Hands down the best bodyshop in NY. They have fixed multiple vehicles for me . Evey one of them came out looking and driving new. They are quick, competent, and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

BAD SHOP! BAD SERVICE! RUDE OWNER!Came here a couple of years ago because a tree fell on my car. They fixed the car well, BUT the turnaround time was 21 days, which was way too long for a new windshield and hood. And then when I came to pick up my car the car wouldn't start. They had to jump start my car, and then the mechanic told me to run the car for 30 -45 min. I said I live 10 mins away. I got in my car, and then the wheel alignment light came, so I called Finest Auto Body and asked to speak to the owner. It was a heavy set caucasian man who seemed very arrogant (I met him before outside, but he didn't remember). He made a lot of rude comments and sounded like a know it all. I told him the light came on for the alignment and mentioned my battery was dead. He said "oh you probably had a weak battery." I said it is less than a year old. Then he replied oh I saw you have something plugged in your obd, and you have wiring so that is what is draining the car. I told him I had had these things in the car for four years and never had I problem. I told him your guys left the doors open for 4 days because it was Thanksgiving long weekend, so Wednesday-Monday and my lights were on because the door was open. He said no, the lights weren't on, and that wouldn't kill the battery. I have an app on my phone that you can check your car, and I saw while the shop was closed from Wednesday night to Monday morning my doors were open amd the vehicle was unlocked. When I got home, I tried to start the car later and needed a boost. Then, I had to contact my dealership to try to get a new battery. This place didn't offer any help. He said I would call the dealership for you and try to get you a new battery. They never called. Actually, he did call, but he was on hold for 20 minutesv with the partsdepartment, so he hung up and never called back or didn't call me for 48 hours until I called and followed up to tell me all of this important information. MIND YOU I HAVE HAD NO CAR FOR OVER 21 DAYS AND I DO DRIVE TO WORK EVERYDAY. I ended up doing everything myself.I have left over 1000 reviews, and this is by far the most I have ever written. It was a long overdue review that never was written, and I had to give a piece of my mind.

I took my car to Finest and so glad I did. Very friendly staff in a professional manner. They did a magnificent body repair on my Buick Lacrosse 2011. Very pleased with the work. I highly recommend it.

The owner of the shop is dumb, doesn't respect women and is hellah rude. My car was towed there with broken windows and they didn't even cover them with plastic and as a result the interior was flooded. However, the employees seem nice and are respectful.

Very clean and professional I truly recommend any and everyone who needs body work done to definitely bring their business here. I had gotten into a car accident on 10/9/2020 and my front passenger side was severely damaged. They completed the body work in a week and I was back on the road comfortably as if nothing ever happened.

Got sideswiped and person fled. Went to this shop. Felix, shop manager, was phenomenal to work with. He s visual quote was spot on. He helped me take pics via the geico app. Once the parts came in. 2 day turn around! I was so skeptical. Totally unfounded. The workers there seem pretty chill and you can tell they like working there. They did great work on my x3. I just recommended them to someone and will continue to do so. There s an enterprise car rental that s less than 1.5 miles and it s walkable.Service: Body & Trim

Felix is extremely professional and excellent at customer service. The floor team staffs are top tier with high quality paint and very good at restoring my vehicle back to factory as brand new.I really do appreciate there hard work, Felix and his team will solve even the smallest problems till you re satisfied and this is how they earn returning customers, trust and positive feedback.Best auto body shop BX in my experience.Steven

One thing I do say it's that 1st, they overcharge the insurance companies. 2nd, they take too long on fixing something that can be fixed in a matter of days. Minor stuff. I went bc of the insurance, but if it was out of pocket, they would not catch me there.

I was referred to them by Progressive for a claim repair. They did an awesome job. Their pricing is very reasonable as I had my own personal out of pocket expense. They are timely with repairs as well. I would definitely recommend and have them work on my car again.

It took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. They perfectly matched the color on my Nissan rogue (midnight jade) and you can't even tell any work was done. Absolutely seamless. Other places I've been to will leave an orange peel job and give you a phony story, but finest is the truth.

