BEST PLACE to go for repairs or anything you need for your car!! These guys are very knowledgeable, kind and offer fair pricing, as well as offer options to you so you don't feel pressured into costly car repairs. LOVE THEM!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Best place to go in The Bronx

Paint Thule Motion XT Roof Box for my Lexus LX 570!I called Jay's Auto Body Corp. to custom paint my Thule Motion XT Roof Box. I spoke with Jay for the very first time and instantly had a feelings that he is very professional, knowledgeable about car paint and can do the job right! Jay, Franklyn and the team did a great job with custom paint the roof box and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs!!! After a great customer service and professional paint job, I was truly impressed. This place definitely deserve more than 5 starts!!!I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to do any kind of body work of their car to Jay's Auto Body Corp. They are reliable and faire priced, they get the job done on time without any problem and they do all types of body work!!! This is the second time Jay's Auto Body did work on my truck. I must say I'm very pleased with the work they did. My truck looks brand new. I'm very picky and if I say they did a great job believe me they did. Check Jay's Auto Body Shop out on Boston Road. Jay is wonderful and his staff is great.

Jay and his employee Jordan were attentive, kind, thorough and speedy. The whole experience of getting my car repaired went above and beyond my expectations. The work was exceptional, as was the service. I can t recommend them enough!

Brought in my BMW E91 wagon for door dent. Explained concern over paint matching given its a forever car for me. Manager (Jay) assured me it would be done proper. A week later "Wendy" was back 100%. He also recommended a paint shop and they did their thing right... Jay and crew Highly recommended.

Solid body shop. I had need of body work to repair a dented door with a short timeline. 2005 CRVm, so an older car, not fancy, and an off-insurance repair so affordability was key. I checked with 3 places and Jay s had the best estimate by far. Also, they are open on Saturday mornings, which was huge. I could not find a body shop in Mount Vernon that had Saturday hours, just none, to get estimates. Jay s did a great job on the door and was very accommodating with regard to accepting payment from the person who d hit my car. I was so happy that I brought my newer nicer car to him later in the same week to have its front fender corner tidied up for a price that was half what another shop had quoted through our Acur dealership.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner, Jay, is an honest and direct man. He educated me about the repair process including how the insurance company pays and what he can and cannot do with the vehicle. I would highly recommend his shop to anyone in need of body repair.

I work for insurance broker office. One of my clients went to this auto shop to get her vehicle fixed after an accident. The accident was a month ago, and this shop has been giving her the run around, and has not ordered the correct parts for her vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be finished today, and as she is going to pick her vehicle, the shop owner "Jay" informs her, that there is still a missing part and there has to be an additional supplemental. My question is " if you had the vehicle in your shop for almost 30 days, NOW, Today, you notice there is a missing part?And I called to ask him , what is the supplemental for and he just hangs up the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!!!

Jays Auto Body Shop is definitely one of the best Autobody Shop you can actually go to the guy is great the people are friendly his service is phenomenal.. the little fat guy is definitely down to earth one of a kind in his hospitality is great wish I can put more hamburgers on his plate Jay is definitely a good person just make sure you bring some food when you go to the shop it has to be Finger Licking Good because the man is Chubby but he loves to eat

So I got into an automobile accident on my brand new car I came across Jay's Auto body and they turned my car brand new again he made me feel 100xs better and I recommend Jay's Auto Body to anyone!!! You will definitely be satisfied !!!

Needed to complete my photo inspection. Got it done with these guys in seconds, no issues. Only issue not plenty place to pull up or park so get it done early before one way traffic

Nasty person who ever is in the front office is rude and does not work well with people as soon as I walked into the store I should have felt welcomes NASTY I think her name is gwen and she was on the phone video chatting with someone the whole time she needs to better her life horrible experience
