I normally do not care to leave reviews for places, But my experience with this place was bad. my muffler had a crack in it and I was recommended by another mechanic to visit this shop. When I got to the shop, A worker with a piercing on the side of his lip helped me out. He told me my muffler was cracked and I should get a whole new piece but then he told me he can try to weld it together in which I told him go ahead. The crack Wasn t that big so the job to weld it should ve been $30-$50. But instead I was charged $90. $40 For the actual job of welding it Together & $50 to the worker who did the welding. I asked him, why am I paying you $50 for doing your job, His response was because I didn t have weld it, but i did it for you wont have to look for another place to do it. Now in my head I m confused for what was the $40 for. To make matters worse, I went to Chase to take money out of my bank Account and when I returned to give them the money, the guy pockets the $50 So secretively Like if he wasn t supposed to do that. And when I went to Pay the $40 the other worker got aggressive with me pressing me About paying the other guy his $50 I don t know what s going on in this shop but they re crooks and it s just a lot of weird movements in this shop. There was even another couple In this shop that got scammed into paying $500 for a job that wasnt even worth over $150.

This is the best muffler place in the whole city of New York, they took care of all the noises my car had, I totally recommend them!!

Needed a seized o2 sensor replaced and they ended up adding a new piece of pipe with a new o2 bung welded on...problem is they didnt curve/bend the pipe properly, and the new add on piece ended up "stress fracturing" in half..smh

Friendly staff, Great service and great mechanics know they work and explain with details the issues that your facing. Most important they charge the justified amount for parts and labor.

Had my muffler done at this place Maiker did it for me at an AMAZING price. He is very polite and VERY PROFESSIONAL Excellent QUALITY WORK . CANT BEAT THIS PLACE!. I AM VERY HAPPY AND PLEASED with my experience. I will come back to this place AGAIN. I came back here for oil change tire rotation and HID headlights installed Giovanni was there to help me same treatment from the last time fair price with Excellent Quality service. What more can i say or ask for.

I went to get a new flex pipe. Charged me $175. First thing next morning I had a check engine light for air fuel ratio sensor. Was located right above flex pipe. Took it there & they didn t do nothing. Terrible service

Super smooth repair on our 2007 Forrester this morning. Maiker was very polite, quickly identified the issue (cracked pipe at the resonator), quoted a very reasonable price and knocked it out very quickly. Very pleased with my experience overall and am thankful they got it done professionally and quickly, without an appointment. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs exhaust work.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Biggest mistake Is to rely on these people. Took my car for a problem, they said that just changing one piece would solve the problem, picked up my car, problem persisted, took it back and now they said it was another piece so I ask them if they guarantee me that that other piece was going to solve the problem, they said yes 100 percent guaranteed. When I go pick up the car turns out they need to change 2 other. This place is insane. They must have their own people that they work good on their cars but to other, new clientele, they make sure they drain your pockets and your car still with the same problem. I wish I could get some kind of law involved in this. It is just not fair.

Great place to get work done. I had a lot of rust on my exhaust pipe at first the price was a bit high but they were negotiable and gave me a good deal. Watching them do the work I came to understand why they gave me the price in the first place.They did a great job !!!

I will just let you know if you come in there and don't know about your car They will over charge and if that's not bad enough You still will have a problem and they will keep getting you to come in They will charge for something different every time. I wanted to be able to trust this place but I learned from another shop These places know exactly how to get more money outta you and he also thought because I'm a female and I don't know about cars.GET BURN ONLY ONE TIME IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM I'LL ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I don't do post reviews but these places are disgusting and need to be exposed so we can have the right mechanics working on our cars ESPECIALLY if we pay alot of money.

These guys are very rude. Spoke to me like I am a special needs person or something. I felt degraded, and belittled by this establishment. Never had a chance to try their service, because I immediately had my say so with him then left! Terrible customer service! Don't even waste your time here!

I regret going to that place. They damage my car and never got responsible . You bring your car with one problem ypu buying 10 problems for yourself. Don't bring your expensive car there. They will mess it up .feels feel for you if that happens to yourself after reading this comment.

What can I say, they fix mufflers here. I went with a friend and he went to simply cover a rotten section of his whole muffler line. The guy looked a it a quoted him a nice price, like 70% less than the previous place we went to. However, he started to cut and didn't take proper precautions and ended up dropping a large section of the muffler, which in a turn around fell apart from the tailpipe and then said. That was bad anyways and it would have fell off. Now, he's saying about putting a new section in and making it better, which cost more money. In the end the 70% discount started disappearing once he ended up putting a new section of pipe, new clips, adjusting the tailpipe and welding everything back. Ended up paying what the other shops were asking. Then he bragged about the great job he did, wow

I've been bringing my Saab's to Mount Eden Muffler for the past 4 or 5 years. Maiker and Jovanny treat me like family. They are experts at exhaust work and have a good general mechanic shop. I highly recommend them.

Really great shop. I had a emergency repair done on an 06 G35 coupe Infiniti. My car hit a really bad pothole and the middle flex point of the joint pipe under my car dropped. If not for the safety net under it would have been dragging. NOT ONLY WERE THEY FAST. HE REPLACED A ROTOR FOR ME AND HIS PRICES ARE INSANE OR I WOULD NOT BEEN ABLE TO AFFORD TO GET MY CAR FIXED. i WORK ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM IN A SCHOOL. THE GET LOTS OF BUSINESS. THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY. THEY ARE NOT GREEDY. I HOPE TO BRING MY CAR AGAIN.

The service I received was cheap, paid double! The welding was sloppy and wrong part! Wrong diagnostic.
