It took a while to finish but all in all I'm satisfied. It was worth the wait. They gave me all star service with great communication. Most of all they kept their word. It was obvious they took their time to detail and work out all the kinks. I would recommend this shop. Thank you New England Auto!!

My car was in an accident and I took it to them to get fixed, they told me what it needed and for me to order the parts on my own. I did just that. They left my car out in the street until I provided the parts which I agreed too. A little while goes by and I finally have the parts and they tell me I owe them $8000 for storage fees before any work is done. Why would I pay storage fees of $8000 when you didn t store my car. It was left in the street with common cars. Not in your property, You kept my car outside. I would understand if you have to charge me something for holding the car but full price of 65-75 a day is nuts. It s free money for you guys at that point, especially when I was willing to do the work at your shop. This shop is unprofessional and dishonest. This industry works a lot with word of mouth and I ll be sure to give my feedback on anyone who ask me for a body shop.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Body & Trim

Best place to get your car repaired. They were very thorough and are very much customer service driven and keep you updated throughout your process. The paint job and repairs came out flawless. I would recommend their services to anyone. They aren t like any old collision shop . From beginning to end they are there to help and they re very understanding Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

The folks at New England Collision provided me with a sense of security and trust from the very beginning. They kept me up to date throughout the process and handled everything in regards to my insurance. Their customer service was impeccable and I was very satisfied with how my 2018 Kia Stinger came out in the finished product.

DO ME A FAVOR WASTE YOUR TIME SOMEWHERE ELSE MY CAR WAS IN THE SHOP FOR OVER 2 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEND PICTURES TO MY INSURANCE AND MY INSURANCE HAVE RECORDING OF THEM TELLING MY INSURANCE if you don t come look at the car we will not work on the car and charge you storage fee mind you storage fee for I could get tickets in the mail saying my car was outside with no license plates and at a no standing zone and the shop is telling me yeah we have your car inside but your insurance is the problem the tickets proves my car was not in the shop and WHY THEY TAKING MY LICENSE OFF MY CAR !!!DONT COME HERE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I WOULD RATHER GO TO CITI FIELD AT LEAST THEY DONT BLUFF .Service: Auto body & trim replacement

This shop did a wonderful job with my car. I had an accident and the other driver really messed up my car. New England fixed my vehicle back to the condition it was in when i first bought the car. It looks brand new ! They cleaned it before returning it to me and i am very thankful for the hard work and communication between them and myself !Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The Bronx has hundreds if not thousands of auto body shops but if you want your car to be repaired with care this is the place to go to. Chris the owner is a very kind respectful man and he will take care of you and your car. This shop will not treat you like a costumer but like a friend. The costumer service exceeds expectations by a mile stone. Tiffany will deal 100% with the insurance company and save you time and stress. If you want your car to be repaired make New England Collision your first choice and you won t regret it.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I would never ever talk my car to this people they are very unprofessional and secretive. They have a police scanner to know where the accidents be at. Its a skinny ugly white guy and a fat dude that always appear. Be very careful with them . Because i didn t take my car to them the first time he got upset and stated that its karma what happened to me for not going to him . Now i ma ke sure I ll never recommend his business to anyone

Great place! They made my transition so easy for me, they were beyond helpful, they helped me make my claim with car insurance company, and also drove me to the car rental place and got me set up. They made a difficult time so easy, thank u! Will recommend to everyone!

I highly recommend this auto body shop. They are meticulous in their work, and pay attention to detail. They care about what they do, and it shows. The car was ready when promised, and there were no hidden extras . This has been by far the worst experience I have witnessed with any auto repair shop. My car was involved in a collision on 06/12/2020, the other driver was at fault. I took my car into the shop this day. The shop advised it will be NO MORE than 30 days to have my car up & running again. I have a rental car, at the expense of the other drivers insurance company. They were to only pay for 30 days of coverage. Once the 30 days was up, I started incurring charges. When I had called into the auto repair shop regarding this, they said they would work it out so I wouldn t have to pay - I did see some reimbursement but the charges still continue.Nonetheless, I received a call on Thursday, July 30th stating my car would be ready by Friday, the next day. Then I received a call on that Friday, advising it will be ready on Saturday. I called the shop on Saturday to see if it was in fact ready, & they reply with, no, the shop is closed on Saturdays you need to call back Monday. So I call the shop on Monday, now August 3rd, and to nobody s surprise the car still isn t ready. They said they are waiting for a window switch - there is NOTHING wrong with my window, so when I asked why they needed that part, they said they needed to replace the door. Guess where they re getting my door? A junk yard. They received a check to cover all of my repairs, and now they re grabbing my parts from a junk yard.This makes me feel that the job is going to be half done. Between learning that, the time it s taking for repair, the miscommunication, & the run arounds, I highly recommend finding another auto repair shop. This is now interfering with my time and money; the professionalism of this shop needs improved tremendously.

I had my car serviced here to get a full paint job and they scammed my insurance for more money then the job was actually worth. Not only that the workers are very rude and I tested one of the workers. His name was Lu�s. I left a 20 dollar bill in the car and he stole it after fixing something minor. One of the worst places to bring your cars. Con artist!!!!!Service: Painting

This was the best place I have ever been too! The owner was very friendly and my car came out absolutely amazing! I honestly would recommend this place to anyone that needs to get their car fixed. I do not think this place was rude or fraudulent like people are saying! Everywhere does business differently , if you don't like it, then simply go someplace else!

