Even thoo Geico cancel the insurance They are good people good Communicators Good Service I didn't get my car but I Recommend you to use this company its your choice everything is a process but I'm gonna trade in the car in 6 months because i took some pictures before I got the car let's just say it wasn't the car that I expected

"Great experience, with amazing people, and great management. From the moment I pulled up to the parking lot I was greeted and never left for forgotten. I was treated with respect and most important to me, like family. I came here because I was looking to start using my credit. And everywhere I ve gone my odds were always negative, but not here! Santiago Auto Mall Corp. helped me with my process and made everything easy all in less than an hour. They helped me find a car that fit all my needs and was in good condition. The manager answered all my questions and concerns and left me with no doubt that I was in the right place. Kelvin was a huge help with my wife buying her first car. She found what she wanted and he made sure she left happy. He breaks down every detail to the T when it comes to the contract and the way he makes you know about what you will be paying and more. Very kind people all around that place. This is the best car dealership I have been too. They go hard to get you what you want and are not pushy! Very down to earth! They may be smaller but have a fantastic above expectations array of cars to select from. They helped me with my dream vehicle and did a trade off! I couldn't be more happier! You tell them what u want and expect and they work with you...I got more than what I bargained for! Felix was outstanding! Thanks with a big grin!

Santiago Auto Mall was amazing! Felix helped my wife and I yesterday to get our new car and he was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Felix and his team, assisted with trading our plates from our old car and cleaned the car entirely for us. Felix offered several deals and explained everything thoroughly. We recommend Santiago Auto Mall to everyone, you will not regret it!

Very professional group of individuals. Kelvin, Felix and Alex were very informative. I had a bunch of questions about financing and they patiently answered all of them. I am very happy with my purchase. I've had my vehicle for 2 months now and even when i had a minor issue with my vehicle they were kind and promptly took care of me.

Unfortunately, the experience me and my family had at Santiago was unpleasant. Their motto is supposed to be high quality care and customer service, however that is far from the truth or at least the salesman that assisted us wasn't. I wish I remembered his name (maybe like Velez or Ruiz) but it doesn't matter. He was the only male salesman working on a Saturday. When we first arrived no one greeted us, not because they didn't see us but because no one cared. Maybe upon arrival we were automatically stereotyped (probably had to do with the fact we didn't appear to be Latino). When this guy came out he did not show an ounce of interest, once we told him our price range his body language became disengaged. This guy was in it for a profit not for assisting customers. This is supposed to be a community base business but we were disappointed in the way he represented the company with greed and disrespect. This guy had no professional wit, he was talking on his phone and was just plain rude. He was not straight forward with answering questions and was not helpful. Moral of this story is treat any potential customer with a level of professionalism and respect. First impression is lasting impression and my impression of this place was PITY.
