The team was very informative and helpful. Luckily, they were able to service me in less than 10mins after I got off the phone with them. Carlos called 30 seconds after and came straight away. I was lucky that they were close by my area, but I recommended all the way.

Jose & the team at Bronx Towing Express were great to work with. They were prompt, helpful, courteous and had an expertise that allowed them to solve a tricky situation of towing a vehicle out of a spot that had very low clearance. They did a great job and were able to do it on my schedule and within my budget. I would definitely recommend working with them!!

Called for a car to be towed blocking my driveway. Told 30 mins. Over a hour later still waiting called back for update said yeah something came up has to find another driver then hung up. Tried calling back several times for a ETA with no answer

Service was great in the beginning pickup thanks to Jose and Luis (the tower). However there was some miscommunication with dropping off the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle reaching the destination late. Overall I would recommend.

Everything was great until halfway in delivery they called to tell me there would be additional fees for towing. I spoke wit them the night before twice and he gave me the same price but it was a different story during the transport

Bronx Towing Express is very reliable and has a quick response time. The tow truck driver was very friendly and polite. When dealing with other tow companies they always make you wait at least an hour. When you need assistance you want a service that you can depend on and this is definitely the one to go with.

Great company. Great Service. I was stuck in the bronx for 4 hours waiting for mercedes tow service to come no one ever showed. I called them and explained my situation they had a tow truck to me in 10 minutes.

I recently called bx towing express to tow my car. I had parked on the street to visit a friend. I made my way back to the car just over a hr later. And the car wouldn't start. I explored other options than thinking it was the battery. I stopped a car for a jump as last resort. Still nothing. Finally called the tow. Driver Eric came to me promptly. He looked at my car before towing me. He came to the conclusion it was my battery and gave me a jump. Presto engine started!! I so pleased. He save me money and time dealing with a repair shop. Of course I tipped him well. And was on my way! I highly recommend them to anyone who has car problems. Thanks E!!Services: Battery service, Car towing

I recently had my car, towed by an unknown company in the area. I had video surveillance of when the car was towed. I've spent literally 6 hours trying to locate the car. I called the 40th and 41st precinct trying to locate the car. No one had an answer. I called every towing company in the area to try to find my vehicle. I got nowhere. I called this company just to get some insight on what I should do, a man by the name of Jose answered. He's a super awesome dude. He was way more help than all of NYC put together. Thanks man you definitely helped my blood pressure.
