Billy is knowledgeable and experienced with Lexus/Toyota vehicles. He does good job and gives honest opinion. Also, in today's inflation-driven market he provides reasonable pricing. Billy uses quality auto parts and gives 1 year warranty... State Emissions inspection is done on premises as well.It is not easy to find a trusted person to fix used car, and I hope this review will help someone who is seeking for a quality mechanic.

I had a good experience with Billy. He changed tires in my car quickly and efficiently. He also aligned the wheels in my car and reset its diagnostic system in a timely manner, so that I didn t have to wait too long. I will use his service again.

Billy did a great job changing the innards of my car and quoting me a GREAT price (timing belt, water pump, crank/cam seal and other parts I can't remember haha). He showed me what was wrong and how stuff works which I appreciated. I found him on Google and the reviews are right. He's passionate, straight forward, definitely reasonable with the price with a good sense of humor. I have a gifted 2003 Lexus ES300 that's in good shape for its age but could use just a little tuning up. He was the right person for the job. I'll be back for sure.

I had a broken Lexus ES330 power seat which another mechanic could not fix and others refused to even try. I dropped off my car, with the seat partially disassembled and came back a week later.Not only was the seat fixed, but I noticed he applied extra lubricants and secured the seat properly compared to how I brought it in. Billy is a very talented mechanic, but you must have an extra degree of patience. This is not a dealership with white glove treatment but you won't be charged for it either. Note that his business hours are not correctly listed by Google so call before you go.Service: Body & Trim

Mr. Billy is the best kind of mechanic you can hope for. He's honest, knowledgeable and fair. He correctly diagnosed my car's problems and fixed all the issues. When I didn't have enough money to pay the bill in full, he told me to pay what I could, take the car and pay me the following week, which I did. I am a complete stranger to him and he and his men stayed late to fix my car . Mr. Billy is a Lexus/Toyota specialist but I would trust him with any make or model car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

Went to Billy for my last two scheduled maintenance (15k & 20k)on my 2020 Lexus RX. His rates are much better than what is being charged at the dealerships. He s very knowledgeable and been at this a long time.Side note: I dropped my wedding band behind the steering column. I was at the dealership for my free 10k maintenance. The dealership quoted me $275 plus tax (normal hourly rate) to get it. I told them to leave it and Billy took it out when I went to him for my 15k service, at no extra charge! He found it in less than a minute. Dealership would have probably found it just as fast but charged me for the full hour.

Billy refreshed my 01 GS430 with new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, and transmission, brakes & differential fluid flush. Highly recommend anyone looking for a Lexus or Toyota mechanic to check out Billy. I m very picky with who I allow to work on any of my vehicles and I sincerely trust Billy. I have a 2012 Lexus ES350 and this is by far one of the best mechanics. He previously worked for Toyota/Lexus and has all of the knowledge to help you make the best decision and save money. He has changed both sets of brake pads for me, front brake rotors and the bone mount on my engine. He explains what he is doing and will even show you so there is complete trust. I only go to the Lexus dealership if there is something he recommends that they do, which is honesty.I m more than satisfied with his service.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

My 2006 Prius with >200k miles suddenly threw pretty much every warning light. I thought it was the anti-lock brake actuator, which can cost more than such a car is worth. Billy took his time and went through a computer diagnostic and said the problem was in the left rear brake itself, not the actuator. He replaced the entire brake system on both rear tires and tuned up the front brakes. Car has been running well (I only picked it up yesterday).Cost was reasonable; labor time wasn't padded. Work was done pretty fast (delayed only because he had to leave town the day I dropped the car off).Kept me in the loop by phone and text.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Spoke with Mr. Billy today on the phone and his phone etiquette was excellent and professional. Good telephone Customer Service is one of the first things I look for when seeking a company to work on my auto. Told him what the problem with the car was and he seemed to know exactly what the issue "may" be. But, he wants to do a diagnostic of it first, before he can say for sure. I will take my vehicle to him to see if all the GREAT reviews are really true... (more to come...)

He is a former toyota/Lexus trained Certified mechanic, this guy knows what he is doing. He replaced my Lexus GS350 water pump and gave me knowledge as to why it happened, he even went above and beyond and told me what my next preventative maintenance should. please do not hesitate to contact him.
