nothing else,and they charge me $1034 how funny? And they didn t fix my any other problems,when i went there for picup my car,they said oh we forget to fix other problem.

Tried to rip me off; by saying I need a new engine and that I have to pay 80% up front !!! Which turned out I didn't need a new engine at all !!!!

I live around the area and I just got my oil change done here. And the owner said that HE DOES ACCEPT CREDIT for oil change but for everything else he accepts credit. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!! Not only that!! He also tells me that IF I WANT A RECEIPT THEN I HAVE TO PAY A TAX FOR IT!!! Are you serious ?!?! Clearly this guy doesn't want to report the Money he made for this oil change. This place is a gimmick so please avoid this place

I've been going to Wanny and having my cars serviced by him for over 20 years he's a wonderful mechanic and he has great guys working for him he keeps me on the road very satisfied wouldn't think of going anywhere else

Went to have my car checked for a problem with the door not closing. They completely dismantled my car to find the problem, tryed to over charge me for the parts, and when I left out the shop... MY CAR STARTED SMOKING! my rear windows would not go down and my a/c & heating fan stoped working!!!! WORST AUTO SHOP EVER!! BEWARE! These guys are crooks and they know it. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! DONT GO!! Find another place these guys will break your car and charge you to fix it.

just like saber uddin mentioned ., (wanny sucks) ., I had a similar situation back in 2012 ., on a repair , I also felted he didn't want to report the money I gave him for the repairs . this guy should get investigate, also any positive reviews shown here , its all made up by his family and friends

I had a gasket replaced and now my car smokes after ever oil change. I owed this car for 4 year, it never smoked prior to going to this shop! Their answer was more $$ to fix the problem they caused. Not to mention when i left my check engine light was on.....another mechanic turned it off for me
