They wasted 24 hours of my life. Don't go here for rim painting they will take your rims to God knows where and it will take weeks for them to paint them. I got here at 9:00 a.m. made a deal left the deposit. They told me it would be done in 2 days so I take a cab home cost me $30. Then 3 hours later they called me telling me it's going to take 2 weeks and I have to pay more money so I refused and asked for my car back. They said okay. I took another $30 cab back to this repair shop and they forced me to wait until closing time which was about 5 hours of sitting there waiting to get my rims back.

Came in after I scraped up my front & rear rims on a curb pretty badly on the highway. They made my rims look brand new and they were done in less than two hours. Prices are amazing. Highly recommended!!!

When i say this shop is number one i mean it NUMERO UNO!! Sooo i had a bad run in with a pothole in nyc and everyone s know what a pothole can do. Not only did it flatten my tire but it scratched my rim BADLY. I was so nervous because i was in a LOANER. A BMW loaner at that. You know how much it would ve been at the dealer buttttt Omar came to my rescue. Very well mannered crew, great customer service and smiled during the entire servicing. Even my mom was like wow. We both knew we had gone to the right place which i found on Google lol go figure !!! Anyway less that 45 minutes a had a rimThat looked like it was never damaged. I m so grateful because i dont know what i would ve done. I traveled from Queens to the Bronx for this service and i left smiling. This is the place to go for a scratched rim. TRUST ME!!! THEY GOT YOU!!! Alpha means something that is FIRST right? Well this should be your FIRST STOP when it comes to your tires. Thanks guys i owe you a million 2/9/24UPDATE: The loaner passed the inspection yayyyyyyyy i got my car back now

My rim was damaged due to a big pothole. The sensor kept going off. I found this place online and said why not give it a try. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They were able to repair my rim. It was also a cost effective option.

I got my tire fixed but the guy used his drill to mess up my spare tire hatch. He said he couldn t put it back up and now I know why. I am now trying to lower my spare tire hook to put my spare tire back up and it s literally damaged. I have to keep my spare tire in my trunk instead of underneath my truck. I speak perfectly well in Spanish and they took me for a fool. .... regret giving him a ten dollar tip.

Went to get my rim fixed today had curb scratches on it they did an amazing job on my rim they fixed it like it was never damaged. Service was great did not wait long.

this place name is Alpha motors, they also fix rims and they are great at it.they have powder coating services also, the shop also repairs cars. i have fixed plenty of cars here and they will help you one way or another

I was on google looking for rim repair shop saw what they do and decided to take the ride from upstate ny to the bronx well worth the trip . They took me right in courteous professional quality work.

There they stole $2000 dollars from my brother-in-law and they never gave it back to him. Please stay away from this place.Ahi le robaron $2000 dolares a mi cu�ado y nunca se lo rregresaron por favor alegense de este lugar .
