Customer hospitality is unmatched in all departments! Mechanic shop is a little on the pricey side (purely the only reason I rated it 4/5) but it s totally worth it considering the quality of work & customer service. They fixed my dented rims as well as performed a multi point inspection to make sure my car is running smoothly. Great dealership/mechanic shop experience! 5/5!

My Service Advisor Jordan C. Took great care of my car. He was very informative about what my car situation was. He broke down the entire process and followed up with me thoroughly every step of the way. I was reassured that my car is in great hands. 10/10 recommend this dealership and ask for Jordan he does a great job

Staff, particularly Mr Day and then Anthony were very engaging and friendly. My issue? The fact that this location no longer services vehicles that predate 2013 but yet will sell parts that predate 2013 is a mystery to me. But, a business has the right to do as they please, I guess.

Nice staff, nice place, very large and many bays. Service was fast. Would be nice to have an area with desks to have a work space so I can work remote from there without being in a noise area but I know I'm asking for alot on that one. Overall I recommend. Also woukd be cool if they could put your vehicle to charge while it's in a bay.

Great service. I thought I was going to be there for half the day but instead I was out in barely 2 hours. Will continue to go there for anything my jeep needs! Jordan was extremely helpful during my time here.

My truck needed it s routine checkup. I called Eastchester Jeep Service department and was recommended to simply bring it in. I had no pet sitter, and I was concerned that we would be turned away. Thank goodness that did not happened, instead they welcomed us and helped me with my vehicle. My service advisor s was, C.Thomas, and he went above and beyond. The entire staff was super attentive and friendly to everyone including my dog, it was great. Thank you so much for your detailed and prompt handling of my vehicle s routine maintenance today. My truck continues to feel just like new. I would absolutely continue to use this location for service and feel confident to recommend it to others.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Went for oil change and tire rotation this morning. Customer service was great as always, i was in and out in a timely matter. Kairo made sure all my needs were met. He was courteous and professional as always.

The workers were very helpful , took care of me pretty quick but then came the cost of my brake pads . i understand that brembo pads are a bit more pricier then regular brake pads but they are charging double. i check myself with mopar and it is a few dollars short of being half of what the price the dealership is charging!

Jordon was my service representative at the Eastchester Dealership Service Department. Jordan was very professional and exceptional knowledgeable. He did a full work up on my vehicle and provided a very detail work up. He made me feel safe that all areas that needed to be addressed were. Great member of the parts and service team.

My transmission went out on my 2015 Dodge Caravan RT while I was there for an oil change. Upon inspecting my van they wanted to charge me almost $12,000 for a new transmission. When I asked why so much I was told because it was new and that dealers don't do rebuild transmissions. I then told the service employee that my previous oil change was done at the E. Stroudsburg Dodge dealership service department and was told that I may need a new transmission soon because he smelled burnt transmission fluid and quoted me at $5,600 for a new transmission. Your service department employee then contradicted himself by saying that it was because it was a rebuild transmission when he just finish telling me that dealers don't do rebuild transmission. At this point your employee was at a lost for words and couldn't explain why the huge price difference for a new transmission. So I felt that I was being ripped-off. I asked for my van back and had to tow it back home. I was considering purchasing a similar van in your lot but because of this experience I will never visit your dealership again.

I honestly have never had such a pleasant experience. Keer was my advisor, and he took it upon himself to contact Jeep Riverdale and find out all he needed to fix my car after visiting the Riverdale location five times due to incomplete service. I wish I would've made this change months ago. He was on top of the communication and was able to assist in the breakdown of what was needed. Great Service!!!

The guy who attended to me and took down my requests was nice and polite. However, he forgot to place the order for the first request I made, which was the annual inspection of my car. After waiting for over 2 hours for oil and filter change, inspection, and checking for the cause of engine oil leakage, I went to the counter to pay and then found out that the inspection was not included on my receipt. I couldn't believe my eyes, so I asked the lady at the counter to confirm and she did. She called the guy who took down my requests and he said that he forgot but he could return my car into the garage for the inspection. No, thanks! After keeping me for over 2 hour?!

