This is the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of driving. C & W transmissions cost me way more then what they were worth they quoted me $2500 for the repair and gave me a turn around time of 3 days, sooo not the case what I got from them was (2 tickets totaling $300 bucks a missing heavy duty rock guard shield costing $500 from the dealer to replace, 6 months of car insurance while it was at this shop. I also had to rent an Expedition to take my son to college up in Buffalo, NY.) This shop cost me well over $4000 and they still couldn't get the job done right.They were trying to use the microchip shortage as an excuse I had to order parts from Amazon myself for them, and they couldn't even get them to work. I took my 2008 Silver Nissan Pathfinder to Westchester Transmission and Oscar had it back to me from start to finish in less than 2 weeks. Now I'm ripping the roads and towing cars with no issues what so ever.Service: Transmission repair

My regular mechanic recommended them because I was having transmission issues. I go there and he runs the diagnostic and tells me to call him in a few days. Every week I call to try to get my car serviced and every week he has a new excuse. I have been waiting close to a month now just to get my car repaired. The mechanic tells me a day to call and I call and he gives me a new excuse of why I can't get my car repaired. I try to ask a follow up question and he just hangs up on me. I feel like if I were a man I wouldn't get treated like this. I'm feel like I'm begging for this guy to take my money and repair my car.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A small shop ,quality repairs by trained specialists.I have contracted them for 25 years and find them to be responsible and honest in their pricing.Most important they stand behind their work with a warrantee.

Horrible.....only care about the money, don't understand the inconvenience of not doing the job correctly the first time around...Main concern is the money, the bigger the job the more money ..I dont recommend this company for transmission rebuild, maybe solely micanical work.
