This is absolutely the only place my husband I take our cars for repairs, inspections, oil changes, and any work. I've been going to this place for over 10 years with several vehicles. They're always so kind, professional, and informative about exactly what the issues are, while never trying to beat me for my money. They're like family! Great people and great repair shop.

Absolutely love the people at this place. I was in a bind with my 02 BMW e39 (my baby) after hitting a ladder on the NJ Turnpike and bending my wheel. They were empathetic and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be back for my future car repair needs. Don't hesitate, they are a wonderful shop.

Let s just start off with the boss being a woman, OKAY!!! Not just that but her and her entire staff are very educated, honest and hardworking. They communicate with you all the way and go above and beyond to exceed the customer s expectations! I ve been here twice and this will definitely be my new one stop shop for all my mechanical needs. Thank you Santana, Vivian, Isiah, Alex and the entire team !

Warning! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME HERE, personal experience below :If there were 0 stars I would give.Vivian was very disrespectful and threatening.I was SHOCKED!!all the other guys were nice.I paid for a service that i have never received.They keep saying fake promising about a part being delivered a certain time and date and every-time I go they tell me it s not available yet.Vivian has forced me to have a refund against my will.Please do not ever come service your car here.

I'm very appreciative too J & Santana repair for taken care of my family and I with are car troubles. I've been there 3 times and they've took care of me with honest diagnosis and repair options. Isaiah (I believe his name is) is the man, total gentleman and professional.

I was introduced to J @ Santana through a coworker.I had a regular mechanic who I had been dealing with for several years but had a recurring mechanical problem that was ongoing for two years.J & Santana was patient, upfront and professional. I was I informed of what would be the order of operations, when I will be contacted, what would be the corrective measure, the cost, and the time for pickup.All went according to plan. Then subsequently another issue arose within a few months stemming from the previously resolved issue. I contacted the shop again, and the issue was resolved without cost because it was within the warranty period.Again, all was handled with professionalism and superb customer service. J & Santana has gained a new, satisfied customer.

I m so grateful to be able to say that I know a spot where I can take my car for repairs and for advice before I take it to anyone else if I have too.Everyone in there is cool and they do a fantastic job AND VIVIAN IS BEST!BRING YOUR CAR TO VIVIAN before you take it anywhere else. I ve been bringing my car here since 2019. The only shop I feel comfortable leaving my car with. The entire staff is AMAZING. The work performance is great, everyone work sufficient to make sure your car is ready in a timely fashion. I highly recommend, and they will always have business from me. This is the Four Seasons of auto body shops, and that is not an understatement. You will feel loved by the high quality of service and care that is provided. Every time I bring them my car, I am impressed by how courteous, welcoming and professional each team member is. Horrible experience. Dishonest and tried to fleece me when I brought my car in for inspection. Gave me a laundry list of expensive repairs needed to pass inspection and used high pressure tactics to try and convince me to have them done. I refused, knowing they were trying to pull a fast one on me. They even removed my still valid inspection sticker before I left, saying they were required to. Completely ridiculous. Took it to the dealer after and the car passed inspection without question. Avoid this shop at all costs.

The owner of this shop is a sweetheart ! The staff do an amazing job. Everyone in there is very genuine. This is the only place I trust leaving my car in. !! DEFINITELY NOT like the typical shops that try to gyp you for your money because you re a female . I always come here for advice before I go anywhere else. !

Claim to do inspections but have no inspection stickers available. Spoke to some locals apparently they have a pattern of this.. Waste of time.. I m sure the DMV would love to know you run out of stickers which is a nice fine to your business do your research before replying to a review owner

I can t say enough about this auto repair shop. They care very much about the cars but even more about the customers. I have been fishing all over from shop to shop to care for my car. I can say I finally found a home. I trust them and they have done a great job with my car. For the first time in years I was able to drive in and get my inspection done in minutes , because they cared so well for my car over the past year. They do what they say and they don t sneak any extra money or make up lies about what is needed to get your car moving safely again. They explain everything and show pictures of whatever needs to be done. VIVIAN is the best. It feels good to explain to a woman what s wrong and she gets it. They also RARELY keep your car overnight if you get there early! They have given me such confidence on the road. I have a 2008 Honda CRV for a year now and from day ONE the whole team has been nothing , but wonderful to me . VIV IS THE VERY BEST !!! Women to Women she always make sure I understand what s being repair when I come and always make the right accommodations for me anytime I come by . I 1000% recommend anyone who needs help with there vehicle to come here and get service ! 1000% professional always make sure the pricing is okay before they provide the service , breakdown of everything that was done and most importantly I feel welcomed every time I come !! I have to start off by saying WOW, i've had alot of bad experiences with auto shops but this place is legit!! I came in for a strange sound i was hearing and Vivan really took care of me throughout this whole process, she called me up after leaving the car there and showed me exactly what was wrong with it she even showed me where my car was leaking oil from! everyone was super nice and polite and she even showed my my parts at the end too i think i finally found my car doctor. I WILL be coming back to get all my car problems resolved here.

I brought my car here about 3 weeks ago. Brought it on a Monday, gave them full list of what work I needed done (3 things), as well as a new inspection. We can work on it 8am Thursday, they say. It's a day after my inspection expires, but sure, okay. Bring it right on time Thursday, the lady gives me the runaround. We just ran out of inspection stickers, she says. Well, please just do the work I requested and we can worry about the sticker later. No, we're not gonna do the work. What was the point of scheduling the service/work, I ask. No response. Gee, thanks...Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car for an Inspection, it failed because of the brakes.They quoted a price. Which I felt was expensive, but after shopping around, I realized the price was really good.After replacing my brakes, I passed my inspection. I was very pleased & will return.Ask for Vivian, the cute lead manager !!!Service: Brakes

My family has been going here for years. They re all about their customers and give the best customer service. I don t know much about cars but Santana keeps you informed with everything you need to know and is reasonably priced. I recommend this to anyone especially women, they won t take advantage of you which is refreshing.

New manager is rude and disrespectful. Santana have just lost a 10 year lasting customer.We set an appointment for inspection a week ago, our driver came in on time with our vehicle. Manager didn't accept us despite asking us to come in for the inspection. Additionally, he disrespected our driver - A shameful behavior.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I want to say this ENTIRE STAFF WAS THE ULTIMATE BEST!! Alicia greeted and took me in b4 the doors opened because my car was making HELLA NOISE (my son said it sounded like the devil was tryingto surface the world again)! Vivian broke it down with costing, and parts. Alex was a joy with dealing in payments and updates and Issac (Vivian's son) was great too. Everyone was polite informative! 1st off i was HIGHLY lmpressed how well Vivian knew her stuff! And was loving the fact a woman is tge lead tech.Now to the BUZZARD that stole mt catalytic converter may you, your partner and chop shop ROT IN HELL!!

Hadn t been before but was impressed. Got in last minute, they did the work immediately, charged exactly what I was quoted. Lots of bays. Working on cars from Honda s to Maserati s. Good place to keep in mind for repair work, only thing they don t do is body work.

This place used to be very good, I used to take all my work vehicles to this place when the previous administration was in charge before covid, now they have a woman in charge there who s very mean and disrespectful and doesn t seem to know that much about cars.I took my car there today and she said, we are not taking any cars today anymore, I asked her tell me a day I can bring the car in, she said go somewhere else in a very bad way