This is kinda of a generic review but I believe in consistency and every service I've recueved at Eastchester Jeep/Chrysler is consistent......never feels like a chore to get regular maintainence or service. From the time I pulled into the lot I was greeted by the lot attendant and service reps. The service rep ensured my service would be completed timely and made sure to ask me if I had any concerns or questions. Shame on me for not remembering his name but right on point.

I went to the Chrysler jeep Dodge fiat dealership in Manhattan for a recall and got nothing but the run around and no results,but at Eastchester Chrysler jeep dodge Ram I met with a young Adjuster named Eze who was very Courteous Respectful and helpful in scheduling to have my car fixed and Honoring the recall with no hassle,he even text me immediately after I left the dealership following up to let me know that he was there if I needed any further assistance. And Because of this young man's dedication and commitment I would definitely highly recommend this dealership

Had a great experience. The team at Eastchester chrysler/Jeep resolved the issue with my vehicle to 100% satisfaction. From the time that I brought the car in I was explained the process with great detail to keep me informed and was updated on what was going on. I even got my vehicle faster than I expected. Sammy treated me like family and I Appreciate the service I received from him and the technicians. The vehicle is running smooth with no problems. Thank You to the whole team at ECJ.

My experience servicing my 2024 Rubicon met my expectations. I had taken my Jeep to a different dealership prior to this one where the issues went unresolved, very unsatisfied and disappointed. Upon taking my vehicle to 4007 Boston Rd where i was assisted by Eze he made sure my vehicle was serviced properly and kept me updated of the status of my vehicle at all times. This dealership will become my to go from now on.

Overcharging, unorganized, and lack of professionalism will force my business elsewhere. It should not take damn near a month for me to retrieve 1000 dollars for a factory build that could not be done. I was given excuse after excuse to get the deposit back. I then ordered A tonneau cover and mudflaps that I was told several different prices for. When the parts finally arrived the service technician tried to charge me 900 for a cover install and mudflaps. When I challenged him about the price, his reply was we have to take the wheels off to put the flaps on. That s was a lie because the wheels never came off. In closing, the tonneau cover was not the right one for my vehicle. So many red flags I should have picked up. I will be taking and spending my hard earned money elsewhere moving forward.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they provide subpar quality work, but they also crossed the line by stealing personal items from my vehicle. This has left me feeling violated and angry.Firstly, I entrusted Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram with servicing my vehicle, expecting professional and reliable work. However, the results were far from satisfactory. The problems I brought in were not properly resolved, and even worse, new issues arose after their "repair" work. Resulting in me having to have my vehicle towed back to the dealership for said repairs for an additional 30+ days. It is clear that their technicians lack the necessary expertise and attention to detail.To add insult to injury, I discovered that personal items had been stolen from my car while it was in their possession. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer trust and integrity. No one should have to deal with such an invasion of privacy and theft when seeking automotive services. A complaint brought to the attention of their service manager was blatantly disregarded and treated as this behavior is acceptable by Chrysler and its Corporation.Additionally, the customer service throughout this entire ordeal was atrocious. When I approached their staff regarding the poor workmanship and the theft, I was met with indifference and even denial. The item stolen isn't the aggravation in this regard but the principal. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and responsibility from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction.Their poor quality work and unethical behavior are clear indicators of their inability to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and potential loss by seeking alternative options for your automotive needs.Hello, Jamie! I understand that you're concerned about the feedback you received. I am even more concerned that your concern may be a facade because I've tried reaching you several times as you requested but each time I spoke with someone they advised that you're not in and they took the message for you. Unfortunately, a few days have passed and I still await your call. Should I give up this fight trying to find a resolution through you and possibly take a step up to consumer rights?I want to take a moment to provide an update, as well as feedback on my interaction with Jamie today. The representative was very polite and helpful. The service wait time was a little long but it was expected. The rest of the staff were also very pleasant.
