I went to this repair shop to get my glass repaired. This shop is dirty and un taken care of. The owner of this shop was very nasty and very unprofessional. They claim to be auto glass shop but don t do regulators or the moldings that hold the glass. I had an issue with my glass that they repaired and they didn t want to fix it any further claiming it was some other problem with the door. After taking it to another repair shop, they told me the glass was defected andIt should have been reordered and re installed. All this shop wants is your money. They rush work leaving glass everywhere. I had excessive glass left behind in my seat rails and inside my door. Avoid this shop by all means. The owner is very cold and aggressive. He acts like he paying you. Customer service was horrible. He greets his customers with a price instead of a hello. Avoid this shop by all means.. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THUGS..TRUST ME!!!! BEWARE!!!

This place is amazing! They will fix your car ASAP! Unfortunately I had to come here twice once for my passenger window & then my front windshield. They fixed them both fast! They are kind and have reasonable pricing. Great team call them up from Connecticut. I m originally from New York. I m glad he s guys are still here soon. I drove up. He had me really parked in. Have my glass already done and out great guys great team I ll be bringing one of my company business there with a long with my friends.

I don't know the young man's name that fixed my window but he was amazing!!! My window got fixed in less then an hour. We walked to chase to get cash and when we came back the car window was fixed!Highly recommend. And they open up at 8am.

Pretty good experience. Took a bit long but the price was fair, they allowed me to stay in the warm car while repair was in progress and were even kind enough to vaccum glass out my car from the busted window. I would certainly reccomend this place, only be sure to factor in some extra time when planning. On scale of 10, I would give them an 8...

I just got my windshield changed. Had a huge Crack. They have really good prices. The guys there are really cool and service is fast. Definitely going back and recommending it to anyone with damaged glass foe their car

This place was amazing. My windshield got cracked by falling debris under the Bruckner (Be careful) anyway I needed to find a place to have it replaced right away and looked for near by places and I ended here. I called 1st and received a very reasonable price so I drove over. Was lucky enough not to have to wait. They transfer everything onto ur new windshield registration, inspection and even easy pass holder. While im not happy about the busted windshield i was very happy to have found this place. They guys are really nice, quite entertaining and respectful. Thank you!

Nelson is the greatest. He will work with you and is very patient. His staff are very professional and they know what they are doing. They even let me wait while my windshield was installed. The glass is aftermarket or from a junk yard. which I'm fine with either way because the price is reasonable. way cheaper than a dealer. I've been coming here since 1999 With no problems after a repair if any issues would a rise it would get fixed at no extra charge I would just tip the guy. The own is very polite and one of the workers always cleans out and vacuums the entire inside of the car.

A punk broke the sliding door window on my work van, Safelite quoted me $400 plus tax, came to Bronx Glass & Lights and they did it in no time for only $125 total. It is an used glass, but it is perfect. Would recommend.

They were great n at a very reasonable price. I saved over $200 on my Windshield. I would recommend them to anyone who needed any kind of car glass replaced.

This business provides outstanding and quick service. The owner, Nelson, took good care of me and gave me the best price out of everybody I called in the area. Recommend you go there early so you don't have to wait. Highly recommended!

The service here is great. The manager is a very good guy after my windshield was installed as they were cleaning it it cracked but right away he said bring it back monday since they were closing. Love the customer service. will go there again if need be, hopefully wont have to though lol

Great service, very pleased. I dropped it off on my lunch break and they were done when I got off. Possibly way before. Definitely will recommend. They even vacuumed all the glass out.

They installed a scratched up window on my car and lied to us saying it was a brand new windshield. They rescheduled service a week later and the phone representative is extremely rude on the phone. They give you no estimated arrival time or any information. You wait around all day for horrible service. Would never use this company again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Fast straight to the point.Great team work: one guy removes the mirror another attach mirror ezpass expection sticker etc. To new window while one prep the window frame for new glass.Sn I replaced a crack windshield 2nd time here no regrets
