Franklin and his Son Marcos can't be any better Help.No wonder why they have such nice reviews.I use them at 1:00Am, and they where able to co.e quick and take care of my Truck. I was back on the road within 2 Hrs of calling them. I will definitely use them again if I have to.Frankling talk to me on the phone and made me feel like he really wanted to help me.Thanks Guys!

Today is my last day as a Truck repair dispatcher at Travel Centers of America. I deal with hundreds and hundreds of truck repair companies large and small all across the states. Hands down Skyway Truck Service is by Far the #1 most loved and remarkable company by myself and other agents. My job was to find reliable truck service for stranded drivers on the road to keep them making money. As you can see by all the other unbiased reviews everyone loves Skyway. They help people when they feel helpless or when they have been screwed by other truck repair companies or even the hours long delay by their own company. He will be there and will get you rolling. Truck repair is like automatic for them. This company answers every single call no matter the time of day and carries pretty much anything and everything. They have a shop and stock for readiness) Combine that with 30+ years of keeping America moving ... Bam ! You have Skyway Truck Service. I have been calling Skyway Road Service for over 2 years now. I'm telling you if your stranded in NY north NJ area just call Skyway so you don't have to worry. It has been an honor working with you Franklin! God bless my friend.

After waiting another company for 12 hours to come and fix my truck in Manhattan i called SKYWAY ROAD SERVICE. They showed up in 45 min at 1 am and fixed my truck in half hour. Thank you very much for your professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

Our Company based from Illinois our driver had issue with a truck. We thought that the Turbo of the engine is damaged but we called Sky way Road Service A gentlemen name Franklin answered the phone he provided best costumer service and fair price for used turbo. Once he dispatched a mobile service they arrived at the truck location they diagnose its not a turbo engine have knocking sound. They charge Fair price for mobile service and diagnostic. Amazing costumer service !

The worst experience I have ever had. Stay away from this company. They will rip you off and do shoddy work. I waited for over 9hours for them to show up with excuses of traffic and searching for parts as to why it took over 9 hours to get to my location. After they got to me they didn't bring the correct parts and rigged the old parts back on and said it would be fine. I didn't even make it 500 miles before getting stranded on the side of the road with the same problem. They soaked me for 1400.00 and the second time I called around and purchased new parts for 185.00 and installed them myself in 2 hours less time. They are a joke and only in it to screw you over. Stay away from this company!!!!! Don't let my bad experience become yours.

Always a tuff situation when broke down on the road with a large truck & not from the area.. But Skyway was very helpful along the way!! Great service tech came out, got part replaced & got us back on road quickly. Lady in the office was helpful & very thankful, somethings you don't find every day!!

Had a road service call with them and they were great! Their tech immediately showed up on site.. and resolved and repaired my truck! Highly recommend them! And the owner was a gem! He personally handled my road call with such care and concern!

These guys are really helpful. They came quick and did their job smoothly.I once had my truck wrong type of fuel, gasoline instead of diesel, needed to drain all the gas and clean all the fuel line. It took one hour and half to do that then my truck refreshed with diesel. My truck runs great now. Thank you, Frank.

Excellent roadside service. Franklin was the only shop who I could reach at 3am. He sent his guys out to repair my truck in Queens ( his shop is in the Bronx). They worked for about 4 hrs to repair my truck. I highly recommend

I found this place via Google. While the website and their facilities look great, their customer service is terrible. I dropped off a Mack truck for service on a Friday. I heard back the next day, being told that I'd get a quote that following Tuesday, as it was the Holiday. I called multiple times that Tuesday, being given the run around between the secretary not being in to "the owner is the only one that knows the prices and is not available". I spoke with the supposed secretary, who was very unprofessional and pretty much told me tough luck. After that, the following day, another employee told me that they were too busy to handle giving me a simple quote. Honestly, for how well these people present themselves aesthetically, it is a shame that they cannot deliver a simple task such as providing a quote. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you avoid this place as well.

