I'll never come back here again. I dealt with this place over the years. They've had new management a few different times and it seems like it never gets better. My last straw was when I brought my car for an inspection. I arrived at 7am and left it there. I didn't get a call back until around 3pm for them to try to upsell on almost 3k worth changes I never asked for. I tell them not to do anything. I picked up my car the next day. I checked under my hood and you can see in the picture they left food in my hood. Horrible. My brother told me they do this so rats can come and mess up your vehicles wiring and such. A waffle and clam shells were under my hood. I'm allergic to fish. I was beyond pissed. I take the high road and they won't ever get another cent from me. Worst then that. I want to say maybe 2022 I paid a lot change my spark plugs, supposedly. The car started running differently(In a bad way) ever since they worked on it. Now today my spark plugs are fried and I had to get my car towed to an actual reliable mechanic. A little more than a year later after it was supposedly worked on. BEWARE!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Ok I don't drive but my husband does, accordingly to him this place gives him a good service for his car, this is the second we are here for car service. Note this place is clean and good customer service they even have a stand for coffee and water, comfy couches to sit and wait the Restrooms is very clean.

Minnie at Customer service was great. She was very friendly, nice and accommodating. I was upset when I saw my invoice after paying to see that I got charged a battery check fee, even though we discussed going in that I needed a new battery. I could have saved $100. They knew my finances were tight. Seems like an exorbitant amount to charge to check the battery also.I might go back, if I do, I will need to be super specific as in what I will pay for vs what is needed.

I rated Nissan of the Bronx a 1 for collision repairs. Anyone reading this review. Whatever you do not bring your car to Nissan of the Bronx for collision repairs. On 2 separate occasions I made the mistake of taking my Nissan rogue for minor collision repairs.The first time I brought my Rogue to the Nissan of the Bronx since it was where I bought my car and I thought I would get a great service. I gave the car to an employee of department of services name Alexis for a minor damage to the front bar of the SUV. I asked him to provide an estimate of how much it would cost to fix. He advised that at the moment he couldn t provide the estimate and asked to give him the insurance claim number. But he never sent me the estimate even after calling him about it several times. Apart, he lasted a bit over a month only fixing the front bar of the SUV. I made several calls about when the car would be ready because I thought it was taking to long for the minor damage of the front bar. He charged my insurance almost $14,000.00! It was to my surprise when I found out of this charge.The below picture of the damages to the car was taken at the location of the accident. This picture was sent to the insurance adjuster. I have the text messages that were sent to the insurance adjuster. In that moment, I didn t understand why the insurance paid $14,000.00. This was my first experience in an accident as a result, I let this go.For the second occasion almost two months later I took the car to The Nissan of the Bronx for damages that were more than the previous one. I again gave the car to the department of service Alexis and this time he took a month and a half with the car. When he told me it was ready and I went to get my car, it was missing the side molding and when I told him that he said that he was going to take the part from his boss car. He was charging every part as new but in front of my face he just took a part from another car. What do you guys think he charge for the work? To my surprise again he charged the insurance $14,000.00 but this time, I complained to him why he charged the insurance that amount and that he was stealing from my insurance. He said, it was not him but The Nissan of the Bronx charged that amount.Later, I discovered from another employee that Alexis took my car to his personal shop which he owns. I thought that his collision shop was part of Nissan of the Bronx, terrible mistake. I continued to investigate and discovered that Alexis made more damages to my car before the insurance adjuster saw the car. I was given pictures of how he damaged my car. Now the total charges of the two services equal to close to $28,000.00 and my insurance premium double! Because of this reason. I called my insurance and communicated the issue. They told me that they couldn t do anything about my case since the payments were done. They would pay more attention to the collusion repair department of The Nissan of the Bronx. I will never bring my car there for collision repair because causing further damages to a vehicle to collect extra money from an insurance co is a class B felony! And it s also fraud. So, whatever you do. Do not bring your car to Nissan of the Bronx unless you want to get ripped by Alexis. I have just opened a case with the attorney general and they assigned an investigator to my case and I m going all the way with this. He s a thief and is using the Nissan of the Bronx name to lure the customers that come in there with collision issues.

If no stars was a option would of giving it. Purchased a batterie at this location a few months ago,went back today to replace it, the guy at the desk told me i need a receipt to replace it even after looking up my name on their system showing when i purchase the batterie. My question why have warranty on an item and not honor it?

DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.After being a loyal customer for years, I can proudly say i will never bring my car back here for service ever again. The customer service i received was horrible, staff rude and disrespectful, and unable to answer my simple questions before sending me off to another dealership. I was told they are under new management. So, as the new management, i guess their policy is to lose customers and send them elsewhere. It's not a problem for me. Please avoid this place at all cost! It's not worth the headache and frustration.

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima last year July and I have been paying out of pocket for parts and labor ever since. I attempted to contact Teddy Nissan on several occasions in regards to the Gold Preferred Package I purchased for $3,500 and to date no one has responded to my calls and email. Is this the way you treat customers? I need to know what is the purpose of the Gold Preferred Package? If it serves no purpose, then refund my money or tell me how I claim the monies I paid out of pocket. Can somebody, anybody, and everybody from Teddy Nissan answer me. In addition, I contacted Nissan USA and their customer service is horrible, they said I should reach out to the dealership but you guys are not answering me.

