I had a wheel alignment done on my 2022 Honda Accord and I was skeptical at first from passed experiences with other places I've done business with , but my bro and nephew recommend me to this place and wow Manuel not only he was very professional but actually concerned about my satisfaction. Great job Manuel I will recommend anyone do business with them.

Professional service, clean bathroom,clean and comfortable waiting area, vending machine on premises for a quick snack or drink, great work done on my jeep to get me back on the road.

These are my guys, they will handle any car issue you may have. Carlos is a fantastic, talented mechanic that will work with you and explain what is needed. Is up front and works quickly. The entire team is welcoming and efficient.

Horrible experience, their mechanic is a good worker but the owners have no consideration with their long time customers. I feel that they were not honest with me and didn't get any type of consideration when they told me that my car will get the piece it needed on Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and the dealer was supposed to send the piece and they didn't so I waited for another day( Wednesday ). They call me again stating that the piece they sent was the wrong one. Meanwhile I didn't have a car my car was parked for 6 til 7 days because it didn't have the item it needed to run.So again, I had to wait for the next day Thursday for the item to arrive. So I kindly spoke to the owners son to give me at least a discount for their error but he told me that they were not going to give me any discount because it was a human error and anyone can make a mistake . I'm telling you I couldn't believe it but it's ok because I learned from this experience to follow my intuition and take my car any else where there is honesty and consideration towards the client. Never going back. Ever!!!!!They are too expensive and seriously not considerate. I paid $940.00for a gas pump and a small box computer.

Very disappointed about this place, it was recommended to me, and I trust them with my car, none of the issues were fixed 100% even though they stated that they are knowledgeable about foreign vehicles. Very expensive even after taking all the parts. Careful always keep an eye on your vehicle. Don't leave it!!

Well I have very bad experiences in this place I personally don't recommended to anyone they fix my car more that 5 time and still the light coming up I still have the warranty but they make my car worse someone recommended me that mechanic shops and he feels apology with me when I show him all my receive just paying and nothing get fixed

i just walk in and talk to Carlos. my alternator was not charging he just told me to drive right in. i bought the alternator in a auto parts store around the corner and got my car back withing 2 hours. carter auto will be my auto repair place. thanks guys.
