I cannot begin to say enough good things about the entire team at Bruckner Collision. We had the steering wheel sawed off of our brand new Honda CRV. We were recommended to them by Geico.We were met with wonderful communication by Jocelyn to initially coordinate towing, followed up by Will walking us through damage to our car to JoAnn helping with paperwork, Chris helping facilitate with communication and negotiation with Geico and Cristian keeping us updated. I didn t know a car shop could be so helpful and customer focused. Thank you all!!

Wonderful experience at Bruckner from the beginning to the end! Joann and the team were a delight to work with during a challenging time post car accident. They ensured the process was smooth and efficient while communicating with me consistently. The work done on my BMW was excellent as well so I cannot thank the team enough here. I will be definitely returning to Bruckner Collision in the future!

This shop and it s people are TOP NOTCH!!! After I had a hit and run incident that left my car of 14 years with it s only very ugly smashed in driver side fender, I was lost as to who to go to. After a quick internet search BRUCKNER COLLISION popped up with 5 star ratings and reviews. I checked some others but I went with BRUCKNER COLLISION. To say that I was more than satisfied is an understatement. Willie (from Scotland) quoted me a price that was more than fair and his paint guy (sorry forgot his name) matched the color of my auto and then some. I could go on and on but you kinda get the idea. Without being overly dramatic I have to say THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO GET IT DONE AND GET IT DONE RIGHT!!!! I will be singing praises about these guys to anyone who needs work done in their auto. GET IT DONE RIGHT!!!!! Picture says it all.

Willie and Nelson are the best mechanics and body specialists.I am leaving this review for the auto repair workers. The office staff are generally respectful.(Update) Nelson is the specialist that people tend to forget. He's comparable to Willie's service oriented professionalism. My rear tail light was out-he fixed it on the spot on a Saturday AM. He also buffed my left head light no charge. If I had cash I would've tipped him. He didn't have quick pay apps.Willie went above and beyond for my vehicle. Nelson buffed pre-existing scratches, shined my headlights and even repaired the damage on the side of the car that I never complained about. My car looks better than when I bought it. Practically brand new.If you're seeking excellent service with compassion look no further.

Willie is the shop manager at Bruckner Collision and is the epitome of knowledge and great customer service. The whole team is courteous and professional. They are a diamond in the rough. The circumstances were strange that led me to the service. But there's gold at the end of this rainbow highly recommend

OMG these are the nicest ppl in the auto body world. So giving of information that you can't help but want to come here for EVERYTHING. Pricing is affordable if you are coming out of pocket.I needed help with my car and without charging me they were able to make a quick fix so that I was safe and not just sending me on the road to figure it out. I then needed a jump for my card and immediately they ran inside. Got a booster and helped me out. There were no questions asked. Only smiles and help with given. I would absolutely come here for anything that I need done to do with my car. I would go here before I went anywhere else. Honestly they were amazing.

The entire team is very professional and official. Willie (Manager) came out, diagnosed the issue, explained what can/should be done. Very efficient, vehicle was done in about an hour!

They do great work. The quality speaks for itself. I've been to other places where the paint starts chipping off after a while. I've had 2 cars worked on here and I've been very happy with the results.

I was referred to them through my insurance company and thought I placed my car in good hands. In about a couple days of picking my car up from what I initially thought was a decent job I find multiple issues with the repairs. My doors were not aligned correctly. They disfigured items on the interior of my vehicle including my trunk. May I remind you I had a mild side swipe; bumper not included. I am very disappointed in the job that was done and I will be doing all my best to rebut the charges. In addition they charged my insurance for a wheele supposedly needed to be replaced . I am urging all reviewers to stay away from places like theses, the are only out for the money not the integrity of the work that people pay for.

Apart from treating their customers with the utmost respect their work on vehicles are great and it's also a Geico express body shop, more assurance for the ones who have worries. Your first day experience will leave you worry free

they don't do photo inspection..I believe they work with some car insurance agencies to fix a damaged vehicle