I urge you to never visit this Nissan Dealership with the exceptions of receiving decent customer service or proper repair to your vehicle! In August 2022, My mother and I took a 2018 Nissan Murano to get new tires due to a tire blowout and brakes. We entered a tire insurance claim and was told we would received money back for one tire, also they claimed the transmission needed to be repaired. Trusting that this is an authorized dealership that knows their vehicles best, we allowed them to "repair" the transmission. Please keep in mind we never had any issue with the car before; we only visited for wear and tear maintenance . The service "professionals" failed to give us an estimated date of when the vehicle will be ready and claimed they could not give me a loner vehicle for tire repair even though they were repairing the transmission as well. After countless calls of when my vehicle will be ready I was able to pick it up 9 days later! After a week of having my car back from the dealership, it would not accelerate and broke down in the middle of street. Strangers had to push my car to the side of the road to get my son and I to a safe place to get out and call roadside assistance. My car was towed back to Teddy Nissan and no one could tell us what was wrong. We called for 5 days, received the run around from the customer service agents and mechanics. I rented a car and politely asked them to reimburse me due to the inconvenience this caused. How did we bring a perfect performing vehicle in for routine maintenance and have to bring it back a week later after the mechanics "repaired" an issue we never complained about ? The customer service at Teddy is terrible! They make false promises, you'll have to call countless times and speak to different people to get different answers to simple questions. Their workers are lazy and greedy for money! The total cost of labor was over $2,000 plus the $250 rental and extra fees this inconvenience caused us. We have yet to receive a response about compensation for the rental or the money for the tire insurance claim! Complete waste of time and money. Please save yourself the headache and visit the Nissan dealership in New Rochelle or Queens!Services: Transmission repair, Brakes

My husband sat here for five hours with an 830am appt for them to just tell him that he has to come back another day because they still couldn't run the diagnosticThey also added that the diagnostic would take 2 days and that we wouldn't be provided a free rental until after the diagnostic approval.

My experience with the body shop was phenomenal. Alexis Morriera was efficient, professional and extremely courteous. The body work on my car was completed proffesionally and beautifully. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship. I would definitely recommend them

Be very careful with this people. I took my car over there for a transmission change. I made the big mistake of telling them that I got the car from an auto auction; I don t know what they did, but the battery, engine and all the parts in the car, by the engine area, looked completely different when I received the car back, unfortunately I did not take a picture of the car s engine before giving it to them, but I new the car very well since I had it for three months already. Two times I went there during the repair, and they could not find my car. I will never go back to those people again they are not good people.Services: Transmission replacement, Battery

Only the Manager with absolutely no customer service was working. 15 people waiting for over 1 hour. No other employees. Waited 15 minutes on Boston Post Road just to put car into facility. Even with appointment made, they do first come first serve. Then waited 45 more minutes for a technician to assist manager with intake for the service center to start just the paperwork for maintenance. No I am here over 90 minutes and they my car still not being serviced. How do you have a service center in a dealership without employees?Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Dropped of at 8am for transmission fluid change and oil change. Car was still not ready at 3pm. After I was told the car was finished still took another 30mins to complete the paperwork. Purchased my car during the summer from Dealer Manny and he was patient and worked well with us. Yesterday I did my first service appointment and Kevin was great. First time in and it went well and didn t last there hours for my oil change.

Worst service ever! Service rep was misleading when it came to tire rotation she said it was part of the package which it is for an extra $30 she didn t tell me about that, Mario was very rude over the phone and does not return phone calls lied about my car having a hole in the door, goes on days off and doesn t leave any information or paperwork for anyone else to follow up with!! I ordered a part from this place and they gave me the wrong thing. So I had to go back and bring the part of my car I was working on and show them exactly what the problem was. Apparently their excuse was they misplaced the items in the back, like really? Also, I asked if they would do something with the price because apparently the right part costs more and I had to take off work and make another trip to this place due to a fault of their own. They informed me that is not possible and that they do not care because they need to make a profit... Apparently customer service is not their forte, neither is owning up to their own mistakes and they do not care about customer satisfaction. Side note, I am a Doctor and if I was to tell one of my patients that I dont care after I screwed up, well you can imagine how that would go. Like seriously do better, you are running a business. Some of these guys that work at the front desk sound like they really dont want to be working there...

My son took his car there and they tried to take him for a ride. We replaced 3 parts ourselves and when we took it there they said we needed those see 3 parts to be replaced after we just went and bought the parts from them. Then they suggest services that the car did not need because the issues the car had, had nothing to do with those services. They literally made the repair quote so expensive ( 8000 ) then had the nerve to call him after the quote to offer him a trade in and get him into a new car SCAMMERS. I bought the BCM compiuri for my Nissan Rogue and they didn't give me back the used one and I needed it to start the vehicle to code the key and they told me that it's gone and I went the next day to deliver mine, it's a disaster, now I can't start my car and lose my 2021 nissan rogue because of an employee
