Called the dealership on a Saturday to ask if I could bring my car in to have a software update done so I can use the bluelink service (it wasn't done when I bought the car, which according to customer service should have been done). I was told to bring it by without needing an appointment. I arrived and the used car manager was there (Mr. Rosario I think). He attempted to help me out and asked one of the service guys who couldn't be bothered with me since I didn't have an appointment and made a few excuses such as, the guy who does it isn't around, we don't have a USB, and the USB I had with me wasn't big enough (I had a 64g card and the software update is less than 3g). Well thank you to Mr. Rosario for trying to help me out but as of right now I'm stuck without a software update because I'm unable to come in during service hours due to my work schedule.

Paid for there to be a rental while they worked on my car so i didn't have to call out of work. Went in, no rental, but they didn't tell me until they had started the work so I had no choice but to be docked a days pay. Do not go here for your service, they are not customer aware.

I hate going to dealerships because they overcharge, when I compare to other shops. I also hate when they pretend something else is wrong with your car, if it isn't to get more money out of you. At least they actually open when they say they will now, which was different from the first time I had a recall appointment with them. I'm also glad they didn't take too long (this time) for what was supposed to take 30 minutes to fix based on the letter sent from the company.

I service my car 2021 Hyundai sanafe 04/20/23 I did oil change cabin air filter and left side driver mirror fix I bring my car with no damage from the inside after my car is done I received my car back with damage on my left inside window seal door with trash left in my SUV at the time I received my car it was closing time I call no one answer the next morning I call the service representative which is Jessica Rodriguez I let her know about the damage she said I should take a picture of the damage and email it to her the next day she email me back and said the person who was working on my car which is Willie Killian said he didn't damage my car I am very upset that i bring car in one piece and get it back damage I email her back again about the damage she did not reply I would never give this service center a 5 star and all I want is my car fix i don't get it fix am going to sue this service center for not fixing my car am very upset and unplease and not happy, for all other Hyundai customers check your car inside out for any damage or scratch before drive off the service center. Overall I was satisfied with my safety recall service since I have one every 2 years But I took my car right back 30 minutes after my recall was done because my check engine light came on and onemechanic Was so rude and disrespectful I was kinda fearful for my safety I just left won t go back to this location. Now I have this code on my car never had an engine issue had this car since 2017

Fast, convenient, respectful personnels, I wish they had after working hours appointments, they don t have walk-in service, only by appointment until 3pm-4pm and if you have a job! And you re working you need to get appointment for one of the future Saturdays and ruin your weekend for at least 2 hours to have your car serviced.

I took my car in for safety recall, and I had a booster in my car under a jacket, and they stole it. The fact that it was hidden means they went through my stuff. When I informed them that my booster was stolen, they had me wait in the office for an hour and then told me that they had to wait for another associate that would help me after she got back from lunch. I waited another hour in the break room while their associate returned and did not even come to see me or do the search that they promised. The man told me initially that they wouldn t do anything about it. If you take your car there, get ready for it to get robbed.

I brought my car into the service department at City World Hyundai for my check engine light to be diagnosed.. I recieved a P1326 Code for engine knocking . They called to tell me that I had an EXCESSIVE leak in my oil pan and valve cover gasket and quoted me $1,597! I declined service and took my car to my normal mechanic.. only to see with my own eyes that my oil pan has absolutely no leak at all.. and a minor leak in my valve cover gasket.. Definitely tried to charge me for something that indeed was not the problem. I am a woman but VERY familiar with cars as I was raised by a mechanic! This is disgusting behavior and who knows how many people they are basically scamming! I paid $315 for a false diagnosis . Shame on this dealership

I don't know how how many times a customer needs to call so an employee can answer the phone, I called the part department more than 50 time along 3 different days and no body answered and when I get to the location the part department in lunchI try to email CEO or the the .other company to solve this issue, because of that the next car will never be Hyundai for sure and I will tell anyone from my friends and family about this brand

Parking is always a bit weird around there since the entrance is on such a busy road, but it's manageable. The actual waiting room is pretty depressing, especially compared to service centers that are attached to dealerships. The staff is friendly and seems easy to work with, and I haven't had any issues with their work, which is the most important thing.

I ve been going to this place since I purchased my Vehicle. I honestly only come here because I still have warranty on my vehicle but once the warranty is over i am no longer coming here, well at least not for all maintenance. I ve honestly never had a problem overall. Jessica and Jimmy are straight forward, they re not the mechanics. They do the best they can to attend you and let you know what s going on with your vehicle.Yes waiting sucks and sometimes the earliest appointment isn t until a month after you make a phone call to schedule it. It feels like they get extremely backed up, it becomes inconvenient because you could leave the car there for a day depending on what service is being done on your vehicle but i understand. Vehicles aren t something you can just fix in the snap of a finger, THEYRE MACHINES!I ve seen bad reviews about the crew and to be honest based of what I ve seen, the mechanics always seem more miserable because of how many requests and questions are made about the cars they get on a daily. Majority of mechanics I ve met seem to hate their job. Why become a mechanic if you don t like dealing with cars when they need maintenance?

