Amazing Service! We've taken our car to Bronx County Collision twice, and both times were fantastic experiences! Our car was fixed within 2 weeks, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff is top-notch - friendly, down-to-earth, and straight to the point. Franco was our representative, and he was absolutely fantastic! He kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend them to everyone in need of collision repair services. If you are looking for a professional and reliable place of business, you are in the right place. Everyone was so nice, polite, and helpful. Dennis and Pete are definitely the best. Very knowledgeable. They took care of my car and did a wonderful job. I would def recommend this place of business to anyone in need. Great place with great people

On October 26th i was hit by a reckless driver and i didn t know what to do with my life after the accident this company worked magic with fixing my car and i don t know how to possibly thank them more than i already have. they re all genuine and trustworthy hardworking people. they don t rush the work they do because their goal is to give you your car back in a better condition than when you drove it off the dealership!! highly recommend these people. much love for all of them and thank you once again!Services: Painting, Vehicle Inspection

The guys at Bronx County Collision took great care of my car. They walked me through every step of the claim process after my accident. They helped me get a rental and picked me up from the rental place after I returned the rental. They set and met proper expectations. My car looked better after they had repaired it then when I bought it. I absolutely recommend this shop.

This is one of the finest shops I ve ever done business with. While visiting NYC someone stole my wheels and left me on bricks. From day one, this shop stayed in touch with me, worked with my insurance and even offered to get me a rental if I needed it. They finished the job faster than the insurance quoted, and delivered my car in better shape than when I arrived in NY. They did an excellent job color matching my red paint job too you can t even tell what parts were replaced. Like I seriously feel like I got a new car! Wish I still lived in NY cause this would be the only shop I d ever use. Great people who actually care. My sister Mary was side swiped and had a lot of damage to her front bumper..This company did such an excellent job fixing her JEEP Patriot, her car looks brand new like when she first bought it. Frank and Peter are wonderful people who really care about your car..I highly recommend this company!!

Just got my Tesla back from these guys and real talk it's looks way better than when I got it. John and his team did more than an exceptional job on my car. I highly recommend this body shop to ANYONE who needs any type of repairs done

All the staff was extremely helpful from beginning to end. My car was hit while parked they picked me and my vehicle up and walked me through the whole process. The shop manager even took me to pick up my rental which they arranged for me. It was such a smooth process I literally didn't have to do anything on my end but make the report and call my insurance company to notify them of the accident. The owner and staff were all very knowledgeable and reassured me that I would be taken car of. I had full clear communication the whole time.I was worried because my car is a lease and you hear horror stories of the paint not matching etc. Now I have a red car so the paint is not easy to match. Let me tell you my car looks and drives like its new. The paint is a perfect match you cannot tell my car was ever hit. This experience with my late mothers car has been a wild one but Bronx county helped me when the dealer didn t care at all . The most professional family oriented group of hard working employees that care I was almost brought to tears with the cost of what would have been almost 3k from the dealer . My brand new GMC Denali pick-up was involved in an accident while parked. I bought it to Bronx County Collision and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. I was very impressed with the matching of the paint. The work was extremely well performed and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business! Took a while to get my car but we're in the middle of a pandemic. Everyone was professional and went the extra mile to make the process with insurance, etc smooth. Work done was impeccable! I highly recommend them.

My car needed some body work due to a negligent Senior driver and Bronx County Collision did such a great job! Customer Service was great, they worked around my availability which was very convenient and they were very detailed with their work and took care of everything! Excellent job by Bronx County Collision Inc and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I got my car back looking brand new. The damage was pretty bad when I brought it in and now you can t even tell anything happened to it. Professional and courteous staff. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Brought my car here about a month ago and when i got it back, it looked like it just came out of the Toyota factory. Original parts and fresh paint. Very nice work.Clean and organized business. The staff is professional and they will work with you to get everything done in a timely manner. Hope to not have another accident but if i did, I would Definitely return. I am very satisfied with the work done I would recommend them to family and friends if they needed it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I didn t pick a service because you name it all has been done to my car by this shop. The most amazing group of people you will ever meet. I always panic when something goes wrong with my car, but they reassure me everything will be ok. For tge 7 years I ve used them always am completely satisfied with their service. I feel the love and friendliness when you walk in.

This auto shop is amazing I got my car fixed here a couple months back. The boss was very professional. All the workers in the office also carried themselves with profession. The company made sure everything was okay with me before anything else they helped me get a rental and everything. Even the workers inside of the shop were super professional. There was a tall bald guy cleaning up and even he was amazing wish there was more businesses that ran smoothly like that! Thank you Bronx County Collision for everything. I truly recommend this automotive shop to anybody!

This is a Body shop that fully works with the customer and if applicable the insurance company and automobile company. Totally took the stress of me throughout this difficult situation and ensured my vehicle was restored to its original state. Owner is extremely knowledgeable, professional and communicative!

Went after an accident. They promised and delivered. My car looks gorgeous. I'd recommend them. I'd say give them time to get to your car and dont rush them. Emilio helped me get there and Andre helped me through the insurance process. They answered my calls and everything they told me that they were going to do they delivered; even a small dent on the side of my car. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

This shop deserves all the stars in the sky. I've been dealing with Bronx County for 25+ years and have referred many people who also were as satisfied with the finished product as I. Recently I was in an accident. This was my daughter's first accident her reaction when she saw the damage you would of thought she owned the car. One thing I grown to love about this shop is they don't BS you around. You receive first class care and superior service. I am very pleased with the work that was done and my daughter was ecstatic! I will forever keep them as my body shop I strayed away one time and I learned my lesson. John and the rest of the team corrected the botched job and then some. Best Shop in the Bronx!

If you love your car, do not take it to this place. The management team, speacially the owner are very rude. Ones you pay, you are locked into a waiting game and its their rules so you dont matter to them. They took 38 days to paint my rear fender and door. Imagine the full car? The cost for that was $2300, (over priced). Asked to do an additional job which was to paint my none broken front bumper. At the point of pick up (which I waited so long for my car, thinking is finally completed) the owner tells me, by the way we didnt paint your front bumper... you need a new one ($$$$$). A simple front bumper job just turned into another $2300 job because apparently I need a new bumper!. I decided to take it to a local paint shop, and they did it for me in 5 days for $300! Bronx Collision has an F score in my book. STAY AWAY!!!!

So i was recommended to this place by family member due to some damage to my car just the fender. I was paying out of pocket, and my car at the time was 2007 nissan maxima. To fix the fender he told $1200-1600 to fix just the fender. I went to a mechanic/body shop up the street on boston road he told me $350. I went two more just to verify they all told me the same price or slightly higher like $375. They are scam artist stay away!

If you're looking for a solid mechanic I can't recommend John and his team strong enough. Professionalism to the level of going above and beyond whats necessary to make me feel like my car is in great hands. I have been a repeat customer for a few years now, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Have used Bx County Collision a few times now and each time my car comes out looking great. You d never know I had damage to it previously. The staff is very polite and go beyond to help you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

The left my car trunk opened, and the rain messed up the carpet. You can smell the the carpet in the car. Everything in the interior got dirty due to the paint job. I beilive my car windows was kept opened while doing othe paint job. The whole interior feels and smell like a paint booth. I m so disappointed with their service. They don t even deserve a one star.
