Dom was so nice and helpful he let me bring my car in prior to any actual work being done so I wouldn t have to miss work. Everything was so seamless I brought my car in and was told an estimated two weeks. Constant updates as to what was going on with my car and what exactly was being done.Lisa was also very helpful and informative and gave me constant details as to what was going on and by when I would be able to pick my car up. When I finally got the call from Lisa that my car was ready and I saw my car it looked like a completely different car from how it had been brought into the shop. There work is so seamless and you can tell they take pride in making sure your experience is wonderful. If your looking for a body shop look no further they will take care of you like your family. Thank you guys so much for bringing my car back to life.

I recently took my brand new car to Frank & Son after a minor accident, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly professional. They understood how important my repair was to me and assured me it was in good hands.The communication throughout the repair process was excellent. They kept me updated on the progress and explained everything that was being done, which I really appreciated. The repair work was completed sooner than I expected, and the quality of work was outstanding. My car looks as good as new, as if the accident never happened!What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's rare to see such dedication and craftsmanship these days. I would highly recommend Frank & Son to anyone needing car body repairs. They turned an unfortunate situation into a very positive experience. A big thank you to the whole team!

When I was referred to Frank and Son I was so enthused to be doing business with them as a trusted auto body repair guy gave the referral. The ladies working there are helpful and attentive. The body work was the disappointment. I had to return the car two times because even though I made clear where the damage was on the vehicle I was given the vehicle back unfinished. Then when I finally picked up the vehicle the work that was done was shotty. The rear bumper is unaligned, there is a scratch on the front bumper they replaced and I found a ding on the rear upper panel. When I pointed these things out the mechanic told me he knows the dealership where I received the car from and that he would talk with them when it was time to turn in the vehicle. As if I am supposed to believe that he will even remember saying that!! It was a major disappointment I will never return this shop; nor will I refer anyone to this shop!

Unfortunately I was a victim of vandalism on my brand new 2023 Vehicle with only 300 miles on it. Frank and Sons took me in right away and worked with me to get my vehicle fixed and back to feeling and looking the same day I took it off the lot. Took them about 1 week to get all parts and repair the vehicle. They also worked with the insurance on my behalf so that I didn't have to, which avoids any confusion and wrong paperwork. Thank you Frank and Sons and special shout out to Lisa in the office for being patient and answering all my questions. I love this body shop!Service: Body & Trim

Had the best experience! They took good care of my car after a hit and run. They handled the insurance for me and made sure I had the funds I needed for the repair. My car looked like a new car after they were done. I hope I don t but, would definitely used them again.

Where to even start, when I was looking for shops I was stressed out to trust a shop to get the job done especially on a car that s worth a lot of money. Once I got to the shop all my worries went away, Anthony helped me out and showed me a lot of the work that they have done in the past especially on cars that have hard to match paint. Once I got my car back after being rear ended I couldn t believe it! It looks even better than when I turned it in. The paint matches beautifully and it is impossible to tell the car was involved in an accident. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else but here. This is a high class repair body shop with certified workmanship. A friend recommended me here years ago and now I recommend my family and friends. They do allow the hard work for you dealing with your insurance company directly. Truly top Notch service and repairs.

If you want your job to be done right and stress free this is the body shop. Even after my car was released when I found some minor issues they took care of the them right away without any complaints. They were always around to answer any questions and made the process very easy. Highly recommended.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my car. When I went to pick it up it looked brand new. One of the best auto shops in the Bronx! Excellent customer service.Luis listened when I explained the issue with driving my car and after the repairs he explained clearly what was done and why.The repairs also were done in the time quoted.This is absolutely the place to go as a woman getting work done on her car, because everyone I interacted with was helpful and respectful and I didn't feel confused at any point during the repair process.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Had a great experience with this outfit. My husband was sideswiped, and we needed extensive repair to a rear door on our Acura. The owner, Domenic, worked with our insurance to get it covered. When I picked up the car it was spotless detailed and the door looked new. There was one tiny mark on the inside frame that I noticed and pointed out. Domenic came out to see it, said the insurance hadn t covered it but that he would fix it if we wanted. We opted not to because it was cosmetic and not visible unless you opened the door and looked for it. When I got into the car, the car would not start. The workers at the shop diagnosed it as a dead battery and offered to replace the battery, free of charge. I picked up the car the next business day first going in the morning. This whole experience was so positive. I wouldn t want to take my car anywhere else for bodywork.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

I picked up my Mini Cooper on Friday from this business after 2.5 months. I was in a collision with a taxi and MINI Roadside selected this repair shop for my car to go to. I had thought that was because it was a MINI authorized repairer. I know find out that MINI roadside is a 3rd party, so beware.To be fair, it's not this businesses fault the repairs took so long. It was dealing with the Taxi's insurance (American Transit Company) that was the most difficult and taxing experience.That said, when I picked up my car a couple of days ago, I was so excited to get it after not having it so long. I was so disappointed. There are scratches in the car that were not there before. The new paint work is scratched. A textured panel is damaged that was meant to be replaced, but after inspecting photos I can see that they simply put the same panel back on that was there in the accident. This is after charging $16K worth of repairs. The paint work on the bumper is astonishingly bad.They reviewed the damage with me and did agree that I could take the car back again for further repairs. This is after 2.5 months without a car and I need to do a 3 hour round trip to the Bronx from Greenpoint 2 more times. It's a $100 uber fee. The inconvenience itself is beyond terrible. I can't believe they still had it in them to charge me the $500 deductible.This was not a good experience. I do hope they come to the party and make things right. But it's still not good enough.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have worked with Frank and Sons a few times they do tremendous work. I have to say this last experience was phenomenal. In a freak chance of misfortune my car was damaged by a drunk driver outside their shop and they did an amazing job working with the police and the drunk drivers insurance company to battle through responsibility. In the end due to lack of coverage Frank and Sons went through their own insurance company to repair the damages. They paid for my rental while everything was being sorted out with insurance companies which, if any of you know when someone is lying takes a lot longer the when people actually take responsibility. My car was repaired and they updated me through the whole process and really made sure I understood what was happening. My car was completely repaired and I am thankful for all their help and diligence.

