There are two reasons I highly recommend Boston Road Collision. First, the workers take pride in their work and the finished product is excellent. And, the job was finished before the estimated date. Secondly, they have excellent customer service. Every person that I interacted with, was extremely courteous. I was keep informed about the progress of my repair status.

Eric, Frank (the owner) and the rest of the team are awesome! I didn t need any repairs done, but I simply wanted my rims blacked out and my headlight accents to be gloss black, they came through and made it happen! They also put on the black Hyundai emblems for me! It looks so dope, I am super happy with the way my car came out! They did a fantastic job! If you need your rims blacked out, get them done at this shop! You won t be disappointed! See before and after photos

Boston Road Collision, this was the first time having my car serviced at this collision shop. If I should ever need any work done on car, this would be the only place I will bring my car to. Their work is excellent the team there was pleasant and professional. The receptionist and the reception area was very nice. I only have, but nice things to say about this shop. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. Keep up the great work guys

Getting into a car accident is never fun and downright traumatic. Having to do repairs through insurance lead me to this shop. Trying to find an honest shop in the Bronx to do work is an entire different battle. This shop seemed to have the best rating based on all the options that were offered to me through insurance network shops and thus I took the leap of faith.My worries were in vein because this shop is that ONE needle in a hay stack. Shop is clean, staff is professional and their work is authentic. Vehicle had front end damage and needed a replacement bumper among other things. Not only did this shop do a REALLY GREAT job at repairing the vehicle, but they got it back to me before the estimated repair time. Furthermore, they washed it and had it looking extremely clean on pick up day. First impressions truly do make a lasting impact and if ever I need any work done on my vehicle, I would not hesitate to return to the crew at Boston Road Collision. For anyone worried about finding a trusted shop to repair your vehicle, these guys are legit.

I chose to repair my car with this shop after comparing reviews from other shops and feeling most confident that my car would be well repaired with BRC. I was so pleased with my experience. Every staff member was professional, and they maintained their timeline on when I would receive my car back. They called and kept me up to date, and after receiving my car I am so impressed with their work. I brought it back a couple days later bc I had a small issue with the alignment of one of the lights, and without protest or concern they adjusted it and my car looks perfect.Top customer service and extremely professional. Love finding places like these that without hesitation I ll return to or recommend to others in the future!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. From the time you walk in and talk to Michele, to the owner Chris and everyone else I encountered while there. Great customer svc! Everyone polite and courteous. I wish every place I walk into had this kind of customer svc. Great job guys!

Brought my 2017 Honda CRv there to get rear bumper replaced due to being rear ended. The process was smooth and they were very professional and the place is clean and professional. Like an office building.I will go back here. GOD FORBID LOL I get into another car issue.Thank you very much

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Took care of everything with the insurance company and rent-a-car place themselves. They even got the rental car DROPPED OFF at the body shop! Left my car with them on Monday and they had it back to me by Friday! Quick and painless. Even let me drop the rental car back off at their place. From the first phone call to completion of the work, the staff here were EXCELLENT!They saw to it that I was able to have my vehicle in such a timely manner that I did not lose more days from work using a rental, than I could afford to do. Had a fender bender where the rear left side bumper was scrapped with some damage. The person that hit my vehicle was kind enough to pay for the damages, I've decided to go to the best body shop collision specialist team at Boston Road Collision. Reached out to Frank, incredible humble and honest man helped me from beginning to end with the process. The results we're done with a few days with exceptional and immaculate work from him and his team. Would definitely recommend for your body shop needs and wants, look for Frank. Please see my edited review at the end.I don't usually write negative reviews but I felt I really had to to due to my huge dissatisfaction with this business. I brought my car here because Allstate insurance recommended them. I felt that they rushed the repairs and did them overly cheap. I noticed that my hood was misaligned after my service and brought it back only to see the unprofessional way they work. I would not recommend going here at all.In response to the owner:Everything about the work seemed rushed at best, as I already stated my hood was completely misaligned, there are unpainted spots on the edge of the hood. The trunk lid protector seems like it was applied poorly as there are air bubbles under the whole thing. I did bring my car back to complain about the hood being misaligned and it seemed like all the workers did was take a hammer to the hinges to attempt to align it, it is still not aligned properly. I really found nothing about the repairs I was satisfied with.I would like to change my review to a one hundred percent positive one. I was contacted by Eric from this business to inquire how the could rectify the issues and make me happy. I brought my car back in and the issues with the hood were expertly repaired by their very professional tech. They made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left. I want to thank them for being very professional and concerned with customer service. I would definitely recommend this business and bring my car back to them if I needed body work. Highly recommended as far as I'm concerned.

I was extremely satisfied with the work that Boston Road Collision did on my car! After a NYC bus hit my innocently parked 2022 Hyundai, I thought it would never look the same. But after Boston Road finished their work, it looked exactly as I did the day I drove it off the lot! They were professional and kept me continually updated on the parts and progress. Boston Road Collision is very professional. Frank and Chris explained the process and repairs. They worked well with my insurance company, and their automated system provided regular updates on timeframes via text, which was extremely convenient. My ML350 looks brand new!

Thank you so much to Boston Road Collision for doing a great job with my rear bumper on my brand new car. It needed to be entirely replaced due to a minor collision. Customer service was great from the moment I set up my appointment to answering my questions, getting a prompt estimate from Chris once I dropped the vehicle, keeping me in the loop through the minor delays because of the parts. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and the wait was absolutely worthwhile especially during covid times. I will not think it twice if I needed help again.

If you go to this place through your insurance they will automatically side with your insurance whether you are a victim or not. I hit a pot hole and my car became inoperable. My drive shaft broke and they claimed the drive shaft broke from wear and tear. So I paid out the pocket. They took 1 whole month to fix the drive shaft and I was responsible for a rental for one month since they told the insurance it broke from wear and tear. The manager Chris, who I think believed I was trying to scam my insurance and treated me like I was guilty of something instead of a victim (may be because I m black), told me the job would be $1200. When I go to pick up my car he changes the price to $1500 because he claimed it was a harder job then he imagined.Wait It gets better..After receiving my car back I notice that I started to hear a noise so I returned it to the shop. They put it on the lift and noticed that the Subframe collapsed!!! And the rims were bent ! These all point to the fact that damage was caused by the pot hole. Still they called the insurance and told them they seen rust on the subframe so it collapsed from wear and tear. Again, I agreed to pay this on my own. I had to take a rental out in my name once more. The boss Frank told me it would be a 3 day job. I end up waiting 1 week. They promised to update me in the process and never did ! They put a rusty subframe from the junkyard in my Mercedes Benz and charged me $2300 for the job!I m no mechanic but I have several mechanic friends who told me both the drive shaft and subframe can collapse from a pot hole!! Anyway I paid for both jobs and will NEVER return back to that shop! I do not recommend !!! They re not friendly and slow service!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great service. Everyone there is really nice and professional. I had my car looking like new after the entire passenger side door got messed up. They charged me exactly what they said they would and broke down the price so that I could see what I was paying for. While the $55/hr of labor might seem expensive, it is totally worth it. If you care about your car you should definitely consider these guys.

Nothing negative to say/write about this shop. I found the staff quite friendly an accommodating, leaving the "door" open to any questions I might have about the staff and/or shop. The office and work area was clean. Repairs to my vehicle were completed in a timely manner.Good job!
