Professionalism at its BEST! From the minute I walked in, their customer service was great. The best part was when I picked up my car , I even forgot where the dent and scratches was. They even went out their way to clean and polish my car. My Range Rover looked like I just bought it. THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Man of his words expectation was excellent the job was done in the most professional way his staff very helpful he ensure your job go back to the factory look like new purchase if you need a mechanical or Auto Repair Or Spray Job done don t let this service slips pass you I got my car back on the date that was promised car was clean tires clean inside of vehicle vacuum.. Natal Auto is simply fantastic. Every step of the process from the inspection of the damage to my vehicle to delivery of the completed service was exceptional. When dealing with Al, he was a true professional. He fully explained the type of work that would be needed and gave me options. The cost of the work was on par, but the best part was having the team pick me up at the train station. They delivered the car with impeccable work and met their delivery date promise.I will continue using Natal for all my auto-body work.

Brought my 2014 toyota corolla in March of this year after someone hit my car, and they did such a phenomenal job with fixing her up. Amazing customer service! Even came back today, a few months post the accident, to follow up with another small issue, and was able to get my car fixed immediately. Will definitely be bringing my car back for any issues I have and highly recommend for others to come.

If you're looking for a place that you can send your mother, wife, grandmother without the worry of being screwed then Natal is the place. Al and the staff are AMAZING! With my vehicles, I've always had terrible experiences when going to my dealership for maintenance or repairs (rudeness, careless work, extremely long waits). With Natal, you get what you need at a timely manner, at a competitive price (beats any dealership or shop in the neighborhood) and honest work.My mother is a TLC driver with little knowledge of car maintenance. I referred her to the team and they vetted all her questions, concerns and repaired her issue If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do so.... Nonetheless, look no further for all your auto needs

I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism that I received from this establishment a week ago. Everything regarding my car repair that took place was top notch; Al & his team kept me informed throughout all the steps. My car looked brand new, I almost didn't recognize it when I picked it up. I have been using Natal for 3 years and have been consistently impressed by their quality of service, and their fair and honest prices. In this neighborhood, it's tough to find an repair shop that will deal honestly with you (just try getting your car inspected). Natal always goes above and beyond for loyal customers, and never tells me that they are too busy to squeeze me in for anything, an oil change, an inspection, whatever. If you live or work in the area, and need a good RELIABLE mechanic, Natal is the place to go.

I would Highly Recommend Natal s Body Shop To Anyone in need of any body work. They did an amazing job on my Snow White bmw. It s brand new again. I m so happy. At first I was nervous about going because I never heard of them but I m glad I did because I m so satisfied with the outcome of my car. They were also very friendly and welcoming as I walked into the door. Thanks again for the amazing work.

I Had a bad accident in which I was rear ended. My car needed ALOT of work. They fixed my 2016 Nissan Rogue in a timely manner and always kept me updated every step of the way. My car looks like new! I would highly recommend them! Shortly after I got my car back I had a bit of damage caused to my car from a hit and run and they fixed my car for a very reasonable price. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work! I really appreciate it!

Absolutely love Natal's, Never let me down. They will have your car looking and feeling amazing. They will never hood ink you either, they let you know straight up no BS. I appreciate Natal's so much for everything and mainly for making sure I riding safely with no issues. Def recommend!!

Excellent!!!Al is the best, very attentive, professional and caring.The best customer service ever.They did an outstanding job in my 2016 Dodge Durango.The work was done fast and neat.My SUV only needs work in the back rear end door and They even cleaned my car super neat and smell really nice inside .Thanks Natal team to make me get in love with my Durango again .Great job!! I wound up going to Natal Auto Repair because I was involved in an accident. I was rear-ended on Broadway. What's new? Because I was rear-ended, I knew the other person's insurance company (Progressive) would pick up the full bill so I chose Natal out of the list of nearby repair shops that work with Progressive. The reviews on Yelp were a little sketchy, but they seemed to have really good marks on Google Maps so I figured I'd just show up and see how I felt about the place.I wound up talking to one of the owners, "Little Al". He's a little rough, but he's a friendly guy. Real down to earth. Reminds me of one of my uncles actually. We chatted for a while and he went through the initial estimate I got from Progressive. We took a look at the vehicle together and he gave me a realistic time-frame for getting the repairs done.When everything was said and done, the bill was just under $3500 worth of damage, but when I showed up and looked at the car, you'd never know it was wrecked. The paint match is great, it looks like new, and everything works the way it's supposed to. What more can you ask for? They even got the car back to me two days earlier than they'd estimated. I felt like they got it all done pretty quick, especially since they had it over the 4th of July holiday weekend.The only thing that threw me a bit is that one of the guys working in the shop had tried to move my old bumper stickers from the bent and dented lift-gate to the new one they painted and installed. It didn't take as well as they probably hoped and I went ahead and just pulled them off. "A" for effort though.I went back a few weeks later to get my Safety and Emissions testing done. I wish I'd realized it was expiring. I could have saved myself a trip if I'd had them do that while they had the car. That being said, I showed up at 8:25 and about 20 minutes later I was driving down the road. The service was fast. The mechanics apparently don't like EDM, though. They turned the radio off. LOL.

They charged me $105 for diagnostic when I already had the diagnostic from AutoZone. The old guy was so rude that I decided to pay for the diagnostic and take my car. He really need customer service skill. I understand that you might not need the money, good for you. However, customers need good attention. That s why you have a business right? To take care of people. So sad that I had to go through this situation, especially, when I have problem with my car. Not sure how this guy has 4.6 stars maybe these people are his family or something.

Very honest people! My car dealer told me I needed new brakes and rotors. I took the car to Natal Auto Repair Inc where they checked the brakes for me, and everything was fine they told me I still had a lot of miles left on the brakes. They saved me from unnecessary repairs and charges. Thank you!

My beautiful Blue Streak Metallic 2010 Toyota Corolla S was rear ended by a giant Dodge Durango while stopped at a stop sign, doing severe damage to my trunk, rear bumper, lights, and rear body panel. Got a very poor patch up job beforehand through my father which resulted in even further damage. Natal took my vehicle in and in two weeks replaced the entire trunk and corrected any other issues with the vehicle. The trunk is absolutely beautiful and the specialty paint is still gleaming from the job. 10/10 recommend. Don t go anywhere else!

Only honest mechanic I've found and I've been searching all around the bronx. Has been my mechanic and body shop of choice for 5 years and will stay that way. Al is great and the work his shop always turns out is fantastic.

We were moving out of NYC down to Virginia after living in Queens for five years and our car broke down in the Bronx the afternoon before we were set to move. We stopped in here and they were super understanding, seemed genuine, upfront, and honest, had a good sense of humor and most imprtantly put in a lot of effort to get us out on the road as early as possible the next day. It was a great experience especially considering the circumstances!

Love the repair work.they scratched my door handles badly when putting on my new doors.iI was so annoyed with them. i just wanted to get my car back. I learned a valuable lesson, to check out every inch of you car before driving away.no .matter how long they have it.

They did a great job on the vehicle. Just neglected to contact me personally about my vehicle status so I could pick it up. They could smile a little if they didn't feel it goes against the "Man Code". It would add a little extra touch to the customer service aspect. IJS #beHAPPY

'The BEST Mechanics' period infinity. I was recommended by a good friend about Al and his team of amazing HONEST people and I was not disappointed. Al was great, his team well exceeded my any expectations. They are truly the 'BEST' auto mechanics in the New York (period).

They are truly honest mechanics. I had a bad experience with another shop, and decided to come here instead. I am glad I did. I will continue going to this shop for any future car issues and services.
