This is my second experience with Ds Westside Automotive Corp. The first time was back in November 2022 when someone hit me while I was parked. I ended up with $8,000 dollars in damages and I was out of a car for a month. When my car was returned, I was satisfied with the work done and they had my car looking like it came off the showroom floor. The paint job was an exact match and this is why I came back for a blend job. I am completely satisfied again all done within 2 hours. I highly recommend their services.

Ds Westside repaired my Jeep that was involved in a hit and run, their service is an outstanding, professional and reliable shop. I couldn t be happier with the results!! They made the process very easy and fast with my insurance company. My car looks new and feels extremely safe. Thank you Jamie for her 5 star communication service, and Danny for such an outstanding auto repair shop. Highly recommend them and will be back if needed. Big thank you!!!

My car was rear-ended in an accident. But when I got my car back, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Danny and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed and taken care of. Thanks, Danny and staff, I recommend this place highly.

Well, me tell you my experience in this shop! Danny is a man of he s word. He told me three weeks and he took 31 to be exactly. Even though we are in a shortage of part he and he s crews came through on time. The car came out like he never was in a car crash. I recommend to anyone that need a car done this is the spot. I m going to take my motorcycle to be done there.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

My 2022 Honda HR-V was Broken into and the airbag was stolen. I picked up the vehicle this past weekend and was generally impressed with the work. Jamie and Danny were helpful and overall a good job. I brought my 2015 performance pack limited edition 5.0 GT after a hit and run in NYC and wow did they do a fantastic job. Everyone, including me, has doubts regarding mechanics but let me assure you, there s nothing to worry about at this shop. The only issue I had at first was how long it took to repair my vehicle s cosmetics and suspension. I would constantly call the shop because of my growing anxiety that I would be screwed over somehow given the timeframe which it took to fix the vehicle. But I had nothing to worry about. If the repair date fluctuates, trust and believe it s nothing sketchy, Danny would rather take his time to make sure the job is done RIGHT rather than rush it on a timeframe he might ve given you. After getting my car back it drives like brand new! The suspension is even tighter than it was before! They took a few weeks longer to fix it, but that was only because Danny wanted to assure a GOOD and PROPER job was done which it was. 5 stars goes out to these hard workers and Jose over at D s West Side Auto and an apology on my behalf for bothering them to rush the repairs on my vehicle. Boy am I glad Danny did not risk a job well done over a quick flawed job. Moreover, they helped get me in ways mechanics normally wouldn t. I HIGHLY recommend this place and strongly recommend you deal on THEIR time because I assure you they will do their job RIGHT. Better than right in fact I d say they did it perfectly! I look forward to bringing my business there!P.S. The after picture was taken after a heavy snowstorm so there s a little bit of icing on the vehicle. Danny did have my car detailed the day it was done so ignore the ice

My name is Kirk at first I was skeptical about this company because it was my first choice and I took it and then I saw the reviews, but my 2016 MAZDA6 was destroyed on the side and Danny and the guys at The shop made it look extra new. They fixed my car and even did a little extra detailing. They helped me with rentals and also made sure all my parts was parts from the cars manufacture I was very happy with their work at the end and I never knew these guys but they treated me like a friend . Services: Auto glass repair, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

They fix my lexus nx 200 and they are the best body shop in the bronx and yonkers , great service and danny the manager he is always there to answer any questions and making sure you aware of the process of your car 9/10

The guys here really did a fantastic job on my Toyota Venza. The job took a little longer than expected, but it was out of there control. Danny and Carlos are easy to deal with and kept me informed every week with the process. They went above and beyond with the repairs. My car looks better than before it was hit. Thanks guys. If you need body work in the BX these are the guys to see.

I wholeheartedly recommend this business and it's team (Angel, Danny, and Jamie)! My car came back running and looking better than new and everyone was truly a pleasure to work with. After my car was vandalized, D's Automotive replaced my tires, wheels, and repaired body work that had been damaged. They fully detailed my car before returning it to me. They also provided my insurance company with all of the information they needed and were timely and responsive to ensure everything moved as quickly as possible. D's Westside Automotive has been exceptional with their service. I was in a car accident, they towed my car, offered me a rental and repaired my car as confirmed on schedule during the busy holiday season. I live in CT and was a bit apprehensive of getting the car repaired in the Bronx. However, they truly went above and beyond, even delivering the car to my residence. The car is running great and I have not had any issues, the body was restored to its original state. I am very appreciative of what they have done for me during a very stressful time. All I have is positive feedback.

I cannot say enough about the quality of this shop. Regretfully my vehicle was hit while parked in the Bronx. Angel, their rep was on the scene of this major accident and I ended up having my vehicle towed to this shop. The damage to my car was pretty extensive and while the repair took a while, they worked with the insurance company at every turn taking care of every detail and they kept the vehicle until it was repaired aesthetically and mechanically to my satisfaction. Worst body shop,they had my vehicle because i meet in a accident my brakes failed . The vechile wasnt drivable but then all of a sudden I got a call tht my vehicle caught on fire. And tht was it no explanation or ntn wouldn't recommend them

Absolutely amazing experience. My car was wrecked and my car looked brand new after they were finished.In addition, while they were fixing my car, my cabin filter needed to be changed and my cigarette lighter was broken. These folks took care of both of these issues for free. I saved over $250!!Danny is amazing! I highly recommend this shop they are all about customer service and making sure you're happy. They truly go above and beyond!

Beware!! I thought they did a great job on my car's body work, however my mechanic found that the work they did was horrible and the car is unsafe to drive. They only welded parts together. The car had to be totaled after paying thousands for the repair.

Great body shop! They did more for my car then just fix the damage. Danny did a walk through with me at 9 am and Jamie answered any questions I had with paperwork . She even worked with my weird schedule for pick up.

Horrible shop, car wasn t repaired entirely even though insurance paid for said repairs. They also rip off the insurance company on tows if they happen to see you and you need a tow. They keep your car for longer than estimated while forcing the insurance company to pay for unauthorized or unrelated repairs to your vehicle.My biggest mistake was taking my car there because now I got a brand new car with repairs undone and insurance wiped their hands clean already after forking these scammers thousands. I honestly wouldn t be surprised if they somehow had any relation to my wheels being stolen.Stay far away, warned you.

Angel, Danny and the team at D's Westside are phenomenal. They got my Explorer up and running quickly after a nasty collision left extensive damage and repaired it to brand new condition. Angel helped me tremendously throughout the insurance process and made a very difficult situation painless and stress-free. I can't recommend this team highly enough - anyone with their vehicle at D's Westside are in good hands.

This shop did an amazing job on my car, parts took long to arrive due to delivery issues had to go on vacation and he helped with transportation. He even opened the place on the weekend so I can pick up my car. Highly recommended!!!

It was a waste of time and money. After they collect the money from they insurance, they keep your vehicle longer than expected, claiming that parts are not available just to extort extra money from clients.

BEWARE!!!! DANNY IS A CAR INSURANCE SCAMMER!!!! CHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY OVER $4,000.00 FOR A BUMPER ON A 2015 NISSAN SENTRA SR! VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I only put 1 star because i couldn't post 0!!! Also check this company with the Better Business Bureau of NY. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY!!!!!