I went for my annual NY state inspection got it done but there is room for friendlier customer service? I didn't know if they just didnt like my face or just weren't in the mood. I called earlier during the week before going and it was suggested I arrive on Saturday at 8am. The attitude over the phone alone made me not want to go but I needed it done and it was not far from home. I went at 8am Saturday morning no work was being done at all but when I walked in and said good morning the man barely turned around to tell me to move my car across the street and I did and waited about 10 min for him to move away from his computer and take care of me.

My car has been with this shop for over almost 2 months. I have never been so upset before. Every week i get my hopes up hoping to get my car back because they tell me it will be ready Friday. Finally they put everything together and told me all it needed was an AC recharge, airbag replacement and a car wash and she's good to go by tomorrow morning. SUDDENLY tomorrow comes and the car has a DEFECTIVE FAN. And my car won't be ready for a few days. WHY TF do you keep finding problems after having already assembled the car!

New England Collision is the best. My Fianc� & I had a hard time finding a repair shop that we can trust. The moment we met Louis, we knew were in the right place. We we re not familiar with insurance process of getting repairs & New England Walked us through everything! Our insurance Statefarm gave them a hard time with replacing the door & New England got to the bottom of it, Brand New Door ! All the staff has been friendly & we will most definitely be a returning customer!

Don't believe what you read in the reviews of this establishment. This place is a worst repair shop I've ever used. The theme is motorcycle they don't repair too many cars here. The only mechanic on duty doesn't know what thE f_ _ _ he's doing. He ruined a very expensive engine component and they claimed it was broken when I brought to them. Bottom line, the car was driven there with no issues and it left there on a flatbed. Terrible shop. Don't send your car there.

Had my Acura MDX hit the day before we have to turn back the lease! They quickly relied the MDX and it looked like new!! They did a great job and i recommend them to my friends and family.Thank you for your hard work!

Jose is awesome great shop friendly except for the cashier older gentleman he was a bit ornery other than that great place I take my motorcycle here! So far I haven't tried to overcharge me or do anything that didn't need to be done

Please don t go to this place. People are so rude here. Really unprofessional. Beware of Chris, the owner of this shop. When I decided to repair my car from another shop he was so angry with me. Gave me $577.03 bill only for 18 hours. I didn t have cash so I try to pay by card. At that time he only receive cash he told me. Actually he was try to harass me. I had to go to neatest ATM to collect this money. I already called 311 and complain about this. Those people are thieves. If you reading this please leave this place. Thank you.

This shop name was motorcycle marshall. They had so bad review on Google so they changed shop name.They give you cheap quote first, then when they done you need to pay much more.I got quote for motorcycle carb OH $300 but it ended up $1300.

Horrible experience from the beginning till the end. There is no (0) communication between the customer and the personal at this Auto shop. Even though the person who towed my car to the shop seeings to be extremely helpful in the long run his true color also came out. My car was taken into the shop March 3 ,2017 and was given to me March 31 ,2017. The adjuster tried to go inspect the car March 10 ,2017 and without letting me KNOW ( I don't know who did) they told the adjuster to come back the next day which never happened. ( NO ONE CALLED ME FROM THE SHOP ) , instead the adjuster called me at 5PM to let me know , mind you the shop closes at 5pm . A second attend was made by the adjuster March 13 ,2017 . A DAY AFTER I GOT MY CAR BACK , THE LEFT WHEEL LINER BROKE AND THEY DIDNT HESITATE TO MAKE ACCUSATIONS. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR IT. **FINE** JUST REMEMBER MY FATHER OWNES A SHOP JUST LIKE YOURS AND I WILL MAKE SURE HE SPREADS THE WORD. THANKS FOR NOTHING .

We were in a car accident & was recommended by this place to store our vehicle at this shop.Everything was good and dandy until copart/coart picked up my vehicle from this place without my tag , I knew there was something fishy about this place when they tried to convince me to go to therapy & they would give me CASH money for going . A guy named Felix working at the shop was in charge to pick up my vehicle from my home & take it to the shop , GREAT ! He managed to do so & tried to convince us into therapy for money so we rejected this offer . Now when my insurance calls me to find out my car was returned without my tag I m very confused because he said he could hold it for me because we had to authorize it mind you we didn t authorize anything because we don t know these people very well . We called the should & the OWNWER Mam�s Chris had this nasty attitude over the phone due to bad connection or was it he knew the inside job his workers are doing ? I m not sure but still to this day no one answer our calls to give us information about what happened! I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone the things that will or can happen are i far & unsafe ! There a waist of time there lucky I have to give one star because Is the only low star !!! D O N T GO TO THESE PEOPLE & DO NOT TRUST THEM with YOUR CARS that YOU have to work hard to get so they won t give in your tag or even be concerned to help you out with this situation!

Would never do business with this place again. They seem very fraudulent in asking for only cash or insurance check as payment. Seems they are trying to avoid paying taxes for their business. Also some of the staff, including the owner himself, is very rude. To be in such a business and dealing with customers on a daily basis, they definitely need a lesson in customer service and how to interact and respond to their customers.I don't recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid them.