Am extremely pleased with the high end repairdone to my truck.what professionalism in that work team,and the owner Mr Frank is a gentleman. I had a great treatment from Frank, very accurate and down to earth.also the price was very reasonable.from now on he's going to be my v.i.p road service when i need it anywhere in new york city.l persolnally recommended to anyone!! Great customer service! Did not have to wait too long for them to come and did not have to wait too long for them to fix my truck. I'll definitely call them again if I'm having problems.

Recently brought two trucks here for computer issues, one of which has been a persistent pain in the ass for years. Took it to Skyway, dealt with a gentleman named Franklin who is also the owner. He resolved the problem in a matter of a couple of hours and VERY inexpensively. They resolved a problem that even the STEALERSHIP could not! I highly recommend Skyway Road Service!!

I have a very pleasant experience with skyway road service, my truck was having engine problems and this guy's got my truck going very quickly. They are very knowledgeable and they charged a very fair price.I highly recommend Skyway road service

$610.00 just to put a mud flap onto a trailer. The most I ve ever seen in my career in my company s maintence department is about $345.00 so these guys have almost doubled the typical price. I don t suggest using them. There are far more reputable vendors in NY like Belt Tire or Lakeville Truck and Trailer.

Skyway road service in shops these people are fabulous when it comes to repair they are extremely fast they have the best rates in the Bronx in New York and surrounding areas I would recommend them highly to anyone that needs their service there are number one in my book I rate them with 5 stars

this company is completely un professional, i had a truck break down and it took him 3 hours to get to my driver, he then diagnose the problem and agree he would return with the part that needed to be replaced, I CALL HIM back in 3 hours to see what the hold may have been, only for him to tell me that the part he needed he doesn't have and that I'm on my own! after arguing with him for not calling bacon time and having my driver wait 6 hours stranded for his return, i came up with a quick solution on how to get the truck running and if he could come back so that we may use his tools,and he then tells me he is home already , my driver waited from 9:30 to 4:30 pm waiting on this guy's return he couldn't even refer me to his competition or neighboring repair shop, or even a tow truck company, this company is completely utterly un professional please be aware of the b.s

I recommend not to use this guy ever, he is thief. He installed me a use engine for a $8500 and only last me for 6 months. I went back to have him to check my engine and he ignored me.

Very satisfied with the service, I own a car carrier company and my truck needed service, I found Skyway Road Service Corporation on google and so far is the best road service I have worked in that area, fast service and fair price. Recommended *****

I suggest everybody that do not use their service, and don't waste your time and your nerve, they will rip you off with the price and your time, I called them like a 9 am told them I will wait for them at the pick up location at the Bronx from their shop like 20 min drive they showed up at 3:20 pm after calling them like 20 times three different numbers I called their boss and mechanics, I hade to fix my trailer door one sides was completely broken they need to screw in hinges 5 hinges that's all because I unscrewed all while waiting for them to show up, like a 6 hours I had nothing to do, so when they showed up I told them how much it's gonna be, one of them like I tell when I'm done have to call my boss for the price I sad ok it's like 30 min job max for two mechanics so when they done with the job, HE TOLD ME 792$ for the job I'm like what 800$ for this his like not 800$ 792$ I'm yeah 8$ short 800$ are your ok bro why so much money and his I'm giving your breakdown like I'm giving your discount, I told him nooo I'm not stupid to do that for 800$ take that down I don't need so they took it apart in 5 min then left before that I was agree to pay them 500$ for 30 min job and parts was like 100$ max they could make 400$ in 30 minutes, how stupid your suppose to be to come here finish the job try to rip me off and didn't worked out and take parts off and leave without making money that's insane, so GUYS THATS YOUR MONEY YOUR KNOW HOW TO SPEND IF YOU WANNA TROUGH THAT MONEY YOU CAN CALL THEM ITS YOUR CHOICE GOOD LUCK.

Very nice people. Showed up. Assessed the problem. Realized they didn t have a part for this repair and left.Didn t offer another solution. Just left me on the side of the road.

If you have trouble anywhere near the bronx or on the way to hunts point market, calling these guys is like calling your family for help. I highly recommend this company!

The guy was very nice he told me he would be there to help me in 45 minutes and was there in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this company.

My driver had a blown radiator hose so I called this place at 8:15 am to get fixed. It is now 2:30 p.m and my driver is still waiting. Not recommended to use this place.
