Brought in a 2012 Mazda 3 for a wheel alignment ,had locks on the rims that they destroyed and had to use a hammer to get it off unfortunately the man broke the wheel lock key SMH, and after he was done nearly 3 hours I took the vehicle for a drive and the alignment they done made it worse so I took the vehicle back for the job can be done the proper way after speaking to the management. Wow never again don't recommend this place to anyone stay away.

The secretary and the people responsible for the desks. Untrustworthy and un empathic. Mechanics are good and humble but the rest are so MONEY HUNGRY! They start on your car and then slap you with a huge invoice without communicating budgets. They don t care that you just experienced an emergency. I came here and the problem was not even fixed. I had to come out of pocket anyway to get my car released to me - granted. But for you to tell me that when I leave that s has nothing to do with us anymore - that s your problem is very insulting, after I just paid for the problem to not get fixed. Idk. Won t be returning. I like honest conversations.I can t explain the experience. They just look you straight in your face and not give a damn that you just spent money to get your car towed and that you don t have it to give. Emergency s happen. Work with your customers. Stop over charging !

Got my 2022 Tacoma serviced here, do yourself a favor read the reviews before you service your car here the one star reviews are very real.. terrible place to service your car. The muffler department is outstanding.. charged me less than 4 of the closest competitors.. and with 40 years of experience, the work was amazing.. highly recommend this spot

Took my C300 mercedes here and they robbed me for $120 diagnostic fee, took my car apart to find out the problem( didnt find the problem So they left all the parts in my back seat, Didn't even bother to put it back on. COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!

Friendly crew but professional customer service skills are lacking. They act as if they re doing you a favor by repairing your car. I spent over 2K at that shop to repair my car and never did I once get call saying my car was done, (I had to keep calling to ask) and every time I call to ask about my car, they got more annoyed and had this attitude. Great that they re open 24/7 but none of my repairs were done correctly, I had to keep going back for them to fix their mistake (went back 4 times in total). Not worth it to me, the last fix they did on my car wasn t well done and I was tired of the headache so I ended up going to a different shop; although I paid extra to have the other shop fix their mistake, I was tired of the headache and would have done anything not to go back. DON T COME HERE!!!(This happened in 2017).

I took my car to get my coils fixed and it seems like other things is going on as well nothing was wrong with my car until I bring it there I brung it there more than five times and my car still there and they haven't called me to let me know what's going on at the end of the day the person that put my calls it's no longer working there and that sounds very fishy that he's not there and now my car is overheating so I don't know if these people are real cuz they don't know what's going on with my car at all if your mechanic you should know what's going on I think I'm taking them to court my car was fine until these people touched it

They added something to my engine oil and killed my battery. Got recipes for a brand new battery and oil change weeks before I even went to them. God is good because karma is on its way to serve justice. They are crooks and don't like to be called out for one. They are very sneaky with their prices. Went for a car inspection paid 37.00 twice. They should have charge me 27. 00 the second time because my car failed the first time. And it past the second time by law it should have been 27.00 the charge me 37.00 that is Robery. Never going there againg.

Not even a star they Rob you I went there and they ain't put nothing of the parts I brong and charge me for thing's they didn't do like my spark plugs cables and motor mount I brong 4 motor mount but they put only 3and they changed my abs computer but light still on they talking about me taking my car to the dealer but why bring it to excellent if there can do the job. Bad everything don't go there theft......

NEVER EVER- Go here for a Wheel Alignment.They charge you for a job, they don t complete.Their technicians- mistake ( African American) man who works at night, told me the wheel alignment was DONE.Still had problems- I went for a second opinion at a different shop.They told me- they couldn t complete the wheel alignment until certain parts were FIXED...So how did Excellence, do it, the 1st TIME??To add insult to injury, the alignment they performed at Excellence BROKE other components in mytruck, it cost me an extra $250 to FIX.DON T GO TO THIS SHOP...YOU WILL REGRET IT...

There is no one better than them. Ive taken all my cars there for years and bever had an issue. I will continue to recommend them to all friends and family. They are ALL great people, but Lugo is the best!!!

