Brought our work truck in for an issue no one was able to figure out. Got recommended to metro went early morning the next day they figured out the issue went over options and had it back on the road the same day. Great pricing very knowledgeable and professional highly recommend!

I am one skeptical person with it comes to my truck and all these shady mechanics just looking for a quick buck, I ve had my box truck for 4 months now and I m like man someone s gonna bang me in the head for a lot of money so I googled service shops in my area and METRO was one of them and I seen nothing but 5 star reviews so I got very curious and I see why now after bringing my truck to get serviced. KRISTA (owner) is a very transparent person. I called her and told her I needed a PM (preventative maintenance) she told me bring it in the following day and took 2 hours and was back on the road with no issues. Trust me she s not out for anyone s money, she just truly wants to do right by ppl. Believe me, NOBODY will be touching my truck but them. Thank you Krista.

5stars for Metropolitan Loadmaster When you need peace of mind and reliable service for any of your trucking needs this is the place to go. Whether it is maintenance, services, or repairs their staff is the best in town! I have been long time customer here this shop is a true diamond in the rough. Krista and her staff do great work and have great communication with their customers always keeping us informed with updates on work being done. Highly recommended! Avoid the headache of another shop do yourself a favor and check out Metropolitan Loadmaster!

Wow just all around Amazing!!!! Great workers and customer service. They treat you like family and always fit you in no matter if you have 1 truck or 50. As a small business I can t wait 3-7 weeks just to get an appointment at the dealer, then 3-7 to get work done. Loadmasters gets you in, out and on the road making money again. Thanks again for the excellent service I ll definitely be back.

The workers here are great! My company has our own mechanics but whatever we cant figure out we send over there and they fix it right away! Best mechanics around. Been around for years. Repack all our cylinders and hydraulic work. I bring in multiple trucks a week from our fleet, ranging from maintenance services to clutch replacements to PTO diagnosis/ fixes, Every time i couldn't be happier with the experience at Metropolitan. The process of getting the trucks in and out is simple and efficient and the prices are reasonable. This isn't a shady repair shop that looks to hit you over the head with nonsense pricing. If you run trucks out of the Bronx there's no reason to go anywhere else. And thankfully for me with trucks across the boros, Metro also recently added roadside services to their services. Fair pricing. Efficient work. My truck has almost 800k miles. I couldn't have kept it running this long without the good folks here at Metropolitan Loadmaster.
