I recently took my Mercedes Benz to Recharge Auto Body Shop, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with their service. From the moment I walked in, they made it their priority to ensure my complete satisfaction with the repairs.What really impressed me was their excellent communication throughout the process. They regularly called me to provide updates on the progress of my car, keeping me well-informed and reassured.The repairs themselves were flawless. My Mercedes Benz looked as good as new, and the attention to detail was evident.I would highly recommend Recharge Auto Body Shop to my friends and family. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, along with their excellent communication and exceptional repair work, sets them apart from other auto body shops. Crashed my toyota camry and within two weeks my car was like new, seriously nothing I could even try to complain about. Not only was the work absolutely perfect, but NANDO kept in great communication with all updates. They were able to take care of everything needed with insurance to insure the whole process was smooth sailing. They even detailed the car. I was referred to this establishment by my former bodyshop place and I love the vibe, attitude and personality of the owner. There were employees working intensely when I arrived. I was provided a quote, date to drop off and pick up. I arrived late to pick up my vehicle due to inclement weather, but there was an employee waiting for me. I can proudly say that I am satisfied with the results and would most definitely recommend to everyone I know! I'm a loyal and faithful customer from here on out. Thank you Recharge Auto!!!

BAD FOR BUSINESS, THEY LEAVE YOUR CAR UNLOCKED AND LEAVE IT PARKED ON PUBLIC STREET WHEN YOU BRING IT IN FOR REPAIRS. IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE THEY TAKE A LONGER PROCESS AND THE OWNER TRY TO CHARGE YOU OUT OF POCKET EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE FULLY COVERED WARRANTY.

A few weeks ago, the rear of my car was badly smashed when someone rear ended me when I was at a red light. I am glad I didn't work with the company the insurance recommended. The other body shop did not have good reviews and I didn't feel comfortable trusting them. I had heard good things about Recharge autobody, so I took my car there instead. I worked with Lionel & Nando during the process, and they was very responsive to my calls and concerns. The car was ready in just over 1 week, which was faster than I was expecting. Plus, they thoroughly cleaned my car! An all-around great experience.Service: Body & Trim

Found this shop, Went in for a photo inspection. What a great experience. I was well taken care of by the staff. 2 weeks later I got into a fender bender and they took care of it. The process was seamless and my vehicle looks amazing. Thank you Recharge for assisting me. I will let everyone @carciergeworldwide as well as my friends and family know about you guys. Great choice. I highly recommend this shop! Some lowlife stole my catalytic converter and a shop in midtown wanted to charge me $4K to install a new oneI found this shop and they installed it for half the price. While it was still costly I would rather pay more for good service than be robbed for mediocre serviceThey completed the job the same day and Lionel Cole hand delivered my car to me guaranteeing that the parts he installed are fully covered under warrantyHe is definitely my new car guy!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Our insurance requested a photo inspection and I spoke to Lionel on a Friday around 4:30PM. He asked to bring the car in the same evening and his colleague took care of the inspection. He did a very thorough job.They were very Courteous and helpful.

This is ridiculous. The price given by mechanic Nick was unbelievably high. Brought Nissan Altima 2016 and for attached photo estimate was given $5,317.67. Would not recommend at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!

Came here after another shop was taking too long to report a claim for my car warranty. Manny listened to my needs & issue & began communicating w me & the warranty company right away. I had been waiting 2 days for the other repair shop. Even though they couldn't fix the issue at the shop Manny walked me through the process of setting up repairs at another place. Will definitely be recommending this place. Manny really relieved anxiety that another repair shop created.Service: Electrical

Amazing team work at this body shop,Detailed Oriented, Honest and ReliableTook my car after an Accident.. The manager made a quick phone call and a rental car was ready for me.. Job on the car was Spectacular. Price was affordable and insurance claims were all taken care of by the office staff ..would use them again and again

Currently suing them .. So I bought them a car that was fully functioning after they did body work on. Only thing that needed to be done was the airbag light. They could not reset the light. They were taking too many days so I walked to the shop and said just put it back and give me my car I will take it to Mercedes myself. He said give me an hour and you can come get it. HE NEVER CALLED. I had to call 4 hours later and then all of a sudden the car wasn t starting. In the process of getting the airbag to work they did something and the car won t start. He does not give any updates I had to call him everyday to get an update and at one point he said that we was liable for the car not starting and that if it needed to be taken to Mercedes we would have to foot the bill. Mind you the car was running when I bought it there. Everyday it s a new lie, a new story and a new run around. In the process he also broke the horn, the alarm system, the locks and the buttons on the steering wheel. If I was a man he would not have this energy. I would never recommend this shop. There are way more shops with better experience and less expensive. He complains about my bad reviews but I m only writing my experience so if the review is bad then obviously he provided an horrible serviceServices: Electrical, Body & Trim

Recharge Auto Body Repair was extremely helpful and professional. When I called, they offered a same day appointment. After arriving to the shop, there was no wait time. They processed my claim with the insurance company immediately and got it approved the same morning. They fixed the front windows, checked under the car, and then offered complementary services like making sure all the tires had sufficient air, washing the car because they noticed it was dirty, checked if I had an emergency spare tire in the trunk - which I found out I didn't have, and offering a lot of advice on how to go about getting one from the company I bought the car from. They were super polite and respectful, offering a chair for me to sit while they worked and then told me to bring the car back if I noticed any other problems. All in all, a great experience going to this body shop - would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I ve been driving for over 25 years and have never come across such a professional auto body repair shop with great quality work and very courteous staff. They exceeded my expectations when they repaired my 2018 BMW 530e. They took their time to ensure the vehicle looked better than when it left the showroom. I was a bit skeptical when my friend referred me because of the distance and location, but I am so happy I brought my car there. I highly recommend this shop for auto body repairs!!!

Recharge was amazing. They picked up my SUV when I couldn t drop it off myself. They were extremely thorough in explaining the issue I had and the steps they need to take to remedy it. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the shop when I went to pick it up.Not having a working vehicle is a very vulnerable experience and going to a shop can sometimes feel like jumping into a shark tank but the Recharge team made me feel very comfortable with the experience. This is the only place I d think to bring my car in the future.

I cannot speak any higher of this business. If you re looking for a company that prides itself on quality workmanship and punctuality, then look no further.The fascinating thing about this place is they will take your car and fix it better than it looked before, and also take care of any concerns with auto collision injury with their onsite attorney! Nick and his team @rechargeautobodyrepair deserve amazing reviews. When I got my car in a minor accident against my garage, they went above and beyond what I expected. It only got better from there. My car looks good as new. I highly recommend them and if I ever have another accident I am definitely going back there because they are ridiculously good at what they do.

Great service. Contacted Nick about repairing my BMW E60 and he was professional from the start. Every single hardware was replaced and was put back (not like most body shops that do not put everything back). Also offered pick up service and helped me set up my rental. The paint job came out flawless, OEM quality. Taking my 1987 Toyota Supra to Recharge in June for a complete paint job. Also, the shop is equipped with the best equipment. Nick even offered a tour of the shop to ensure I would be comfortable leaving my car with them.

Nick and Joel really went above and beyond for me. They were very professional and the quality of work they did was immaculate. They answered all of my questions, showed me exactly what is was that was going on with the vehicle, and were extremely responsive. I was recommended to them by a friend who had work done as well who was beyond pleased with the service. Thank you for the amazing work, completed much quicker than the adjuster estimated. They arranged a ride for me to the rental car location and even absorbed the cost of my deductible. Couldn't be happier.
