Recommend this shop to everyone! My car came in the shop with a whole bunch of rock chips and panels that weren t blended in right and left with everything fixed correctly and blended in correctly. Rich and his team went above and beyond and got my car ready for show season they are the best of the best!

After checking out a few location to get my vehicle repaired I chose this location because I saw cars that were already there and seeing the work done on them. Also the professionalism of all the staff members especially Rich. The vibe was great and I was getting all my questions answered and was given a few option on what to do. Rich was very helpful and informative through the process. My vehicle 2022 Acura MDX ASpec was also done ahead of the time which was great. Besides the damage from my incident I also got my rims powder coated back as well as my calipers power coated red, which was something I was wanting to do for a while. When I got my vehicle back I was so in love with the way my car turned out!! It was 100x better than what I envisioned. I highly recommend this location if you re looking to get anything done to your vehicle. I have a luxury vehicle that I keep in tip-top shape. As part of that, I took my car to Rich this very week for a paint job on the front bumper and Rich did the following:1. The bumper color doesn't match with the rest of the car.2. They left paint drops behind.3. Another shop described the job as "terrible" and "orange peel".4. One of the headlamp washers is sticking out.5. Various small dings and imperfections in the paint job.6. The gap between the bumper and the hood is bigger on the left side (6+mm) than it is on the right side (3mm).7. They painted over my side reflectors without consulting me.All y'all tell me, is this the work of a 4.7-star shop? Many of their five-star reviews look suspect, check out the realistic names that don't sound quite right and don't have profile pictures, and the similar level of verbosity, tone, and linguistic competence across the review texts. They probably hired a review farm to get those reviews in. Someone should write to Google to have them taken down.Service: Painting

You can t go wrong with Rich Auto. They provide 5 star service and have never failed me. I ve brought a few of my cars here for repairs different makes and models and they always come back amazing. I also love that it is a family owned business, and they have gone above and beyond what other auto body s will do. I ll certainly be coming back again and again. Thanks guys!

The folks at Rich Automotive were professional and friendly. Though my job turned out to be a relatively small one they took the time to fully explain my alternatives and to offer me reasonable estimates for them.They did the work quickly and completely I m very satisfied with it.I will use Rich Automotive again for any other repairs and highly recommended them to you.

One thing about Rich and his team they know what they are doing, amazing customer service on top of doing the job in a timely matter and properly I got into a accident recently got my car taken to them, when I picked up my car you couldn t tell me that car wasn t brand new they took care of every dent, scratch, and mark. Rich was very communicative with me letting me know exactly what he was doing to my car and anytime I had called they picked up. Really appreciate they service and how quick it took them to fix my car

I had a great experience having my Audi Q5 repaired at this shop. The guys were courteous and professional and did an excellent job in a very short period of time. Now my baby is shining like new money! I highly recommend this shop!

If you want serious and responsible people to take care of your vehicle this is the place to come to. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly, I didn't know what to do when an animal collided with my vehicle and they helped me through out the process all I had to do was make the claim and they did everything else. I recommend Rich automotive anyone who needs help with their vehicle.

Would definitely say this is the best auto body shop in New York. Hospitality is 10/10, I took my car in and it came out looking in better condition then it was brought in after the crash. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and was overall a great experience

I would like to say that this shop is if not the best repair I ever got my vehicle repaired at. Rich is a real stand up and. Honorable guy I don t feel like I was being taking advantage of. They provide the best quality of service. I was very impressed with getting my Vehicle serviced here and cause of that this is my go to repair shop anything wrong with my car I will go straight to them to straighten it out. I highly recommend this to family and friends TRUST ME you wont be disappointed.

I have had my cars fixed there in the past and the customer service is excellent and work is thorough. My car needed small repairs they fixed for me in 1 day and I was able to secure a car rental from them as well so everything I needed was provided there which made my day easier which is always a plus. So if anyone needs there car fixed and you have a insurance claim I would give them a glowing review.Service: Electrical repair