This is the first review I have ever written. I have to voice my dissatisfaction with this Hyundai Bronx service center. I have been going there for three years with no problems than to wait a while. For some reason Michelle left, since then Jimmy and Jessica are a toxic team for the business. They seem not satisfied with their job and take it out on customers. They lack customer service quality and if there are no customers, they do not have a job. I dread going to this place. Going there feels like I am going to a war zone for battle. New Management Needed!Update: Management read my review! I serviced my car last week (1/20/2023) and Jimmy was very courteous. I felt like a customer this time around.

Let me start with saying I have been beyond stress out with my car stalling out on me but as soon as I spoke with Jimmy he was so informative, straightforward, and caring. I pray to God everything works out for the best but just by dropping my car there I have a relief off my shoulders. I had a great experience with Adrian at City World Hyundai. He assessed the problem and got my car in for repair quickly, was very communicative the whole time, and gave what I thought was a very fair price. I will definitely bring my car back to him for any repairs I ll need in the future!

I ve been going here for oil changes and what not. Appointments don t matter your leaving two hours minimum after your appointment. But recently my speaker in my car blew out and I came here so they can repair it with the warranty I have on the car. I ve taken off work three times just for them to say the speaker they ordered for the car was defective two separate times. But today I came in after waiting a whole month just to fix my car speaker and they tell me it still can t be repaired and I have to come back again, also They destroyed my car stereo system no sound at all in the entire car after they were inspecting the car today. Their service is disappointing to say the least and I ve had enough

I was desperately in need of an oil change and City World was the ONLY Hyundai garage in the five boroughs that wasn't rude to me on the phone when I asked if they could squeeze me in the same-day. Even though they were super busy, they still treated me with professionalism and respect. Shout out to Jimmy Rodriguez, the service advisor who was able to make sure I was in and out in a short amount of time. Thanks very much, guys! Great job!

Had an 11am appointment showed up at 1020am. It took 3.5 hrs to get a diagnostic done which only took 10 minutes then the parts guy was nowhere to be found. Finally shows and says he can't look up my part because he still has 10 minutes left on his break. Never have I seen such poor, disrespect and lack of care for the customer and I had to call out from work for this. This facility is the worst customer service I've ever experienced no one is there to assist. If you plan to take your vehicle to this location be prepared to wait hours if not the entire day no matter how simple the issue.

They did a good job on fixing my car however I feel that with the amount of money I spent and work that was done, they could have at-least washed and cleaned my car. My car came out more dirty than it was going in. There was one lady that I felt customer service was very good. She answered all my questions and knew what she was talking about when I called or went in. Some of the others, not so much. I ll give them as a whole 3.5-4 stars max.

The gentleman that helped us was really really nice. It was after hours they were just about closed and he came out in the freezing cold to check our car. He gave us a couple of pointers but he could not do anything more than that. Really really nice man

I recently called CityWorld Hyundai Service to schedule a service appointment. And while I was on the phone with one of the service reps Jimmy Rodriquez, rudely interrupts the call with a nasty attitude, he stated in a threatening manner, that either I take the first appointment offer or go somewhere else. For the record, there was no reason for Jimmy to interrupt the call, as I was trying to find the best date to bring my car in to be service. Jimmy, is obviously unprofessional and should be fired for treating customers in this manner. Aside from being a loyal Hyundai customer this the second vehicle that I have purchased from Hyundai in the pass two years. I am outraged that Hyundai would allow its employees to treat its customers in a rude and unprofessional manner.

Whatever you do please DON'T PAY UP FRONT. Don't let them intimidate you to pay anything wait for your insurance company if you have it and get an estimate. If you pay up front and your insurance company pays everything that you already put down they will hold your payment hostage until the insurance company gives them that check. Also I've had my car in their facility for over a month. They will tack on fees and send that to the insurance company as well they do not repair your car on time they take your payment very quickly but as for service they do not deliver. Usually i would have given a 5 star but the wait was too long i had a 7:30appt which i had to wait and i got out like almost 10 am, and i just went there for an oil change. Service is good and the young lady in the office is always nice and pleasant. But the wait time is terrible.

Unfortunately, like most establishments, they have staffing shortages and require weeks/months just to book an appointment for basic service. They also could not diagnose/fix an application/technical issue with my 2022 Hyundai Tuscon. Screen goes black and does not respond to touch. Application also malfunctions often and does not respond to voice controls when the screen isn't black.

I'm trying very hard to figure out why I was charged 10.5 hours for a job that took them 5 hours to complete. I understand that they charge a flat rate per hour, however, when I first asked how many hours the job should take I was told 8 hours. There is no way that the flat labor charge for changing spark plugs should be 4 hours, I don't care how special my car is.Buyer beware.

I made a 9AM appointment and my car is on the lift on time. Customer service was friendly and prompt no hassling if you know what I mean. There is a small waiting room with complimentary coffee and vending machines for soft drinks. Free wifi.
