The transformation of my car recreated by The House of Benz was Amazing! When my car arrived at the shop, it was violently damaged. When the transformation was completed, it was showroom ready! The owner and his team did a fantastic job with repairing my vehicle! I highly recommend them for your mechanical needs!

If you are thinking about getting a service done on your car here, DON T, the dude MOE is very unprofessional i made a appointment on 11/2/2023 for 11/4/2023 at 10am once i arrived at the shop i was told by him there were too many cars and my car wouldn t be able to get serviced. I spoke with Moe & he stated to come back on 11/5/2023 at 10am i arrive at 10am and i lie to y all not i called this man over 10 times and never got a answer or text back. A complete waste of time & i don t live close to the area so a waste of my gas too i don t care how good he is with cars AVOID this place by ALL MEANS!

Rude owner, has no clue of the work his does. Commits insurance fraud. Doesn't buy required parts. Worst mechanic and person I've ever encountered. 1 star is too much, should be a negative starService: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

First off get yourself an extended warranty cause all the money you are going to give "Moe" you can save yourself all the unnecessary frustration that you're going to receive rude service ,Never on time if you're a regular customer not only does he have to have a drink before and during the work day makes him extremely difficult to talk to you feel like he's talking to like a child if you're on time for your appointment your timing off .I ALSO found out my parts I paid for he and his motley fool crew/ All Valvoline rejects would patch up my old parts and do what ever they did with my new parts. Say away from this weekend "Warrior"... Fat Man Looking To Get Fatter...House of $@#*Service: Transmission

The owner is a real person. He works and he's good at what he does. Class Mercedes mechanic diagnostic technician. Be honest with him about what going on with your car. That going back and forth from shop to shop doesn't work. He won't work on your car. If you let him work on your car tell him if someone was already on that part before you got it to him. Don't tell him about Mercedes Benz dealer unless you take your vehicle there.

Took my car here for transmission issue, came to pick up my car, and the AC unit swapped out for older AC unit, as if I wouldn't notice!! When I let the owner Mo know, he acted as if he was surprised, and said he had to install camara if his workers were doing this, but on the other hand said the only way it could have been done is if the unit was reprogrammed by a special diagnostic unit, which means he had to be in on it. Never tried to compensate or rectify the issue. Don't ever use this shop, not even sure if anything was done when my car was to be repaired previously, as I still had issues! Worse shop ever!! Totally crooked guy! Surprised he's still in business! Beware!! Avoid at all cost!! Don't know how anyone has given this shop a good rating!Service: Transmission

A single star is too much and its the lowest rating possible. A clear waste of time & money...Towed the vehicle to the facility in which the owner refused the vehicle, even though it had an appointment that was 3 weeks in the making. Find another mechanic because this one has no honor in his work skill. So 250.00 for the CL600 to see the sites.

The owner as well as the staff at House of Benz are top notch. They are all Master technicians and have all the specialized tools technology & software to handle the simplest to the toughest jobs on Mercedes Benz. They're all very customer service friendly and take the time to explain the problems in most cases to assist the customer in preventing the problems from reoccurring. My wife and I own three Mercedes and we would not trust our cars to anyone else but the team at House of Benz. Take a ride down and experience for yourself. They are unsurpassed especially for Mercedes-Benz.

The staff at house of benz was knowledgeable and competent of handling any issure my GLK350 presented. Mo took care of us with professionalism and communicated through every process. Having a high end car requires having technicians who are knowledgeable in what they do.

The owner MOE is very friendly and very trustworthy. He doesn't try to tell you there's something wrong with your car when it's not, he's upfront with you I like that I can respect that.

I was recommended to try this machine shop it was the worse experience ever.the shop opens at 9 am. I few times I would visit the shop to get some work done and I always would go there before 9am.a few times the shop would stay closed with no notices that the shop would not open and I would sit there and wait sometime until 11am.i normally would call the owner to find out if the store would open the owner don't answer his phone for me .I also see other people would come by and find that the shop was closed and they would call the owner and get through. I think the owner screen his calls.the owner of this business is so unprofessional and disrespectful toIts coustomer.and not to mention my car still not fix after several times I brought it for the same problemI promise neverTo return to this place.

I called to ask a question about my car the representative was very nice and kool on the phone I ask her can I talk on of the mechanics he came on phone very nasty and rude his name is Moses very unpleasant with how he came to me

Always call and nobody picks up but I have a friend that works there so I have to call him in order to get to what I want or go straight to the shop.

Best shop for all Mercedes.... Master Tech and Master Mechanic one site fix all Mercedes needs they tel you what it is no beating around the bush
