Brought my amg gle 53 here to get some paint work done. The car came back looking better than it did in the showroom at the dealership. Did a phenomenal job ! Wouldn't recommend anybody to go anywhere else but here.

Very good neighborhood establishment greeted by the owner, service was top notch, they we re recommended by insurance carrier to obtain to photos for vehicle for insurance purposes done extremely fast accurate in a timely matter couldn t ask for more. Will use the services in the future hands-down it s great to have businesses like this in our area.Towing services as well. Thanks Jay

After a dude on one of those mopeds messed up my car ..this company took good care of me. They were responsive to all my follow up calls, and understanding of my situation. These were decent ppl. My sensor on my car is malfunctioning a bit but i think that s just something Mercedes Benz has to recalibrate .

Entourage Automotive was quick, professional, and highly efficient. Their work speaks for itself based on the photos I provided. However, their customer service was refreshing.I will continue to go to Entourage for any repairs needed in the future.

My car was rear ended, stopped by the shop and Jay quickly helped me out with all the details on fixing cost. The job was completed quickly and my car looks great. Highly recommend the shop and Jay.

After the accident they began to explain the process to me and walked me thru the claim process and got me a rental. Within a week they repaired my front end collision and the car looks like it was never in a collision. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Very friendly service my car parts were difficult to find but he tried his best to get it in a reasonable time. I had issues with the car rental company and my insurance but luckily he was able to assist me with fixing the issue. I had a GREAT experience with this company! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! If I can write a review everyday, I definitely WILL! Took my brand new 2022 ILX to this amazing company after it was in an accident (not on my behalf). Jay and his team is the absolute BEST. Jay made my comfortable by answering all of my questions (I called l/texted him more than ten times) and not once did he ignore my calls or text or give me attitude. He has a great people-person spirit! When the work was complete, my my car looked exactly like the day I received it from the dealer: brand new. I WILL always go back! My mechanic for life! Got into an accident a couple weeks ago and immediately contacted Entourage. Spoke with Jay who is extremely knowledgeable about literally every single detail. From what to do and who to speak to, as well as claims and vehicle damage. Thankfully my daughter and myself were well but it was important to me that he ask and made sure we were above all else. From the moment I brought my car into this shop Jay got right to work, making sure he got every detail, and answering all of my questions. My car stopped working on the highway, from Washington heights to the Bronx. They arrived quickly and provided the best towing service. In addition, they repaired my car and had it ready the next day. I appreciate the great customer service, especially during a time which I felt extremely overwhelmed stranded on the highway. They reassured me everything will be alright. Amazing Company. Picked up my car from my house took it to their shop and did all the necessary work i needed done both times I ve contacted them . Great Body work and paint job and They work with your insurance as well. Kept communication with me throughout out the whole thing and are very professional. It never fails no matter what I go through with any of my vehicles. Entourage is always there to help. They are right on point with their service, I never wait to long. Horrible service crooks did a job on my car Told me they replaced the back bumper put the same bumper on that was broken painted over my sensor's left my blind spot monitor disconnected Missing screws Just an Over all horrible Job Then left me with a bill of the rental after they told me they were gonna take care of the bill being they had my car for a longer time add my car for almost a whole month just to paint a pumperIs on trucks tries to pick you up run You're better off fixing it yourself

I had a great experience with the towing of my vehicle and holding it for me until the adjuster came ( two weeks ). Someone was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had and was very professional. Entourage is a lovely little family-owned shop. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they gave me an excellent repair on my brakes for a great price. They also sold me a compressor for the AC at an awesome rate. The service was done the same day. I had this place reccomended by my brother-in-law and was initially turned off by the few low ratings this place had, but all in all I am glad I listened and gave them a chance, this shop deserves more exposure.

They had to tow my car, it had no power. They still manage to get my car onto the tow bed without any problems. All the guys were very nice & helpful. I will definitely refer them to friends & family.

When i observed my vehicles condition, Entourage called me immediately and within half an hour there was the tow truck and driver who was very professional with a great attitude. I waited for approximately 10 days for my vehicle and once it was fixed and returned, i was a happy camper. My vehicle looked brand new, my girlfriend thought i bought a new car. I have a fairly new automobile 2021 which when observed the work done by Entourage, i was flabbergasted at how new it looked. i can go on and on about Entourage professionalism, but, the main thing is that every time i called, someone answered the phone, that was unusual with any other mechanic i ve ever used, it would always be a scripted voice, with Entourage the owner answered the phone every single time i called, that was the catch, they not only cared, they showed they caredServices: Painting, Body & Trim
