I went in for an oil change today and was told they didn't have the synthetic oil specified for my car (0w-20). I told the technician I didn't want synthetic anyway, I wanted the standard regular oil (which is in my engine now). He told me he couldn't do that because the "company" doesn't permit it (I assume non synthetic).Don't I have the right to decide what oil goes into my engine? I am a customer. My last oil change was at a Valvoline and they didn't have a problem using whatever oil I requested.I drove away, no oil change.Service: Oil change

This place is great. The waiting area is clean and has a TON of things you might need for your car. They have a loyalty program that gives you a free oil change have 6 changes. They also give you a free car wash a week after your oil change. They are fast, reliable and put the customer first. Great location just over the bridge.

Google should have an option to give zero stars to places because If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It has Horrible service and people that can't do their job. I was there tonight to wash my car. After I paid for the car wash (which they did a horrible job at) I asked the gentleman politely if I can use the bathroom and he ignored me, and after a few minutes of ignoring me he told me no. I found the manager and asked for a moment with her, and she told me she will be with me in a few. After waiting patiently for her I decided to walk around where the gentleman was and saw that the "manager" who had me waiting for a long time, was laughing with him. As soon as they saw me they stopped. All I have to say is that they have horrible service and can't do the only job they get paid to do. Places like this should not be around and give the Bronx a bad name.

One of the cleanist bathrooms I've seen in the Bronx. Kinda a mess to get in and out after getting gas but good nonetheless
