Doesn t even deserve a 1 star review, disrespectful didn t want to check my car which takes less then 5 minutes to do but says to come the next day. I called before driving my car with the issue all the way there and they said I can bring it and when I bought the car to the shop they said bring it tomorrow. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

First, I am not a paid endorser. I am an actual customer.I found R&P on the Internet to service my BMW 2015 428. The air compressor needed to be replaced.The service I received from R&P was sterling. Don't be fooled by the small shop and tucked-in location. R&P is a family business and is run very well. The owner is the head mechanic and the wife and daughter manage the office. The daughter is exceptionally exemplary. I have Endurance Extended Warranty. The daughter was familiar with the claim process and was very thorough with ordering the parts, working out the claim, and being very responsive and explanatory..The repairs were expeditiously done in 2 days. I will check back in after a couple of weeks to review how the repairs have held up.I highly recommend R&P and that at the very least, you put it on your list of getting estimates.Service: Air conditioning

Peter the owner is a great person. He is always looking out for the best interest of the customers. I have had numerous jobs done on my car by him and his staff and always leave feeing good. The price is not that high and the service is great. I have had a Tranny done there, Battery replaced, Brakes all around and a lot of other things. Hes better than going to the dealerServices: Transmission, Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Transmission replacement, Brakes, Battery

There is no substitute for Experienced Technicians. The price is right, the work is done right (The first time), and the Quality of service cannot be beat. I own both a new BMW and a Classic. The dealer can t compete with R&P s Expertise. Piry can listen to your car and know right away where the problem is. Don t listen to the cheapskates. If you want your car done right go see Piry at R&P.

I purchased my own and went to have a battery installed and registered in my X1 BMW and the price they charged was excellent, and they didn't make me wait for ever. So far so good and infact I'm going tomorrow to let them replace my struts on the same vehicle. I only gave 4 Stars because I just never give anyone a 5Star rating, so with that being said I recommend them for your BMW needs!!!!

This place is phenomenal they took time to see me with out an appointment i had a broken rear passenger side window regulator that everyone said couldn t be fixed not only did the owner fix it the repair came in 75% lower then anticipated. I have been using this shop for the past 5 years and I wouldn t recommend any other. Peter the owner is a great person. He is always looking out for the best interest of the customer. He and his staff are very professional and reliable. I can say for a fact that he will go above and beyond to help and to ensure have no issues.R&P BMW is a great shop to use.

Ok folks this place is super clean that's what convinced us and that was the biggest mistake we made this place ripped the skin and flesh off our bones we took the car in for a transmission flush the car only has 47k miles on it and here is what they said our shifter is no good and the computer is no good they also changed several other parts total they even said our radio was no good and we had gotten very upset and said why is our radio not working he said it just went you never know $15,000 thousand dollar's in parts and labor on a 2011 bmw 328i please be super careful with these nice guys the car now has a missfire and they told us they have to open up the engine on a 47k mile car that ran like NEW when we brought it in runnig smooth and we where told the owners partner had a bmw with this same motor and his engine needed work we know now where our good parts went and we are very upset look away and warn others about this place

This place is no good. I took my BMW there bc I had almost all my lights in the dashboard on but sometimes the lights were off. And the owner of the place kept on giving me the run around saying it was one thing and when they replace what they said it was wrong, they tell me that it was probably something else. They charged me almost $800. And couldn't figure out the problem, so they said ... Do not trust this place, they will take your money, and give you the runaround so you can keep paying them. Not a trustworthy place to take your vehicle unless you don't care about giving your money away.

When first reviewing this shop some of the reviews were alarming. However after bringing my car into this shop, I can assure that these people are humble and respectful. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, and were able to find what was wrong with my car after taking it to over three mechanics. Their prices are fair and I can tell that Piry is very educated in what he is doing. Recommend !!!

This is the best, dependable, honest reliable service you can ever get hands down! I almost got dupped by a near by competitor thankfully R&P BMW SERVICE was just down the street . Ask for William he is solid top notch and great at what he does you won't regret it! William and Pete welcome you like family and care about honest quality service. Thanks William and Pete can't be beat

The potential fraud that I almost experienced at R&P put me on high alert when dealing independent repair shop going forward. Pete, who runs this place, was servicing my BMW for the past years(mainly oil and brakes) until I caught him trying to rip me off, and then I had to cut ties with this shop.Brought my vehicle to R&P with an issue, Pete diagnosed the vehicle needing a part, which was $900 plus the labor. He claimed the motor for that part was broken. They further dissembled the part and left it in my front passenger seat to make things worst. Knowing that something didn't sound right when I started asking him in detail question and him not giving me a straight answer, I declined the fix. I went home and did my own due diligence using the BMW forum and searching the net. Turns out that $900 part did not need to be replaced; the assembly just required to be tightened with a torque wrench, which I did and fixed the issue. This is the standard fix across the board for a novice, so I'm sure Pete knew this.If I had gone ahead and authorized the fix guess what the shop would have done tighten the said assembly, which they claim needed a new motor and bill me for a $900 part which they would have never ordered and printed a fake invoice.This shop is ripping off the whole Bronx!Stay away from these crooks you have been warned.