Hello my name is Sonia Arroyo. I recently got my car hit and didn t know where to go, so I researched for the best rating. Finest Auto Body was one of them. The staff was very courteous. Most of all my services was well taken care of, my car was back to normal. Color and all. Can t really talk about pricing cause the other insurance was paying for the damages. Great Job done on our school work vehicle. They worked quickly to get the vehicle finished and back to us as fast as possible. Very courteous and understanding over the phone. I can't really comment on the pricing because it was the other persons insurance that was paying for our repairs, so no out of pocket expenses for me. I would definitely use them again if needed. I must admit that I wasn't a pleasant customer at first. I was in a rush, and became very impatient while waiting on a quote for replacement of a side mirror. I found the quote to be fair although I thought it could have been just slightly less by $10- $20. So, I had resolved not to tip for the work to feel vindicated. The work was done by the end of the business day. I came in to pick up my car after closing. Jill and Jean seemed to just be waiting on me to close up which I thought was very kind of them. The kindness continue when Jean so graciously took it upon himself to personally get in touch with someone at Enterprise (car rental) after business hours to arrange drop off of the rental vehicle that I'd been renting. He knew that I'd end up having to pay for another day if that car wasn't returned that evening and he made it his personal mission to help me in my dilemma. Jill was very resourceful as she provided him with the telephone number/s for their personal contact. Long story short... He arranged drop of the rental, drove me back to my car, and was extremely pleasant and friendly throughout our time together. The work to my car was done very skillfully and it looks great. I'm so thankful! Finest Auto Body is top notch!!!

Poor customer service, worst job ever. They didn t even do the work mention in the estimate, and the owner argues with women. I wouldn t recommend to no one. They also created new damages on my car. Now I have to be inconvenience and sue them. The owner is unethical and lies and not trust worthy. They had my car three days before they even started to work on it, without calling me. If I never called them, my car probably would have been still siting there.

The time frame they tell you your car will be ready is inaccurate more than a week. After calling to inquire the time frame that they said the car will be ready i was hung up on by a rude and nasty secretary Jill. So disappointed as a 1st time customer. Don't bring your business here. Will not be using ever again. Will be reporting this to the insurance company. Horrible suggestion.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car got hit by someone on the snow storm's night on dec 16th [the guy hit and didn't left his info] and the insurance company sent me to finest auto body, the staff is very friendly and professional. Took little more time than they said but I got my car back and it looks brand new! Definitely recommend.

Very professional. They made sure my car was taken off the street and put in a safe place. They also actually reached out to me to let me know how things were going. Repairs were made in a timely matter. They live up to their name.

USAA insured customer. 2nd time going to them. They were done ahead of time. I walked right past my car. It looked like new and I swear they cleaned the interior. Very friendly staff. Flexible service. Allowed me to come in early at a time that was convenient for me. Someone just met me out front. Will continue to use their services in the future.

Horrible service, half ass work, disrespectful staff, and poor work ethic. Used to be a pretty decent business, however, they've lost their professionalism and no longer conduct themselves accordingly. I've personally had two jobs done there and they've followed up a mediocre first experience with a disappointingly awful second. Not to mention they're over priced. You're better off finding another shop, you'll save money and get a better result.

Great work, USAA Authorized Shop, Staff was incredibly helpful, they blended the panels and replaced what needed to be replaced. after the work was done my family couldn't even tell work was done on my car. additionally they have a lifetime warranty on their work. they are enthusiastic people from my two meetings with them, i will definitely recommend them to all of my friends additionally I believe they are a GEICO authorized repair shop.

I brought my BMW there and they matched the red paint perfectly and then 2 months later my bike broke down by their shop and they help me with that and didnt changer me. Great professional shop. I will be going back

Love their work, every time I go there they give me no problems with helping me out, they have a good prize. You pay for what you get. Never had a complaint about them. I would never change them as long as I live in NYC. Highly recommended.

I love this place! Only place I will bring my baby for bodywork. Felix is patient, kind and professional...and when he says your car will look like new, you can BELIEVE it! I recommend this place every chance I get!