This place deserves 10,000+ stars. From the moment that I walked in they were very helpful, courteous, and attentive. Lisa is the BOMB! She helped me with my claim and consistently gave me updates with the repair status on my car. I picked up my car today and I was in shock of how great my car looked. Everything was so perfect, I felt as if I was picking up a new car from the dealership. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. From now on; this will be my go to shop and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for A1 service and repairs. Thank you soooo much for your amazing service!

This is long overdue but Frank and Son's is the place to go. Back in July 2021, my one month old Jeep Grand Cherokee (Limited) was hit while parked. It had so much damage that it went beyond the insurance policy provided by the person who hit me. Meaning I would have been out of pocket almost 10k including remaining damages AND rental costs. Dominic, the owner, was so understanding of my situation. He knew how stressful this situation was considering that I was in a near fatal rollover accident in May of 2021 (just two months before this incident).Him and his staff took great care of ME. I don't mean just my car but these people truly value how you feel. They helped me get through this situation emotionally and mentally by providing the upmost respect and patience during the most stressful of times. Dominic was willing to work with me to help me get past my financial burden as well, which he didn't have to do. These people have become family to me and I would recommend ANYONE to go there for their most minor and major car situations.Thank you Dominic and staff for what you did for me this year. Dominic, Patrick and Lisa are AMAZING! The service is top notch! After being in my accident I was a nervous wreck, and yet I was immediately relieved upon walking in. From the paperwork to the repairs, I will never go to another body shop again. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and when I picked up my BMW, it was as if I was driving it straight out of the showroom floor! This has been the most professional shop I've ever done business with. They handle claims efficiently, service was on time and the attention to detail was impeccable. This place is great the owner is hospitable understanding and will always work with youwhen it comes to fixing your car. Its not a cheap place but your paying for excellence he will always work with you where he can. I'm definitely a regular customer especially if your going through your insurance. Fraudulent company. My vehicle was towed to Frank and Sons Autobody after accident for standard insurance appraisal, they piled up illegitimate fees, including $125+ per hour labor rate for almost 20 hours, fake parts and jig rental and freight fees. Avoid this business at all cost. I have absolutely no respect for this business. The itemized cost breakdown has been reviewed by multiple NY autobody shop specialized in such service, as well as legal teams; all have deemed it "out-of-ordinary" practice and borderline fraudulent. I don't even want to go into the customer service attitude.

After searching for our dream family car, we decided to get a Range Rover sport. Definitely a beauty. Just so that in a couple of weeks it would get broken into. The damage was extensive. Not only did they break the window, but the frame and the door along with the side of the car was damaged. This was days before thanksgiving 2019. We were recommended to come to Dom at Frank and Son and man was that the best thing we could have done. Dom really took care of our car. It was repaired beautifully. They also worked really hard to give it back before thanksgiving, and I appreciated that very much. Everything was great and we were really excited to have our car back, only to have our car was filled in NJ (by an idiot) the wrong fuel. Our car is a Diesel engine that was filled up with regular gas. We didn't want anyone to touch our car other than this shop, so we towed it from NJ to the Bronx. The car was towed after they had closed and Dom was amazing at allowing us to park it in front of the shop. The next day we went over and he had already taken our car inside. He and his team did a great job at repairing the damage. A day after we picked up the car, it started giving us a weird message. I texted him and he did not hesitate to tell me to bring him the car and he would take care of it. He surely did. He sent it to Land Rover in white plains, they ordered things and fixed it, and Dom did not charge us one penny. Everyone there is amazing. They are super caring. They always drove me home after I dropped off my car there. The mechanics are super courteous and caring. They keep you updated. I honestly can go on forever. BRING YOUR CAR TO DOM!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

This is our second time using Frank and Son Autobody and both times they did an amazing job. A snow plow ripped our back bumper clean off and looking at the car now you would think it was brand new. The customer service is also amazing. Lisa answered every question, returned every call and was a pleasure to work with. I will only ever bring my car here.

I been driving since I was 19 I'm almost 50 .I can say I done business with many body shop .I mean the top shop so call and I always had issues or wasn't happy I stumbled upon frank and son took a shot a boom no lie on God they did a amazing job on my bmw 540 amazing no lie and they even detail my car inside and out no lie .on God they got it .. all them so call pro body shop don't wanna name them but yall ain't messing with these guys at this shop ..and Lisa is the bomb she on point with her work she very helpful and pleasant. Thanks you once again ..hopefully I won't have to see you guys again in a good way but keep up this great work. ..fyi readers this a true customer not someone fronting