Stay away from this place. Don t be fooled by the pretty building and equipment. They are only good at changing parts. An apprentice who decided to open shop.I had very bad experience there three years ago. Taught they improved so I went back recently same situation, so just avoid the headache. Wrong diagnostic, improper re-assembly, Screws missing, high prices, invasion of privacy.Don t be fooled.

Don t waste your money here. The check engine light came on in my BMW and I took it to R&P for repair. Well after spending $1k and making several trips to R&P, it still wasn t fixed. I spent countless time and money on this shop plus paid for a rental while my car was being repaired to no avail. They never figured out what was wrong and didn t refund my money.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE!!! Got my BMW X5 repaired here and they didn t put back my engine cover. When I asked about it they brushed me off and accused me of lying about it.Had to file a police report and now I have to sue them.Terrible and incompetent customer service.If I could give no stars I would. Unfortunately that is not an option.

I brought my SUV in to get valve seals replaced because of oil leak. Peter called and said he had to replace some additional parts including the alternator. A day after getting my truck back it was still leaking oil, still saying high battery drain, lost all power and shut off on the highway. Took it to another mechanic and my alternator was bad it was never changed but I was charged for it. This was my second time using them I don t know what happened but I ll never go back or recommend anyone. I have to pay someone else to do my valve seals that he claimed he did.

Price is way to high and felt that they didn t really take the time to actually diagnose what was actually wrong with my bmw. Gave me a quote after not even spending 2 mins looking at the car of 1800 dollars, for a part and two sensors. I decided to do further research and diagnose the car my self. I had the codes for the check engine light read and it turns out it didn t need two sensors it was just the intercooler and I was able to get a great after market part for way less then what he was charging. Ended up doing the work myself and saved 1200. Just didn t seem trust worthy after that.

I was told of this place by a friend the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The environment was pleasant and clean. It s a little pricey, so be prepared to pay, however it s worth every penny, you leave feeling confident about your vehicle. If i can give them a 0 i would. By far the worst mechanic! The "manager" who is wife of the head mechanic is nasty over the phone communicating about the progress on how the car is doing. Got my car "fixed" by them through my warranty.. that by the way charged $3,000 dollars. It took them a week in a half to get the job done and 2 weeks later my car broke down. I had just replaced my BMW X5 belt and the head mechanic told my husband he had thrown it "out" but when my husband told him he had to get the belt or else he was not going to pay him the belt appeared out of nowhere... I ended up signing the warranty and paying my 100$ deductable just because they did work on the car and I FELT BAD FOR THEM. But I TOTALLY regret it because they charged 3,000 for the work and my car broke down 2 weeks later. WORST MECHANIC DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE ! All they want to do is charge whatever they can ....

Had to pay for transmission twice in 1 year. They even had my truck for 2 months. And they even deleted my dash camera data. And that was only for 1 incident. Had enough. Never buy a BMW!

Biggest scam artists. They take your parts, do not make the mistake of leaving your car overnight. They won t even let you see what they re doing to your car. Peter is a liar and thief.

Don't take your BMW here, they over charge for service fees. I took my BMW for my brakes to be change, peter gave me one price and at the end his wife try to charge me another, stating his husband made a mistake.

Do not use this place if your not Dominican they known the game to take your money, came here three times and every time they got me go over three thousand dollars they tell you what they did but they don t do 90% of what they claim that they have done.they wash your engine very clean so you could not see the parts they changed a month later had the same problem went back told to me that s not there problem I said wow really take me for a fool if you re smart don t waste your time and money you will thank me for it.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery

Horrible place my husband took his BMW for repair, car was there for over three months every time he called there was always a story. 6,000.00 repair charge and still the car is no good. The service was poor, Peter did not diagnose my problem correctly I paid him almost 500 dollars to do a repair that had nothing to do wit problem waited 4 hours. Then went back to him and he lied to me telling me it was another issue and offered me to wait another 4 hours !!!! Smh poor service dishonest mechanic car owners beware!!!!!
