Great customer service! I went a couple of weeks ago to buy a car and completely forgot about this review. I wanted to come on here to say what an amazing experience I ve had with salesman Jael Ramirez. His empathy, determination, and patience with us truly made the process a lot easier. I have nothing but gratitude for his excellent customer service care. I truly recommend anyone that goes, to ask for him at this location, he will meet your needs!

I have to give you 2 easy and simple trying to overcharge my wife with a grand highlander 2024 over 1K monthly plus 4k down-payment crazy money that doesn't make any sense because my wife works in the financial world "numbers" the sales guys are amazing but the people from finance the ripped you off. Finally we came to PA and got same vehicle 2k back they received and bought our lease from other dealer brand. We got same vehicle for yhe price $579 monthly hope this guys learn how to be more reasonable with prices and financial side, because there is 100's toyota dealers out there giving great deal and working out with buyers.

Bought my first car with Jael, who is not only very professional as a car salesman, but also deeply caring about his customers. The purchasing experience was pleasant as he is not pushy and exhibit great patience and professionalism.Highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to ask for Jael as your salesman, who will fight and look out for you. If shopping for a used car, make sure to bring a mechanic with you as well.

(Customer) I have been working with this service department since 2006. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles here. They have always provided excellent quality service by talking to customers and helping them throughout their different vehicle needs.(Waiting Area) The customer service waiting area is big, clean comfortable seating coffee, water and snacks are available.(Staff) Staff is courteous, informative and helpful. Can answer any questions even trade ins and refinances and help with Service Payment Plans $$$.(THE MECHANICS) ARE TRUST WORTHY TOP NOTCH AND VERY SKILLED. MANY I HAVE KNOWN FOR 10 YEARS PLUS. (They have gone above the service to help many customers and me. I'm very grateful to have them to TRUST because I am a single mom and don't know much about MECHANICS.I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE THAT WAS NOT SOLVED TO HELP ME.(Time) is always good even when getting a lot of services performed at once, which the staff will notify you ahead of time of approximate wait time and service fees. Thanks again to all the staff at Toyota that help keep me, my family and friends safe on the road.#TOYOTAGYRL

Worst place to go buy a car. I wanted to get some estimate of a cost of a car. They have no such policy to give car estimates. You have to test drive their car, and only then they give cost estimates. This looks like a scam. And the manager s behavior was like a thug and extremely aggressive and rude.Please don t go to this dealer.I went to so many other Toyota dealers and never had any experience like this.

They had their car listed for 21,690, called and took an appointment 2 days after. I went and found the car listed at 24,690 for 2021 Toyota. I couldn t remember the price they had listed first but I found it in my photos but unfortunately after we signed the contract and took the car.This place is a scam and they raised the price 3k over the listed price after I called for an appointment (within 2 days). This place is not trustworthy, you better not to go there. I have filed a 311 business complain on them.

I went to City World Toyota after working with multiple other dealers in the state with little success. Nathalie and the City World Toyota team worked quickly to secure the exact car I wanted (a celestite 2024 Corolla Cross XLE), and worked with me to get the cost of the car to fit in my budget. They were able to get the car from another dealership despite not having it at their location, and Nathalie was really great to work with overall!! She was sweet and attentive through the whole process, and was very patient with all of my questions as well as throughout all of the complications to get the car.The dealership itself seems to have some communication issues between the client care team and the other departments. This led to some confusion when we first arrived about what cars we were there to see. There was also a communication issue over the phone about accepted payment methods, which led to some complications. Shoutout to the sales managers for being patient and coming up with some creative solutions to help us ultimately process the payment!Overall, the people we worked with were all really great and helpful once we got into the store. If there was better communication over the phone, the experience would have been perfect.

Sammy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient and very helpful with getting me the perfect vehicle. Always available and willing to help with any questions I had even after my purchase. He was happy to make sure that I was comfortable with my new car. He made me feel like family and made sure my experience was a good one. I would recommend him to my closest friends.

Great place to get Original OEM 2006 Toyota Sequoia Limited V8 4x parts that we are in the process of doing some basic repairs and upgrades.In-store Toyota stock parts are available for immediate purchase, but we've found that online purchase and pickup at the parts store is the best way to get some awesome discounts and delivery fee waiver. You get email order, and pickup availability verification.We've never had to deal with any long lines and the customer service personnel are very friendly, efficient, and dedicated to providing excellent service.

