Staff was nice. They took me early. Notice my tire was messed up so he brought it to my attention and pulled me to the back to showed me. I appreciated that instead of just saying what s wrong. Also changed my oil! I have been using Firestone for over 20 years down south. So when I realized there was one in nyc I immediately made appointment. They keep record of everything.

The one I visit has always had a front desk staff that almost always know what they are talking about. They have always taken time to answer any questions I have with patience and understanding. It can be frustrating to bring your car in to be fixed and hit with an expense you weren't expecting.

Came in for a full set of tires, John was very helpful. You can set appointment or do a walk in and wait in line. If they don t have the tires you need they can order most of them next day. Get the lifetime wheel alignment .. it s 199$ , but worth every penny, you can get a alignment every 3 months for life ..it will help the tires last longer. The waiting area can use a update . In and out in 2 hours , 4 tires and wheel alignment.

TERRIBLE service. Please do not take your car here. Come in with one problem, leave with 10 more with your first problem barely even fixed! Not to mention the rude, inconsiderate staff members who have little to no knowledge on cars. You will have to press your car issue for them to understand you truly have a problem. Oh & if you re a woman, forget about it..

Came in for a car inspection came in early service was fast and quick , the employee's working were helpful and pretty accurate in how long the service would take . I've been here before and my experiences here have always been good and that's why I have always come back Firestone in my eyes are highly qualified and what I appreciate most that there honesty I have inquired about things I was interested in getting done to my vehicle which would have cost me more money and made them more money and they actually told me that they wouldn't recommend these services I was looking to get done to my vehicle and explain why it wouldn't be good and the negative affects it would have on my vehicle where a lot of individuals were doing these things for the look of there vehicle and not to improve there vehicle and I really appreciated there honesty I feel a lot of other mechanics would have put profit before what's best for there customer and there individual vehicle reason why I choose Firestone

Because they had scheduled me for a different appointment day and I didn't check my email so I went in anyway and they took me and I didn't have to wait long i thank them for accommodating me and not make me wait

I had a rental car, and had a flat tire. I showed up at the end of the day. They took care of me and had me out the door in less than an hour. The waiting room needs updating, but other than that, there were no issues.

I was there on October 15th for an alignment service.I paid 119 $ and the mechanic did nothing! And they said "everything was fine''.when I asked for alignment report tha results showed all in red.I don't recommend them to anyone!Even the front desks staff it is terrible!.They misuse Firestone's brand.

I had a appointment at 8 am, tech told me that it will be 1 hour to 1 hour and half, i come back 2 hours later and my car has not been even moved. Now they tell me the original tech gave me wrong information and that they don t have a time to do the job. Very unprofessional

AVOID this Firestone location!This Firestone is horrifically unorganized, and understaffed. I brought my perfectly running Ford in to have the struts replaced in April and have regretted it ever since. I have since had to bring my vehicle back every two weeks roughly for something else. Each time something they ve replaced fails and needs a replacement. First the brand new struts failed. Twice. Then, my engine sensor failed and needed to be replaced. Then, a different sensor failed and needed to be replaced. Finally, after trying to identify the rattling sound near the passenger side for weeks, the engine mounts suddenly need to be replaced. Not a single one of these problems occurred before coming here. And each problem occurs like clockwork right after I retrieve my car from their garage. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Unless, you have the time and cash to keep on keeping on making repairs.

I brought my 2013 Hyundai Genesis here for service my first time at this location for a wheel alignment was happy when I left .. professional staff and honest mechanics now 5 years down the line I'm here for my second visit for my 2015 Hyundai Genesis i recommend this place if your in the area or a little out the way trust it's worth your time and money....

This is one of the best services I have received. Jose was extremely helpful, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe for a long trip.I arrived on December 23rd, 2022, right before they were closing, and since my car was unsafe to drive, the staff stayed beyond their scheduled time to fix it.I was extremely thankful as any shop would've told me to come back the following day or to leave it so it can be fixed at their convenience.I really appreciated their sense of urgency as weather was also a factor.Overall, the staff was friendly and explained in detail what I needed to be mindful of for my safety. I felt like they really cared.Thanks to the awesome team at Firestone!!!

The worst Firestone I have ever visited, I made an appointment for an inspection, when I arrived at my appointment at the scheduled time they told me that the machine did not work, they did not notify me or call me to tell me not to come, waste of time and money of the worst service

I went to this location today. To finally get an issue going on since Dec 2020. I kept hearing a GRR sound hitting 50MPH. The mechanics were able to lift the car up and have a device to act like it was driving . They heard EXACTLY what I was having issues with for over 2 years. Unlike Meineke I went to down the road on Boston Road that kept telling me they heard nothing.Front Right half shaft needs to be replaced, Replace the control arm and replace the tie rod.Will update when project is complete Wednesday. Since one part had to be ordered.So far pleased to go somewhere that I was finally listened to and actually did proper testing and inspection. TO dial in where the issue is happening.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
