I know next to nothing about cars. It's pretty obvious as soon as I open my mouth. The best part is my wife knows even less and looks to me to maintain her car. That's why every time I visit an auto repair shop it's with a heavy heart and always leave with a much lighter wallet.Enter Ralph. I ran over a small screw and instead of going to Firestone (because I don't know any better), and this time I went to Ralph since he's only a few blocks away. Turns out the screw didn't even puncture my practically bald tire. He took it out, didn't charge me a cent, and sent me on my way.Coincidentally I had a bunch of repair that needed to get done on my car; I had been putting it off because I just hadn't had the time. I had a good feeling about Ralph's place so I dropped my car off and had a ton of work done. The entire brake system and front suspension links. He also troubleshooted my AC. Didn't even charge me for a tire replacement or taking a look at my AC which turned out to need some freon. The prices were very fair. This is the first time I've been to a car repair shop where I didn't feel like I was ripped off.Ralph you have a customer for life. I'll be bringing my and my wife's car to you from now on, and will be referring you to my friends and family.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Air conditioning

I needed to take my car to be serviced and I saw that these guys had good reviews. They definitely deserve it. Ralph and his team made the whole experience stress free. They were fast, professional, and honest. I will definitely bring my car back here again and again. They recommend that you make an appointment with them so they can plan for it. I highly recommend First Group. Thank you guys!

Read the other reviews. They are true. An honest Mechanic. Saved my son thousands of dollars by telling him to check to see it his problem is under warranty. Which it was. Great work. We highly recommend this place. I myself have been coming here for years.

The reviews here must be fake. I recently moved to the neighborhood and I called them to see if they were open, since it s a Saturday. The guy who picked up the call sounded kinda rude. I am NOT taking my car there!!!

Honest salt of the earth Mechanics.. Always upfront and a very explanatory and honest. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic that you can trust at reasonable rates in this day and age that stands behind his work. I would definitely recommend Ralph and his crew at First Group Automotive to fix my Moms, Wife's or anyone in my family's car as well as your car.

What's very satisfied work was done very fast no hassle and appointments were kept half an hour apart. The workers were very courteous and I was very satisfied with the job.The owner of the place is Ralph. He is fair, reasonably and he gives a very good price

Amazing owner and service! We broke down after the TNB bridge with two flat tires, and a 3 week old newborn. He took us in as he was closing up shop, and let us stay inside the office with the baby as he fixed the tires. Owner is an angel, trustworthy, reliable and fast. Highly recommended!

Ralf and Nick are the best, they have done a ton of work on not only my car but my brother inlaws as well.Always very honest and very fair prices.once they fix something its done,the only way u will return is if the part fails or you want additional work done,BIG PROPS,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MECHANICS

Knowledge and good a diagnosis for repairs on your vehicle. Pleasant mechanics to deal with. Parking is usually available. Repair prices are about average and they they due New York State inspections on your vehicle. They due all general repairs and maintenance on your vehicle.