**INCOMPETENT** RUDE, TRASH! All these new FAKE reviews to fool you!NATALIE, Angel, Mike, Rodger, the most INCOMPETENT, UNEDUCATED, CHEAP LABOR, UNCIVILIZED, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, HORRIBLE staff!!Don t bother apologizing on the reviews as you had several chances to resolve these concerns in person and over the phone.Not only they can t do basic math but extremely defensive when it comes to taking accountability for their lack of customer service; hence cheap labor. I had one of the most incompetent sales rep, NATALIE, whom not only misplaced and lost my State ID, but held it as hostage so I wouldn t leave. Then she denied any accountability nor apologized. I had to file a police report because they refused to accept they had my ID and i had to prevent any identity theft.Furthermore, when i tried to speak to the owner, MIKE Rizzuto, since his help are inept, the manager advised me he will never speak to a customer , basically he is too good to speak to the customers but okay with taking their money. Don t waste your time here. The entire experience was ghetto, just like the staff!

I have bought almost 10 to 15 people here and bought from them . And they asre the worst here bcz they do nit respect customers. And they dont guve u refund if you dont buy car. I cane here to see if i like the car and they took money from me and never gave back . Took him for 2weeks. This is the last time i m not coming from today . The garcia manager is not professional. He tells you do not need to file nothing you will get your refund and i was told to go and nit file nothing. And i knew there was something and he made go through alot just get my refund back

They dont deserve no start. I wish there was zero stars 0000The manager Garcia is nit well professional. Came here to buy car and did not buy it bcz i changed my mind and they took money what down payment i was about to pay. But i also warned them. Make sure if i change my mind i am able to get my refund so i can go somehwere else and buy. And the manager said you will get it back. And after i changed my mind they did nit give me my REFUND. So he told me come the next day. And also came the next day and never got my REFUND. And its almost 10 days i havent got my REFUND . And now they be like u have paid apple pay so u have to give the apple pay card . So this they coukd do it when i have asked for the first time . But they did not tell me . And worst thing is they lie straight forward . CITY WORLD TOYITA MANAGER IS WORST GUY . His name GARCIA .

EVERYONE MAKE SURE BEVER GIVE YIUR DOWNPAYMENT AT THE BEGINNING. If you do u will suffer for a week . They don t give u back your refund. They will give u back after 15 days . And the manager is unprofessional and they lie to u .Like the manager says u diff today and tomorrow he will be like . I m sorry u misunderstood.This is hilarious and never coming back here . Jundai is better than them . Cause they behave like crazy people . They do not deserve any star. The manager I believe is GARCIA . Worst guy ever and no discipline. Do not come here you guys have to go queens Toyota . . Cause I have bought almost 10 cars

If you go to City World Toyota on Boston Rd Sammy is definitely the guy to see he is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and tries his best to work with you on what you are looking for!!!! I am super satisfied with my car and I am greatful for meeting a cool person like him

I had the most horrible experience here. Came to purchase a car, was prequalified and they ended up selling the same car to someone else. They then tried to upsell me for a higher tier model, when I refused the sales staff made it impossible to get my deposit back.Even though I paid deposit cash they claimed I needed a voucher and had to come back at the end of the week for a check. Then the voucher didn t even have my correct name or address. When I proceeded to complain they started calling me names and wanted to fight me.I was able to finally get the voucher updated and when I came back for the check they tried to tell me they had to mail it to me.This was the most unprofessional business I have ever been too in my life. The managers I had the unfortunate experience dealing with was Robert Tineo and Atahualpa Garcia.Safe yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Do not go to this place under any circumstances. They are not worth your time or money. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I needed the rear rotors for my 2014 Prius V (PS) installed them myself with help from my brother. So I would advise you to go to Toyota parts online like I did and get OEM parts with a pretty decent discount on parts. A month later I purchased new wiper blades also OEM and center caps for my rims which originally came with a hubcap of all things, but the ones I got were the wrong size apparently for my rims so I returned them and received a refund and like I stated before, if you need parts they are the real deal at City World Toyota you'll receive discounts towards your online purchases check it out. Roger you are the man.

Beware you can get scammed real hard. If you are planning on buying a car on financed. As first time buyer I got ripped off almost 12k extra. I regret getting a car from this place. Filled with sketchy people who can literally scam you and legally too . Alas what a sad word mfs god now money

I was referred to Jimmy by a friend who told me Jimmy Johnson is the best guy to work with, indeed that was right, i went to so many dealership and they are charging me over sticker, but that was not the case with Jimmy Johnson and city world Toyota, Jimmy did not charge any additional charge on the Rav4 XSE Hybrid. Thank you Jimmy Johnson i will refer my family and friends.
