I have always had good experiences whenever I visit Bronx Auto springs but for whatever reason my last two visits were disappointing, for the first vehicle it was recommended that I buy some parts but when I took them to my mechanic he recommended that I send those parts back and this was $800 in parts. For the second vehicle it was more of the same I was told to change the spindle strut and control arm only to find out all I needed was the control arm and stabilizer link so money wasted there again. But overall service is good very nice people so I will try them again and update you guys on my experience

I walked in for a quick quote, asked the young guy at the front desk how much it would cost for a set of four struts. The dude insisted on inspecting the SUV, and said the parts might not be in stock. He couldn't give me a ballpark figure. He said "bring it in" So, after gasing up I drove it back in to their garage for what I thought would be a quick look under the car. Mind you, I knew all along what needed to be repaired from my previous alignment at Midas.The amigo-mechanic drove off with my car without even telling me!! No communication at all! After about like 10 mins he drove the SUV back in, and looked under it. While the amigo was inspecting the dude said it would cost $35! I was like WT@#$R@#. I never agreed to pay anything!Then he told me to come back with the 35$ for the quote! I was in disbelief. My friend, a strut kit that includes all four struts and sway bar links for my SUV on sale would cost anywhere from $350-$750(top of the line Monroe). The avge hourly rate in NYC is like 95$. You could have just said you can get the kit for $400 and installed it for like $600. You would earned my respect and business!

solved my problem by adusting the camber,but did not adjust the cast by adjusting tie rods.but at reasonable price was ok. nice people,i will go back again for front end work.just tell them exactly whatyou want.

Been coming to these guys for a few years now with every car I've had. I get their suspension check; they check all points on the suspension and provide you with a list least priority to what immediately needs to be fixed. I've pretty much followed their suggestions listed and never had any major issues as far as my suspension goes.

My has known Ray & Johnnie for YEARS, anytime we get a car, the first place the car visits is Bronx Spring, they are VERY proffessional, do the job right, explain everything that needs to be done before you they do anything, the give a detailed estimate on parts, labour, & how long it will take to get the work done

Great service from this shop. Took just a few minutes to get a new ball joint pressed in. Will be back for more suspension work from these guys
