Jiovani, the owner is a very honest, nice and just a standup Gentleman. I've been going to him for years for all my BMW's. He knows his German cars! I hate to give bad rating to a place that has good ratings. I need to be honest I paid $1550 they kept my car for two weeks and blamed me for not coming to pick it up. I never got a text or voicemail, until he desperately calls me and tells me why haven t you picked up your car if is been here longer than a week ready I felt so embarrassed my intentions wasn t to wait weeks. When I finally went to pick up my car it wasn t in the shop looked like someone went on a joy ride because my bumper had a hole in it. Remind you he didn t tell me that had happened. I found out after I left the parking lot. Very unprofessional. At least he paid for the bumper damage. Super thumbs down!! Giovanni usted tiene que tratar la gente mejor que eso!!

I took my BMW 6 series in due to it not wanting to start and these guys delivered! They got my car running in less than a week! No other mechanic could get my car to start. This shop and it's owner is awesome!! Highly, highly recommended. Thank you, Castillo crew!!

back in 2014 ive experienced the same problems as others mention ,about they charge to much ., they supposedly fix something n when u bring it back for the same repairs they want to charge you all over again. they always charged me one thousand dollars and up ,never below the one thousand ., I couldn't take it no more ., sold my Bmw and bought a brand new one out the box ., with factory warranty and coverage . its been great ever since I keep buying my cars brand new n not deal with these type of mechanic shops anymore

Wish I could give these guys O stars horrible service..went to change a simple oil leak guy charged me 1,100$ next day same leak asked why wasn t it fix? He told me we fixed it..I replied then why is it still leaking from the same spot as before.. he just shrugged his shoulders And told me to pay another 800$ to fix the same oil leak...so I called the cops and will be seeing these thieving scammers in court... Save you re money don t service you re car here..

Beware, scammers, having people write fake reviews for the looks. Scammed our local business out of $700 and parts, and claim to know nothing of it. Don t trust these people!