My one go to garage outside of the manufacturer. These are super honest people that you can trust. I send all my friends and family to Lugo, because I can t trust any other mechanic in the Bronx.... I recently moved to Yonkers and still bring my car ti them.... I wish there was a sixth star!!!!

To make a long story short. For inspections they are good.. But the mechanics do not know what they are doing... I went there around four or five times and they only got my problem right one time.. the last time I went was the last straw.. I went because my one-week-old car fan was acting up sometimes not turningon .One of the mechanics took a look at it. Couldn't find the problem Then invited another mechanic too help him. Then they started getting on YouTube to see where the problemis ...meanwhile the problem was the wire that connects to the fan. It was split. A little burnt out. But he could not see that and at the time I didn't know that was the problem.. then he tells me I need a brand new fan even though he knows it is brand new. I debated with him. Then he told me he didn't even have the fan in stock and tried to charge me $40 for taking a look at it.. I I paid the $40. Then demanded the $40 back when my fan turn back on when I was ready to leave.. Then I took it to another mechanic and right away they saw the wire that was burnt. And split and all they did was tape it together and plugged it back in.. simple simple job. But for the guy at excellence. He couldn't even figure it out when it was right in front of his face .. unless he was trying to scam.. they are not good to try to figure out your problem. It's only good if you already know the problem and have the piece ready

Don't take your car there... Overpriced, terrible mechanics, and bad attitude from the lady on the front desk.. I had to take my car somewhere else to repair the mess they created.

Always gave me good work great great prices last time i went i wasnt happy changed light bulbs they didnt put my light back in flush so everytime it snows or rain it literally goes inside my car but i still believe in them i will go back i will have them correct it. i still recommend them with high honors

Well i would say 3 stars because i did some work to my vehicle there and they did not finish the work the way was suppose to, later i guess was the owner sent me a message to my phone like 3 days after and he did ask how was the car and i did told him no good the problem still persist . So he told me to bring back the car but i did not i took somewhere else and got it corrected.

Very bad customer service but that s not even the big issue of the situation I took my car there to fix it n never fix the issue telling me different things because Alex had no ideas what was wrong with my car after charging me so much money I had no choice to take my car out of there n go to a different mechanic... they suck never going there again rude workers!!!!!!

My care is a Jeep Compass 08ai far so. Good just it's a very busy shop but if it's a busy shop that is where youo at least in my eyes. Busy means there on it . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL , I am giving this business the auto body part 1 star because that is the lowest If not it would of got none.. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST, THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FIX THE LITTLEST THING AND ARE PRICEY, MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE GOING ON TWO WEEKS NOW FOR THEM TO INSTALL SOMETHING ON MY CAR... 1ST AND LAST TIME THEY GET MY BUSINESS

GREAT MECHANICS AND HONEST. WHEN EVER LUGO IS NOT AROUND THE MECHANICS BECOME LAZY. HOW EVER IF YOU WHEN THEY WORK THEY WORK AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. BEEN TAKING ALL MY CARS THERE. THERE ARE TIMES I SEE THINGS WRONG BUT THEY ALWAYS FIX IT. ONLY 24HR SHOP IN THE BRONX. AND IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT PAYING MONEY FOR THEM TO CHECK A CAR THEN YOU NEED TO GO ELSE WHERE. IMAGINE YOU OWNING A SHOP AND EVERY CUSTIMER WANT THEY CAR CHECK FOR FREE?? NO BUISNESS. I COME TO LEARN IT IS BETTER TO PAY THAN TO GET A FREE CHECK UP. AND ALWAYS TIP YOUR MECHANIC

I love that it stays open for car registration until 10pm thats great. Sometimes you get late out of work and you can go straight there.

Friendly staff, got wheel alignment, windshield wiper arms needed to be put on, checking electrical system, oil change, checked tire pressure, so satisfied!

They ve had my car for 11 days and still haven t finished figuring out what is wrong with it in order to pass the inspection and I ve paid $1000.00 at this point! On minimal repairs but still not ready for inspection!
