Manager Jay, a key person in this establishment, dynamic interpersonal skills every promotion deserved-3 *. Service advisor I dealt with Definitely the total opposite sadly-2*. He had the audacity to have an attitude because i decided on an oil change only and not a new battery. Now i see why my sister takes her biz elsewhere and she knew the owner personally. As a former interpersonal skills trainer I would NEVER let that guy interact act with such a high volume of my customers. I'd keep him out of sight rather he'd never be able to work for me.

I accompanied my Dad to the service center today for an oil change/tire rotation on his Chevy Trax. We were very pleased with Jay's response to our inquiry regarding the tire rotation portion of our service. Jay took the time and professionalism to explain to us what Ariel did not. In fact, Ariel seemedto be bothered by our concern of the tire rotation taking place, as we marked our tires before coming in. Thank you, Jay, for displaying the true customer satisfaction skills that you did. Perhaps, others in your center need to take some pointers from you. What a disgraceful display of customer satisfaction, to say the very least.....PS: My next service visit will be to Chevrolet in New Rochelle ( my neighborhood), where it should have been in the first place!!!!! Enough said!!!!!

Was told same day on phone that I could come in and drop off my vehicle on Saturday to be looked at on Wednesday by the technicians. Spent 45 minutes driving in. Was told that drop off was not possible ONCE I ARRIVED. Had to drive another 45 minutes home. Completely unacceptable.

My first service was supposed to be free. They just told me that it expired two days ago. No one let me know. So now I have to pay 80 dollars when the service was supposed to be free. Good job La Sorsa. Ladrones!

Sales guy (Jose) didn't give the extra key or manual, when I left the dealership. I brought it to their attention, when discovered, and Michael (finance) got my address to FedEx it and gave to Jose to correct. A week later I still didn't receive it.Michael (super nice guy) called to follow-up and promised to tell Jose's manager, but he can only do so much...

Currently servicing my 2018 suburban with lasorsa service department. Have to say I appreciate them ( Ariel and J) for taking me in with no appointment for a oil change, torn axle and parking sensor service light. They are fast courteous and professional. I came in with a tons of issues and currently got me covered and no cost out of pocket (Besides oil change obviously)! Will definitely recommend them!

I went in for a recall on my chevy bolt (before battery replacement) and I dont think these guys even did anything. Waited 3 hours and car seemed exactly the same. Even on my service history it said nothing was done. No report or anything.

This dealership will waste your time and is shady in how they handle their business practices. I contacted initially via chat and was up front about being out of state and wanting their lease offer on the traverse. I was then contacted via phone by Max Delvento who is the inventory manager; I explained everything over the phone in detail and requested the deal offer on paper and that I could pick up the vehicle on Saturday. I have a 7 hour round trip and explained I want no surprises, I wanted the offer in writing. He said they could do that. After wasting hours between the initial chat conversation and waiting for him to call, he sends me an email with the link to fill the application to run my credit. I replied and said no dealer has ever asked me to run my credit without being clear about the details of the offer, that I need the details on the deal. Well, I m still waiting for that reply. Extremely unprofessional, if the deal doesn t work as you are advertising, be up front, and stop wasting peoples time.

Unfortunately, the experiences in the service area are terrible. I have had the problem in my car for a couple of months, the person who works in customer service called JAY. He is a very unprofessional person. On Monday he notified me that the parts of my car were ready but when I arrive. this person jay tells me that in a couple of hours the repairs would finish, wait for 5 hours and when I asked him if my car was ready he told me that the parts had not arrived, he is quite arrogant and is not professional, I do not understand how they have it working also the manager jhon zarah being a professional I just looked and said nothing there in this service the customer is not a priorityService: Transmission

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!I don t know what to do anymore.My truck has been at this dealership for 12 weeks they took my transmission down 5 times already and I m still waiting for my truck.I originally went there for an oil change,never got my vehicle back.I am so stress .

Monday the 20th of October I purchased the 2018 Tahoe. This will be my 3rd purchase with la sorsa. I would of thought this deal would of been more Accommodating towards me instead of it All benefiting the dealership but it sure did not go that way. I thought afte so many purchases more would be done to satisfy needs. But guess it s all about business, no customer loyalty. It will probably be my last purchase at la sorsa. On the bright side main reason why me and my wife stayed around so many cars later , because of the unbelievable service from John The service manager Nd Ariel my advisor. They both go above and beyond to help in every way possible within their means of course . My wife feels comfortable dealing with them and so do I. Don t think the technicians get it right all the time but when they don t Ariel and John both tend to my needs immediately and help resolve my issues. That side of the street 5 stars all the way . The sales department and finance not so much. Thanks Ariel and John for the excellent customer service . They might need u guys to train the entire staff on across the street lol

DO NOT BUY A CHEVY. These cars are terrible. I drive a 2018 Malibu already need a whole new radio, have a shirt to park problem, and park assist does not work. A 2 year old car should have absolutely no problems this is ridiculous. My mom has a 2017 impala and needed to replace the smart battery and lights went out on the inside of her car. I will never buy another Chevy in my life.

I know most auto service places are perceived to have a bad reputation; but if you have a problem with this gentleman, then it s safe to say it must be primarily because of differences in knowledge about cars.... meaning John Zahra knows what he s (expletive) talking about & 90% of the general population can t tell the difference between a timing belt & a valve cover gasket!Mr. Zahra knows who to trust with a certain job, how to solve problems as quickly as humanly possible & how to be completely honest & transparent with customers. His line of work isn t without its challenges but Mr. Zahrais old school tough & has that certain level of innate dexterity!While I may not be too crazy about the sales team at Lasorsa s, I will say Mr. Zahra s skills, along with Ariel, Vinny & the rest of the service team are indispensable! When Mr. Zahra finally does pass the wrench to a younger aspiring mechanic, Lasorsa s better hope he/she has the leadership, communication skills, excellent teamwork & coordination, as well as good customer service skills this titan possesses!

They need to be more specific where the service area is I requested the address several times and none of the answering service personnel knew the correct address so of being second I end up being number 10 on the line because the personnel who did the appointment never gave me the correct address nor send me an email

A great place to go if you want reliable, on point service. Pricey, but reliable. Waiting room with TV, restrooms and coffee. I will be going back to them for inspection and service.

Terrible service. Quick to charge for unnecessary service, when they can't fully diagnose the issue. Will not be returning there. I have contact led GM in regards.

This dealership is a joke, I went there to get a new tire for my brand new z06 and they damaged my wheel, when I went to pick up my wheel, the edge of my wheel was missing a piece of aluminum, the wheel weight didn't even stick to the wheel when it was balanced, they kept the wheel to rebalance it and the following day I went to pick it up the face of the wheel was scratched up on each spoke, I would not recommend this dealership if you care about your car,
