Very dishonest and unresponsive service. After returning the car in its original condition after a 2-day rental I was charged an additional $2k for a comprehensive car revamp due to a 'collision'.The shop has gone silent, did not respond to my requests for clarification or my provision of pictures showing the state of the car upon return.

I have been working in the South Bronx for close to 25 years. I drive by this tire fix place everyday . Upon leaving work to go home the dreaded low pressure sensor light came on. I went straight to them. I dealt directly with the owner. Unfortunately the tire was punctured on the sidewall and there s nothing you can do but purchase a new or used tire. Taking into consideration that this is a brand new SUV with a little under a 1000 miles I wasn t looking for a new tire just a used one to get me back to dealership to buy the same name brand tire already on the SUV. The owner found he had used tire in stock that fits for $75. The tire has a lot of tread and got me home safely to deal. All of the employees I interacted with were very polite and helped me to pull out of the driveway/sidewalk after the tire was installed. If you find yourself in the area with the dreaded low pressure tire lite on, you can t go wrong to swing by and have them fix it for you.

What an horrible place. Told me to make an appointment. I did an appointment in a website mobile unfriendly also using 24hr time format. He is using iPhone which I can see his iMessages and even though I told him I have made an appointment when he send me the link he stop messaging me did not even bother when I came here he is in the super ignorant way telling me that I haven t done the appointment and don t even say a single worth and left the scene

I highly recommend people to avoid this place. I had a horrible experienced with them. The manager has bad attitude and the owner appears to be a thief.

Very good service. Being a female I was afraid that I will get taken advantage of. Not an issue here. The work was great & the price was fair. I was told every step of the way what was being done and why. I had questions and they were happily answered. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for honest and professional mechanic to take care or their car. George was the guy who took car of me and I have no complaints. This has become my shop because of my experience here. I ve decided not to let anyone else handle Kaine (my car ) and so should you. Check them out and see for yourself.

Please save yourself the trouble. The employees are rude and we ll argue with you in front of the owner, they will refuse to pump your tires and tell go to the gas station. I brought a tire from them and it flat every week.

We had a nail in our tire and was trying to make it back to our side of town to get to our mechanics, but when we saw this place decided to stop. they were very fast. great customer service.

HORRIBLE PLACE do not come here!! Owner is a theif, made me change a tire when all I needed was a patch on my tire. He wouldn t take off my tire, had to call police and even still he would take it off. Made me waste time and money.

Quality tires!!! I don t know where to start, but I was greeted by the owner George he show me his inventory of brand new tires!! I needed 2 I ended up replacing all 4!!! Way to go George. I will recommend you to all my friends and family !!! Fast service great customer service!!!!!

Stopped to fix a flat, tire was not repairable. Had to be towed. Went back to get my donut spare, the owner said someone had stolen it. I saw it behind some racks, went to get it. The owner grabbed my jacket and called the police. When they arrived he told them he asked me to take it and I said no I didn't need it. The man is a liar and has no idea what customer service is.
