Absolutely the best. If you find yourself with car damage, this is the place to go. Jojo and Steve are AMAZING. They are kind, and helpful and get it done with no hassle. They are full service, even drove us home, coordinated our rental car, and drove us to pick it up. No issues with anything, just nice people who know what they are doing. Our car looks like new!

Johanna(Jojo) was amazing from start to finish. Fashion and her took care of everything from start to finish got the car towed organized everything and got in touch with insurance to get me fully taken of, got me into a rental and the rest is history, they kept me updated through the entire process with photos and texts I didn t have to do a thing, in the end the car came out looking and driving better then before the accident highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with the team from fashion auto body. Very personable service. They helped us through every step of the process, including helping us with our rental. The repair was done quickly and we were extremely happy with the job they did. Really great people to work with.

Frank Madrone, Ms. JoJo and staff are exceptional Human Beings. I went to Fashion Auto Body on the recommendation from Jose Norat who told me I would not regret it. I must say he was100% correct. From the moment I walked into the office I felt the Honesty, and Sincerity of these folks. They took care of processing the insurance claim, and getting me a loaner car. The Body work, and the impeccably detailed work was unbelievable. My car looked like it came out of the showroom. I recommend Fashion AUTO Body 100%.

I accidentally came across Fashion Auto Body and I'm so glad I did. The customer service was great. I was able to contact Jojo during business hours to get updates about my vehicle and insurance claim. Retrieving my rental was very seamless as Jojo helped me through the process. The staff in the shop are very friendly and welcoming. At pick up, my vehicles' repairs looked great and it had a fresh wash. I highly recommend this shop for all vehicle damage repairs.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The best!Unfortunately I ve been involved in a few car accidents and I ve always had issues when repairing my car. This guys gave me the best service! Owner is so nice and friendly, secretary so attentive and helpful. She s super friendly and understanding. The guys that did the job went above and beyond. My car looks like a new car, like nothing ever happened to it. Of course they were recommended to me by a family member who was 200% satisfied. We Highly recommend them!

Fashion Bodyshop is with no doubt one of the best I ever dealt with.I got involved in this hit and run accident, and I was so nervous about all this procedure, that usually takes a very long time to be resolved. One friend of mine mentioned Fashion as a great experience, and he was right! Everything went so smoothly with them. When I got my car back and I was driving home it felt like I was driving my new car in the first day. It definitely looked like a brand new car. I've been going to Fashion Auto Body for a little over four years. They are the absolute best! I recommend them to friends, family, neighbors and strangers literally all of the time. I live in an area in the Bronx where, unfortunately, my car has experienced a lot of damage and theft over the years while it's parked. I have also been rear-ended pretty badly too. No matter the incident, I have always gone to Fashion Auto Body and they've repaired my car beautifully each time. It truly looks new every time I get it back. Jo and the rest of the staff there are so friendly, knowledgable, professional, kind, understanding, and helpful. They are pros too, not just with fixing cars, but with dealing with insurance companies as well.

Fashion Auto Body has been my and my family s go-to body shop for years. Since starting driving 3 years ago, I got into 2 accidents one that left my car mangled and another that caused major electrical issues to the system of my car. Both times I went to Fashion for my repair, and both times my car came back impeccable, looking and feeling brand new. Additionally, Jojo and Steve walked me through and kept me updated throughout the entire process, from filing my claim to informing me about backed up parts and the timeline of my repair. My experiences at Fashion with Jojo and Steve didn t only make me feel like a valued customer but also family. I am forever grateful to Jojo and Steve for my car repairs and their guidance! Fashion Auto Body will forever be my go-to body shop.

I wish I can give Jojo a 10 star. I am grateful that I read google reviews and find this shop. Before you make any decision come to talk with Jojo. Frank is absolutely amazing. He s very helpful, knows what he s doing and goes above and beyond to make sure you re happy! Highly recommend! They are the best! High quality work and friendly, professional & efficient service. They make the entire process easy & smooth by handling all details. My car looks like new! My 2016 Honda Accord was side swiped and I was recommended to come to Fashion auto body. They did an amazing job on my car. I so happy that my Honda looks like a brand new car. Fashion took great care of me and my vehicle. The staff was friendly, genuine, and trustworthy. I was so nervous on what place to go to, but I couldn t have asked for better service and results. My vehicle came back better than new and faster than I expected! I would recommend Fashion Auto Body to anybody and everybody. You won t regret it!

Hands down the best auto body shop I have ever been to. My 2010 Toyota Tacoma was repaired here recently after being side swiped while parked with damage down the driver side from front to rear. They handled everything from towing to dealing with the insurance company. The turn around time was phenomenal and my truck looks better then the day I drove it off the lot from Toyota. Not only did the body work and paint come out flawless, they detailed my truck inside and out and brought it back to brand new condition. I couldn't be happier with Fashion Autobody and will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs auto body work. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

They did a wonderful job on my toyota Camry. Twice!!! first time i was involved in an accident and they made my car look better then when i bought it, second time they hooked me up with a bumper when it cracked due to a block of Ice. the paint job and detail was perfect.

As soon as I walked in I felt assured that my Porsche was in "good hands". Everything from reporting the accident to getting a rental car to expertly fixing the entire car was superbly handled in a professional way. I recommend their service most highly.Anthony Pisacano

Best auto body shop out of all the five boros!!! Reputable stand up guys that take what they do seriously. Completely honest and forthcoming. I live upstate and will travel to them time and time again Cause I know the type of service I'm getting! I wish I could give them more stars!!
