The manager is 100% unprofessionalI got service with them for headlight issues I paid for service service they let me drive my own car that was funny number one. funny #1I noticed on sep14 at nightis was Friday the next day I could not make it to Honda because I don t wanna be stop with the damage headlights bye the copesI had my headlights repaired by someone professional, and Honda tried to tell me it was the person that fix my headlights that damage my car, which I have proof of the video when I notice the damage and I have proof when the man did my hair lies. I have the videoThe manager was very disrespectful. Told me I came late and I could ve happened some where ells I know my wrongs and I deafly didn t do that two my dream car it s like he was trying to push me off because I m a womanI guess when he notice it happen at Honda, he was gonna brush me off but I m gonna make sure Honda pay for what they did to my carplease if you re gonna get your car service at Honda, check your car before coming out the lot beware the manager is very unprofessional and he need a better profession and I see a lot of people is complaining. I wish I could show you the videos beware of the disrespectful manager, Victor.

Brought the vehicle driving/running they called after installing airbag saying they couldn t get the car to start. Brought in for recall. After a few minutes we realized they had broken the positive terminal. Manager blamed Millage and age . But did nothing to resolve and help. Quoted 600 to fix. Bought terminal for 10$ not the whole harness. Starts up perfectly no issues now. But they need to know what they are doing .. btw they called saying it was the negative terminal . We did a temp fix to drive the car out

Waited 4 hours for an oil change and inspection. I expected better. Needless to say, I definitely won't be coming back here for any service.Thank you Marcie for taking the time to reach out and acknowledge my experience. After speaking with you I have decided to continue receiving Honda service from your Zerega location. I really belive my future visits will be better. Looking forward to my next service date.

The service and customer service were fine. I would suggest reading your invoice and have the service representative clarify add-on services like "courtesy overview of vehicle " to ensure Labor Rates are not included and/or applicable. My representative, Latoya was professional and accommodating to my concerns.

We have multiple cars from honda and Bronx service center is excellent when it comes to handling our service requirements. We have no issues with scheduling and as for handling our equipment. There are hands down top of the line. My service ref Katie goes above and beyond to help us with our service needs and we do appreciate that above everything else.

Very easy to make an appointment online the waiting area is clean and comfortable, Staff is very friendly. In regards to service it is really good, but as usual pricing is a bit much all in all I will continue taking my two Hondas there to be serviced.

Came here March 1 10 AM to do a airbag inspection leaving around 1 o clock after sitting so long, losing money to come back after finding damage to my dashboard and you think that somebody honest here would say you know we did damage that will give them something for the you know my bad I didn t say nothing but no, they let you leave. Have you come back and then lie in your face do not come to this one here Please save your time, your gas, your energy and all of that because you end up with a lawsuit coming over here posting the

For the past 15+ years this has been my go-to place for my vehicle oilchange and service needs. The staff is great! My advisors, Diana, and Victor are very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. Diana answered all my questions, and she made recommendations based on my vehicle milage and usage without pushing any extra or unwanted services. I LOVE THAT!The mechanic was also very helpful, he called me in and showed me theno-good filter that needed to be replaced A.S.A.P.I must say, for someone as myself who has been providing five- star customer service for 25+ years, I was very impressed with the service received. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUY'S!

I m only giving A star because Katie is a sweetheart. BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I had a tiny incident causing the light bulb to break but the light itself still functioned until it snowed and water got into it. None of my car functions would work but it started/drove. Almost $200 bucks just to service the car. They said the battery was an issue (the car is not even 6 months old) which they changed (I ll never know). Then tell me $1700 bucks to replace the headlight and sensor that was damaged from the incident (there was NO body damage to my car). After speaking to others, I took my car to someone who serviced it b4 almost 1.5hrs away and guess what $500 to replace the headlight and my car works like new. NEED I SAY MORE

My last experience was horrific. My service agent Diana displayed exceptional customer service , however the Manager (Victor) was very unprofessional and bias towards me. He showed no empathy for the issue with my vehicle(Rodent damage in the engine). I ended up in the dealership 3 times within a week. My car went into the dealership on 7/21/23 and I recently picked up my car on 7/27/23. My vehicle shut off on the hwy due to excessive water in the engine bay for a engine wash that I paid for. I was told I was going to get a wire harness repair (quoted price $575plus tax) and I received black electrical tape on my wires which looked like a patched band-aid. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this location. I'm praying that myself or any other honda owner will never have to experience what I went through. This facility especially the Manager needs additional training in equality customer service/ experience.

Once my car issue was diagnosed, the service was quick and prompt. She answered any questions I had and had great energy! So, if you choose to go to Honda Service, ask for Katie!

Customer service not that great, no itemized bill breakdown, very expensive compared to white plains & Yonkers Honda, Bronx Honda is 5 minutes away from my house it s convenient however I prefer to travel a little bit & either go to YONKERS or WP HONDA WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEIR PRICES ARE MORE MANAGEABLE!!!!!!

My Service advisor was Katie L. amazing young lady very friendly explain everything that was done to my vehicle and answered all my questions 5 STARS for KATIE. Now the bad news, between the parts Dept and the cashier something need to change waiting next in line for service your invoice, credit card, etc. waiting on the tube way to long in that little room.

This Honda Services & Parts on Zerega Ave Bronx, NY easy to get to from I95 or Hutchinson River Parkway. The Service professionals do a good job, when it comes to addressing repairs. Customer service personnel make sure things are organized are orderly. We've purchased several Honda CR-Vs from the sales location on Tremont Ave in the Bronx, because we have always been satisfied with their service.Maintenance and repairs are done on a first come first serve basis, so we have tried to be early, 6am, to get a good place in line.

So I received a letter from Honda stating that my 2020 Honda Odyssey had to recall I called Bronx Honda to make an appointment to get this recall settled. I spoke to a female name Kathy that I was told I worked from home that doesn't know what the hell is going on in Bronx on obviously so I get to Bronx at 7:30 in the morning to drop I called in late to work just to take care of this to get into Bronx Honda to be told that the part for the recall they don't have it so what makes me mad about this is that I called the week and a half prior to January 24 to find out that my car could not be fixed today so what I don't understand is Bronx Honda has been calling me for almost a week and a half reminding me of my appointment VX text calls what I don't understand is how you guys cannot call a customer and let them know that the part is not there you made me waste. My money made me go to work late miss money, not even get my vehicle fixed and all she could tell me is sorry Bronx Honda is a joke it really is they don't care about the customers they don't care about people working because they're not open Saturday and Sunday so it's not something you can take care of Saturday and Sunday and she can tell me what this is
