I had a good experience with Maris Discount Tire. The team was very informative and did a thorough inspection of my car s tires. I ordered my tires and had them shipped to Mavis, they put all four tires on my car and new hub caps. Then, they gave me the receipt with recommendations of what should be done next. Tracy was very polite and friendly. I appreciate them for the 10/10 service. I highly recommend!

I needed a new tire in a pinch on my leased vehicle. Jay was able to give me a fair price quickly and even applied discounts to bring the price down further. The process took about 35 min to install the new tire and they threw in free new windshield wipers on top if it! I absolutely would recommend this Mavis shop to anyone. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Big thanks to Mr. Juan and Ms. Tracy and (managers) for creating such an atmosphere of professionalism and customer-centered service. This is my second time coming to this Mavis location for service on my Jeep and boy do they work wonders. Not only do they diagnose my car trouble, but they got me my parts same day and install.The mechanics are pros and took such care of my car and made sure the problem was eliminated and wouldn't come back. As far as cost go Mavis is fair and prices are appropriate. They do honest work here and are very transparent with everything they do!Love you guys and you all will too

Great customer service. Awesome communication with honest estimates. Spoke and dealt with Montel. Felt he went above and beyond. The mechanic who serviced my car was exceptional. Definitely recommend this Mavis. Keep up the good work

Very professional staff, took care of me in a couple hours. Appreciate Manny for taking time with his work making sure my brake flush was proper. Also service counter was very attentive to me as i was waiting. Thank you guys. Will be coming back when i need something.

Juan is a great manager. I love, love, love this location. I was greeted by exceptional employees who provided great customer service. I had a couple things done on my vehicle and they did an awesome job on my car. I highly recommend this location.

Came in for an Alignment and Balance. Staff was eager to help at 8AM! Finish within the hour, and was told about what to look out for by Tracy in case there were any potential issues with the service. Also told to come back in anytime an issue was present. Great Mavis center.

My tires were losing air pressure. I didn't have an appointment however, the staff was very courteous and overall friendly and professional. I worked with Montel. He was straightforward and kept me up to date while working on my vehicle. He wrote a few suggestions on what I should fix next to bring my 2008 vehicle to 2024! :-) I will visit them again. Thank you everyone!

Great experience! Took about an hour but the time flew with Wong the manager hes super cool guy . He gave me a discount on the tire and I was in my way no problem . He asked if i would right an honest review and I did.

I ended up having a slow leak in one of my tires, went straight to Mavis and I was in and out under a hour! Amazing customer service, especially Tracy she was so nice! Definitely will come back.

Tracy was exceptionally wonderful, Tracy helped me with professional customer service, she help me get great prices, deals that I was not aware of and also made sure I received good service with Mavis, she was very kind, charming and very much understanding to my needs and always had a smile on her face and made me feel at home and that someone is listening to my needs. She is a team player.. her co workers are team players as well, Jay her co worker was just a charm himself professional customer service and there if I needed additional service. Ford the manager was kind and understanding to my needs and had a professional mannerism towards my needs and gave me a deal as well. I really enjoyed coming to Mavis on 4100 Boston Road. I will return as per Tracy after 25miles I should be able to come back and check the tires for free and would not have to wait. :)Thank You all for helping me with my needs :)you all ROCK at Mavis 4100 Boston Road

Mario and team were great! I came in for tires, thought that was the issue, turns out my breaks needed help too. I love when they don't have tunnlevision and tell you they see a problem. I come for the service I asked for but as a mechanic you should be diagnosing everything. I surely will be back! Thanks again guys.

This Mavis was great. Tracy, Elvis and the rest of the Mavis crew were very attentive. I was able to see I had a warranty on my alignment and was able to honor it. They realigned my car with no payment on my end. Would recommend

I needed an oil change and Sunday was the only day I had time for it. I m so glad I tried this place out. Fast service, pleasant staff, open on Sunday, good prices, and I got a nice discount. I ll definitely be back.

I must say Mercedes made my experience worth while. She understands customer service and how to communicate to customers. Upon arrival she acknowledged my presence even though she was busy at the time. She took the time to explain in details what I was getting. She called me back when she said she would to explain to me the best time to bring my car in. She is a Gem and Mavis is lucky to have her working for them. 5 star for Mercedes!!!!

The customer service agent at the Conner street store ( miss Mercedes Brown ) is one of the best I have ever come across, she is so knowledgeable about the job that I had to really commend her about her professionalism and then shared it with everyone out there, so I would recommend any an everyone to go to Mavis Discount Tire store at 4100 Conner street in the Bronx on the corner of Boston road for any an all Tire Services.
