Great auto repair shop. Multiple expertise with dedicated shops for each, including electronic technology, tire management, general mechanics brakes, engine, transmission, etc.Fair pricing is another thing that we liked.Note: this particular is efficient but very busy. Go early and be prepared to wait.

Don t come in here not only they would take your money but they would make you coming back for the same problem and it would be never fix the owners son has very bad attitude he they told me to come in the store and they will fix my problem then his son told me we have enough of costumers if you want go somewhere else I told him he is very bad person and I will write that in this comments please don t come in this business they coming cars not fixed they was here before they never fix their problems of the cars and that s why this store is busy they not only busy they crazy they don t know how is professionalism to keep their costumers welcomed go there is plenty other stores who can fix your problems this people they just no one knows what time is their appointment even if you make one they would tell you hold on you supposed to wait please don t waste time and money stay away from this corrupt business

JOChy mechanic shop, this is a place that I trust. I ve been coming to the shop for over 25 years and I m always satisfied with the guarantee of the job and professionalism of his business and staff I highly recommend his shop I travel from Staten Island to the Bronx to take my car to him. I consider myself very lucky to still have a mechanic that I trust that s still in business.

They are very good with communication they pick up the phone fast and they are honest. I did have to wait a few hours to get my car seen because they were very busy. They see people on a first come first serve basis to its best to go early to avoid waiting. They move efficiently and they are a great team! I will be going here every time I need a mechanic. We have been going here for at least a year now and they still seem too good to be true. They're consistently fast, friendly, 100% competent and capable, and transparent about what you need, at prices lower than what any other shop would quote us. Simply the best!!

I went over there for my infiniti q50 2017 having trouble and how you gonna charge me for the diagnostics which I already knew the problem was and then tell me that ya don't fix those cars no more just because you don't wanna work hard on it,like if you wasn't gonna et payed top dollar

This has been our family mechanic for years. Honest and straight forward. Try to get there early as his great reputation keeps this place busy. Joel does awesome work on the electrical side! They deserve 6 out of 5 stars!

Long line, and no body in the shop seem to care for you, they replaced the motor of my car, but broke the radiator in the process and then, they claimed that it was not their fault, so I ended up paying for the radiator and the installation but not only that, they told me that I shouldn't be claiming for my lost, and mentioned that they have enough clients and don't need me, all of that just because I claimed for the Radiator that they broke.I have to mention that they did took care of a vibration that the car had in the front of the car, at first we thought it came for the replacement of the engine, but in fact it was because of wheel balance and they took care of it.Alex and Victor employees of the shop are great persons, they provided good service and were helpful, but Jochy the owner and the mechanic who worked in my car were rude and irresponsible.In general, very irresponsible, and lack of service, turned out that they are not so great as they claim they are,there are much better and responsible auto repair in the Area.

Have been coming to him for over 15 years since my family always brought their cars to him. Due to Jochy being honest, trustworthy fair and affordable. They are the best in electrical and general. repairs/maintenance in the whole bronx. If they cant fix it junk it. The wait time is long for the electrical side of the shop due to the nature of diagnostic work so get there early or else you might be told to come the next day, but the general repair is fast since there are more bays and mechanics.

Biggest scammer in the Bronx . Literally waited 7 hours just so they could look at my car then he connected two wires and wants $200 . Another thing they only take care of the people they know first even tho u came before them specifically there own kind .

Yesterday was the first time going to this spot and i have to say it was a good experience. Dionis helped me. He was such a friendly dude and super informative. This place is busy, be prepared to wait, but i definitely recommend it if you're having any electrical issues with your vehicle. My only complaint is that the guy who moved my car into the garage didnt have a mask on inside my car- COME ON ITS COVID SEASON!! Thank God i come prepared with stuff to wipe down just in case.

Went in to get a fuel pump changed and they took off my drive shaft and broke it , started giving problems right after. Didn t deliver the service they said my drive shaft was broken from before but it wasn t making noise.

Well they are very honest and very professional with there work they tell you what's really wrong with your car the prices are good and the owner is really friendly. My car need it major work and they fix it now my car runs like new there work is really professional. thanks to jochy and his employees I got my car back.

Called for control arms repair already identified by dealer and myself. They wouldn t/Couldn t give me estimates. What type of car, I gave. What year, I gave. What type, I gave. Is it the only repair? Yes . Then he goes like, oh I need to see the car first and blablabla... I said Thank You, and Bye!
